Gennaro and his team are true professionals - no job is too big or too small. I wanted to replace the front bumper on my Mustang. The new bumper was quite elaborate, had many parts and no instructions. Naturally I was somewhat concerted. Gennaros team came through with flying colors.The new bumper looks awesome! Later, I had J&E install the rear spoiler - same results - awesome!Always very attentive and professional (did I mention professional?). Customer comes first!Finally - very reasonable cost. I could not be happier with the resultsTry them - you will not be disappointed!

A big shout out to J&E Auto Body !!! Excellent work & very professional. Replaced my bumper and matched the paint perfectly. My vehicle was returned nice and detailed like coming out of a showroom. They were nice enough to jump my vehicle when i was leaving. Prior to my accident i was getting corrosion on my battery. They recommended that i get it replaced asap before the cold temps arrive. I did just that & now have peace of mind during the winter. A BIG THUMBS UP !!!

J&E are GOATS they fixed the paint I messed up on my truck matched it perfect and fixed a dent the truck looks brand new. The price is the best and Jerry was really helpful even know I kept coming back.

My daughter who is in school in New Haven had her car repaired after an accident and they did an excellent job in bodywork, finished the job within a week and even cleaned the inside of the car. They also provided great customer service and even picked my daughter up and took her to body shop to pick up her car. I highly recommend J&E Auto Body.

These guys are awesome. They repaired my 2020 Kia Stinger that was rear-ended the same day it was purchased. They made it look even better than the factory. I then bought another car to them and they helped install custom parts with very short notice. 10/10, I recommend this shop to anyone.

WOW! IMPRESSED! AMAZED! GRATEFUL! These words are still understatements when it comes down to describing how I feel about these guys and the work they do. My car was unfortunately hit twice with a couple months and I came back to J & E each time and just as proficient as they are in making your car look brand new again they are equally as impressive with sharing their knowledge on how to deal with the insurance company and are very supportive throughout this process. I hate that I had to endure being hit twice, but I am grateful that there are establishments like J & E to make these inconveniences more pleasant and less of a burden by being honest, diligent and caring in the service they provide. Long story short, if I could give them 100 stars I would because they made me feel valued and informed throughout this process of restoring my car back to its perfect condition. I have gone to J & E several times over the past few years for auto body repairs and ALWAYS have an exceptional experience. The work is ALWAYS done right the first time and the customer service is beyond excellent. Today I had taken the car in because of a check engine light. The folks there did the diagnostics and pinpointed the sensor error code. After a tragic car accident that involved a fatality left me feeling terribly physically and emotionally, I had the unwanted ordeal of a single woman getting her car fixed both with body work and mechanically. Luckily a friend referred me to J&E Autobody. Think of a family run business in the 1950s . Honest, dependable and does superb work at reasonable prices. Although a little hipper than the 50s, all those seemingly long gone qualities were there. They went above and beyond in many ways. I couldnt give them a higher recommendation. Took my 2010 corolla in for a new bumper and taillight. I got three estimates and these guys were the cheapest by a landslide and the only ones to give me the details on what fixing it entailed. They replaced my bumper and taillight in two days and left it looking brand new. I couldnt have been more satisfied. It also doesnt hurt that the owner is a very handsome Italian either. ;)

I had my 2014 Chevy Cruze repaired here after the Shoreline (the preferred shop by USAA) said it would be over a month before they could see me. At first I was hesitant because this was not the preferred shop but they were able to accommodate me the very same day I called. It was an absolutely great experience, Dan the manager and the whole crew there assisted me with all my questions and addressed every issue without hesitation. They were professional and made this unwanted situation very smooth and pain free. I would highly recommend them if you want quick service and a quality job.
