This is not a store. It is a UPS mailbox. It advertises on Google as a hot tub store so we drove 50 miles each way to the location in Brandon to look at their walk-in tubs, only to find out from the UPS store that a salesman rents out a PO box there. It may be the most wonderful tub in the world but this kind of dishonesty makes me not want to do business with them and look elsewhere. Save yourself the trip

My wife and I recently got serious about procuring a walk-in tub after attending a home show in Knoxville (TN). We got an estimate from a local company, and the cost was much higher than we anticipated. In searching on-line, I ran across a lot of positive comments about TheraTub, and I requested to be contacted by the company. Jay (the owner) immediately called and pointed out all of the features available, and my wife and I was really impressed, especially with the relatively low cost compared to other vendors and the lifetime warranty on everything. We committed to a purchase within a day or so. We paid 50% upfront and the rest after the installation was complete. The tub was delivered and installed about 2 weeks after the initial payment. Two brothers (John and Blake) delivered the tub on September 12 (2018) and worked diligently for about six hours, removing the old spa-like tub and installing the nice new shiny walk-in tub. The installers did an outstanding job, and it was amazing how quickly they carried out so much work. They were very competent and friendly and thoroughly explained the operations/features of the new tub before leaving. They also made sure to clean up before departing. Jay and his installers made all of this so very straightforward – not to mention the cost which was significantly lower than others quoted. Overall, this was one of the best purchasing experiences of my 67 years!

TheraTub walk in bath gives you the Best Walk In Tub at the Best Price. Do not fall for the con artists from other bath companies. I received quotes from Safe Step, Premier Bath, and The Perfect Walk In Tub Companies. Each of the aforementioned companies give you a sales pitch and offer you a 1000 to 1500 dollar rebate if you act today otherwise the price goes up. Also, even with the rebate the aforementioned companies charge you thousands of dollars more than a comparable walk in tub that you can buy from TheraTub. TheraTub also offers you a lifetime guarantee. The Perfect Walk in Tub company even tried to sell us a walk in Tub with only total jets. The owner of the franchise from a Perfect Walk in Tub then would not even let me keep the quote or the specifications of the tub he tried to sell us. If you want to get a great walk in tub that will help you alleviate your aches and pains at a reasonable price, I would recommend TheraTub. The installers were done within 5 hours. The work was done exceptionally well. I was so happy with this companys walk in tub that I created a You Tube Video to help inform others about this companys product.

We are so happy to have gone with Theratub instead of the others we were looking at. It has way more features, was easier to install and has a complete coverage. It has made our lives better in many ways and we are very satisfied. This is a great company and product, we would recommend it to anyone!

This thing is absolutely amazing, I wish I wouldve got one of these years ago. The installation and purchasing process was extremely easy. We also saved many thousands of dollars over some of the other companies we were looking at and the TheraTub has way more features and perks than the they offered. Their staff is extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone considering a walk in bathtub to go with TheraTub. A++++

While my wife and I love this tub, the life-time warranty left a lot to be desired. We needed a warranty service and because we are located in New York, they said we have to wait until there is an installation in our neighborhood for a technician to be available. That was in August and now we are in October. They keep on delaying and delaying and to make long story short, we are waiting for the company to do the right thing before opting for the nuclear option.

I have had my Theratub for 5 days now and have had the most wonderful and invigorating baths in the morning.The very first communication with Theratub to my very first bath has been an extremely positive experience. The young sales lady came to my home and was very efficient in doing her measurements and making sure I had a big enough water heater. Then she explained to me all of the work that would be done and what my cost would be if I wanted certain features. She told me exactly how long it would be for the tub to be made and it showed up exactly when she said it would.The team that showed up to remove my old cast iron tub and install the new one were as professional as any I have seen in a very long time. They informed me what they were doing and approximately how long it would take. Tub looks very nice and finish work is great.The water jets and air jets are well worth every penny. They make a bath experience Wonderful. Wish I had gotten one many years ago.

We bought a Thera tub for our parents and they tell us how wonderful it is all the time. We looked at a couple other walk in baths and decided to go with Theratub. The tub has better features, was easier to install, has a better warranty and we paid about 5 grand less.

We LOVE our Theratub! The price was about $7000 less than the other company we were talking to and much higher quality with a full lifetime warranty. The install was quick, well done and our bathroom looks even better than before. Their installers were courteous and professional. My arthritis has got better, my blood pressure has dropped and I sleep much easier afterwards. My husband loves it too. We HIGHLY recommend the Theratub to anyone looking to buy a walk in bathtub.

Evidentally TheraTub and Boca Walk in Tubs are the same company.. I figured this out after filing my complaint with the BBB.We got a walk in tub for my dad and through the lies of the company they ruined the vanity in our bathroom, were questioning the structural integrity of our home due to leakage from the tub, the hardware of the tub itself is loosening to the point were afraid its going to fall off, and the company refuses to respond to our attempts to get help with our issues. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

It actually brings tears to my eyes to see the improvement my brother has made over the past 6 months and TheraTub was the catalyst for his improvement. It gave him hope.He has diabetes, CHF and is on oxygen 24/7. Thanks to the therapeutic effect of the TheraTub on the circulation of his now healthier legs​, he is encouraged and optimistic about his future. His doctors had been suggesting a sleep apnea test and subsequent CPAP for a very long time and because he is feeling better and looking forward now, he finally did it! My Theratub has been really beneficial to not only my safety but I just love being in it! Im really glad I went with this company and not the others as they provide so much more for less money. We really like that it was veteran founded and American made. It has all the bells and whistles as the others and then some, at a price we found to be a fraction of what we were quoted with a couple other companies. Great customer service all around and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.
