This was the first and only mattress store I went to for a new mattress. Kristina, the sales attendant on duty, helped me find exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price. After a number of negative mattress shopping experiences, she made sure we were able to pick up the matress that was in stock at the warehouse in CT. Though we still feel that mattressfirm intentionally sets prices over the value of the product to haggle it down under the guise of price-matching/ discounting. Overall a good place to shop for a mattress.

On Tuesday, December 3, I responded to a for sale add posted on a Claremont, New Hampshire group on Facebook. The sales representative was very quick to respond and very thorough with finding me the perfect mattress. She order my mattress and told me it would be there on Wednesday. The representative took my name, address, email and phone number. I drove to the closest location (Lebanon, NH 9 minutes and 4.9 miles away and no sales tax.) When I arrived, a sales lady told me that the mattress was at the Brattleboro location (over an hour and 61 miles, one way.) She offered to order the same mattress but it wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday. I couldn’t wait until Wednesday because I threw out my old air mattress. I reluctantly drove all the way to the Brattleboro. When I arrived there was an additional $18.00 tax that wasn’t on my original invoice. When I contacted the sales representative about the incident, I received an “awee I’m so sorry.” Brattleboro isn’t even in the area that the Facebook advertisement was postes, they shouldn’t be posting items in the private page. It was very misleading and a huge inconvenience. The mattress matches the price.

Bed I bought sagged after two months. I am told that I can get a replacement, but will have to pay $99.99 for the new delivery. Just sent a BBB complaint. This is corportate office decision. The employees at the store are nice and helpful, but like all places, they have to bow down to corporate.
