I’ve been trying to fill my son’s prescription and because of an insurance change it has taken 7 days to fill. The pharmacy manager Andy has been “working” on this prescription. She has been rude, nasty, and has offered ZERO communication along the way. She acts like we should all be grateful to be helped by her, while being completely unhelpful. She treats parents of children with executive dysfunction like drug-seekers with zero empathy or kindness. She intentionally hung up on me on two separate days during this nightmare. She should not be allowed to work with patients, particularly vulnerable populations. I will never fill a prescription at Rite Aid again because of her.
Literally stood in line for 10 minutes this morning and walked around the entire store. Not a single employee to be found.
NEVER EVER EVER will I use the Canal St pharmacy OR store for that matter. I brought a prescription in to be refilled yesterday morning, Was told, quite rudely, that it could not be filled DESPITE Being dated By my physician to be filled on March 28, so on March 29 for unexplained reasons, they tried telling me it couldnt be filled untill the next day AND they Wrote in large pink pen on my prescription and circled it which is Entirely unessesary, Ive had issues with them doing this Several times in the past, they offered No explanation whatsoever, just repeating that it wasnt due to be refilled, which was completely incorrect. They were rude and extremely unprofessional, offering no reasoning at all. Went to Brattleboro Pharmacy where it was promptly filled by their friendly and helpful staff. Im giving ONE Star, ONLY because its required to do so to post this Review.
Was told in keene that i could get my prescription filled here, went there and was treated rudely by the girl she seemed more interested in joking around with her buddies... went back to keene the same day because i NEEDED to get them filled... and they got filled.. the girl in Brattleboro seemed clueless and immature..why she couldnt seem to pull me up in the system is nonsense... Whatever her stupid reason for not finding, that i did indeed have a prescription to be filled...I even proffered to her my drivers license to save myself some questions..she was happy to say to me why dont you go to walgreens, maybe they are there ...fortunately i didnt go there to extend my goose chase that she was happy to send me on...IM UPDATING AND IMPROVING BECAUSE THE BOSS SAID IT WAS A NEW EMPLOYEE AND WAS UNDERSTANDING... SO BECAUSE OF HER IM IMPROVING MY REVIEW
Bought a Bluetooth speaker that didnt work. Sticker said manufactured in 2012.... When I had a chance to return it, I was treated by both the clerk, and later, the manager as if Id done something wrong. SInce it wasnt expensive to begin with, I decided it wasnt worth being scolded while they tried to figure out how to make the system approve returning half the purchase price. I invited them to keep the speaker as a gift from me, and I left. Ive gone to this place for 18 years. Ill be crossing the street to Walgreens from now on.So. Some tips for HR training for RIteAid:1. If you sell a faulty product, apologize. At least acknowledge that you inconvenienced your customer. Dont imply dishonesty he SAYS it doesnt work...2. If your corporate return policy wont accept electronic receipts at least empathize with the customer. Suggested language: Im so sorry, I understand that you bought it here and that it doesnt work. What we can do is...
Five weeks ago I broke my hip in Stratton. At the time, I didnt know it was broken. Stratton team help my to my car and off I went without the ability to get out of the car or walk. I needed a painkiller and Arnicare. I drove to this branch of RiteAid, parked my car outside and called the branch. I explained my situation and asked for them to bring me the stuff outside since they didnt have a drivethrough. The person i spoke with told me they are not allowed to do that. i asked to speak with the manager (which her name I cant recall. She was nice enough to bring me the stuff outside, take the money and come back with the change. Thank you so much. You saved my day.
