I cannot say enough how pleased I am by my first experience at Meineke!! I have always taken my car to the dealer for service and repairs, but I realize now that has been a huge mistake.Not only did Bobs team help me get the repairs done same day for over $1400 less than the dealership, Victoria also explained all of the cars current measurements (tire wear, brake pad wear, etc.) to me in a way that will help keep me from being taken advantage of by anyone in the future. She was incredibly kind, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She very clearly loves her job, and it makes the experience a wonderful one for customers.The waiting room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. They text you with a link to info about your car and the needed service or repairs, and they break it down into things that have to be done immediately, and things that are upcoming. All of it was so well explained that I feel far more confident as a car owner in general, the experience was very educational.Overall, I cant recommend them enough. Truly, this is where you want your car to be!

The woman who was communicating with me was very unprofessional and lacking in the basic requirements of customer service. She made me feel like I was a bother to them, even though I was a willing and paying customer. Her total rudeness over the phone is reason enough for me to never use this shop again. They did not address any of my questions/concerns, and she was totally irritated when I inquired about that. I’ll never bring my car here again.

Tried to sell me new serpentine belts instead of tightening the belt. Also tried to charge $1,300 for a sway bar link. My friend Master Mechanic fixed it for CHEAP. They lied (or the tech may I say) lied about what was broke to inflate the price. Still dont trust Meineke fully. No issues with oil changes (have gone many times). For Major repairs...... I am hesitant.

Diagnosed problem and did complete check of vehicle and found a brake light out. Everything was fixed in an unexpected timely manner. Staff is always pleasant. I love the new way they notify you and inform you via text what is wrong with vehicle and provides pictures too so you can see what they are looking at.

Team is very professional and nice. They let you know what the problem is with your vehicle, and what the cost would be to fix without any surprises. Bob and his staff are great.

We arrived late to our appointment and they were pleasant and able to fit us in anyway. After changing the oil, they noticed and replaced two bulbs we had not known were out. Continued great service for 9 years now.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to diagnose any issue and only treat what’s broken. I used to go to a dealership and they could not find the problem and wanted to fix 4 other things unnecessarily. I brought it to Meineke and had a correct diagnosis and the car fixed and running smoothly within a few hours! I’ve been loyal to a Meineke ever since. Great shop and great staff!

Called in prior to see if there was any wait, was told no wait over the the phone, i had multiple meetings to go to and didn’t have much time to wait. got a oil change and a tire rotation done and the woman at the front desk said it would take 45 mins. the whole process had taken almost 2 hours. took over an hour for them to use an impact gun to get my tires off. After watching them take over an hour to take off 4 tires i had asked the front desk, how much longer it would take, she said in a very rude attitude “we’re doing a full inspection on your car and it takes so long because your oil needs to drain from the car”Mind you they haven’t started draining the oil nor even removed the bottom cover. ended up taking close to another hour to get the oil change done with. from as i’m about to get into my car and drive off there’s black oil stains all over my tan leather seats, my hood was still open, (lowered down but not latched) and from there a mile down the road all my tire pressure sensors come on. At the end of the day, they were extremely rude, slow, and clearly did not care about quality of work or cleaning up at their messes. would give this place a 0 star if i could. will never return here

This is the absolute best place place to take your car for repairs. Bob is the guy I met when I first took my car there for repairs. I trust him. He has never over charged me and he explains every detail of the work need to be done. Plus you get a video of the mechanics working on your car. A very clean and friendly auto care center. My service was pretty quick and the amenities were quite nice and well stocked. The fact that they send text messages as to update the status of your car throughout the visit is a big plus. Not to mention, they dont pressure you to add any additional services that you dont need, unlike some other auto care centers Ive been in.Overall a pleasant experience with very nice staff.

I went to Meineke Branford for assessment of what was the cause of my 03 camry muffler pipe hanging low. Their assessment was detailed and their recommended repair was on point and affordable. I returned to have the repair done which was professionally done and time efficient. I was comfortable and satisfied with the service offered.

Been going to Meineke for a few years now. Bob and Victoria are helpful and honest. I can do most work on my car, but have reached the point that I would rather not. So when my power steering went, during the holidays, I had it towed up to them. Reasonably priced service and honest advisors are hard to come by in an industry full of crooks and criminals.

Our local meineke was excellent! they check several things on our vehicle after we had a quoted somewhere else which was way more on everything! the time frame quartered by the others for the brakes alone was ridiculous!What I also loved was that they showed you a picture of the work that was needed beforehand!meineke did it and under an hour and at a fraction of the cost! we will definitely be back!

We were from out of town, driving through on the tail end of a long trip when our alternator died at 4:00 on a Saturday. They were able to get the parts and have us out the door with only two hours lost in our journey. The price was EXTREMELY fair and the work was well done. Bob and his crew could have easily taken advantage of us seeing that we were in a rough spot and out of town but they were honest and efficient. These people are worth your time and business!

Always easy to deal with. No hard sell for parts you don’t want or need but they always make you aware honestly of what your vehicle needs. Bob and Victoria are always polite and on point on the phones. I always recommend when people ask for car care spots in Branford area.

Drove from South Carolina to Connecticut with my kids and wife to visit family. 200 miles into trip check engine light came on and noticed what I though was a transmission leak. Since car continued to drive fine we completed the trip but took it to Branford Meineke first thing. Victorias smile and customer service was reassuring. They did a free transmission check but found no issues. Leak was oil from differential. Work was completed timely and no further issues and felt confident driving back to South Carolina. Work was a little pricey and about 15% more than the estimate but you get what you pay for and since the work is guaranteed and they are national it was well worth it.

If it can only be used for that one specific package, it should reflect that.And I do understand that things happen and can take more time. If I had my daughter with me or had somewhere to be, it mightve been an actual issue. Since your waiting area is above average related to clean space, comfort, offering coffee, cappuccino, soda, hot coco, TV, computer, phone chargers- that helped create a positive experience & staff was fabulous also. Super kind & professional. As I mentioned it was overall a positive experience. Next time I will be sure to make an appointment, thats all. I will def be coming back to you guys. Thank you!!!

The staff is very honest, courteous and friendly. They will send you pictures of what is being done to your vehicle would recommend Meineke 100% for maintenance on your vehicle, also the mechanics are great.

Bob is a super friendly and talented technician. Every time I’ve ever had a service done here, it’s been done properly, promptly and fairly priced. Not to mention, one issue I was having was checked by the dealer 4 times before I got fed up and brought it here. Bob figured it out and fixed it in a few hours. Thank you guys for helping me and my company(Servpro) during a stressful situation. 8 of our box trucks had the catalytic converters stolen and Victoria worked to get us service immediately! I brought my parents 2005 Chrysler Town & Country here just today. It was my first time dealing with this particular garage but I can say confidently that this shop is excellent. Professional, courteous & reasonably priced. The van was running horribly & I truly expected to spend over a thousand dollars, but it wasnt nearly that much, thankfully. And it drives beautifully again. Its such a relief & Im so impressed that I decided to write this review. The garage I used to go to was in Guilford CT & at some point ownership changed & things took a bad turn. The guys there repeatedly took advantage of my elderly father whom had been bringing our entire families vehicles there for over a decade. Im so glad to have found another garage that treats its customers properly. I will certainly be returning when further service is required, without a doubt. Sorry for the long winded review. I Had A Tire Plugged Twice And The Tire Still Badly Leaks Air And That I Have To Put Air In This Tire EVERY DAY !!!!!! I Called To Make An Appointment For Saturday,, 25th September And Was Told By Victoria To Drop Off The Vehicle In The Morning,, But There Was No Guarantee That It Would Be Looked At By The End Of The Day .. I Scheduled An Appointment For Monday September 27th At 5 PM After Work,, But This Appointment IS NOW CANCELED !!!! Because I Am Taking My Business Elsewhere To Get The Job Done Right The First Time .. Why Should I Have To Wait Till Monday ??? No More Service To Be Done On This Vehicle Here At This Location .. I Am Thinking Of Reporting This To The Better Business Bureau ((( BBB ))) ...

Why do I go to Branford Meineke?When I met Bob in the old shop he was up front and honest with me about the needs of my vehicle.Here we are many years later and he has not changed.Why would I go anywhere else?Many times I have walked in the door to have work done and the bill was lower then expected.Before I could question it Victoria informs me of a special Meineke is running and what I had done qualifies for the discount.I havent ever had anyone tell me that they received a discount they were unaware of automatically applied to the bill in regards to vehicle repair.Honest people looking out for me? Saving me money?That doesnt happen very much.Joe has been my technician for awhile now.Aside from the regular oil change he has done the shocks, water pump, tune up, brakes and various other things.His work is very clean and done right. Never have I ever brought my car back because something was not right.His visual inspections have saved me money and preserved the life of my car.Joe has caught minor things that if left unfixed would become major problems.These are just some of the reasons why I recommend and have had such a long relationship with Meineke.If you can find car center that is honest, treats you like a friend, looks out for you and saves you money like Branford Meineke you best cherish it because places like this as the people who work here are far and few nowadays.

I go to Meineke for most of my car needs. The latest time was for a slow leak on a tire. I knew I already has a tire with a plug and I figured this was the same tire. I got nervous every time my low tire pressure light went on so I told Victoria I was probably going to need a new tire. I went without an appointment and after about an hour and 15 minutes, Victoria told me I was all set. I had a screw in a DIFFERENT tire so they plugged it. She assured me the tire was safe and one of the main things I like about Meineke in Branford is that they are honest. They could have put a new tire on and made some money but they didnt. I only needed a plug which they did for nothing and sent me on my way. Bob Coco and the staff at Meineke make me feel that Im taken care of, not taken advantage of. I TOTALLY reccomend Meineke of Branford.

They are despite, lethal. My tirer rod bolt was loose and I had my granddaughter with me and they left it loose cuz I didnt do service with them. Waiting for an accident to happen. I went to another mechanic and he told me nothing was wrong with my tire rid it was loose and Im lucky I be wasnt in an accident

Very happy with the brake job they did on my vehicle.Super fast check in, nice clean waiting room with a coffee machine, t.v., and even a kids area while you wait which wasnt exceptionally long. A little surprised by the price quoted and actually charged but all in all it was worth it.
