Im going to talk about the delicious food first but, thats not why I eat here. The food is amazing, (Im speaking specifically about the lunches). The portions are huge and filling and assembled freshly and quickly in front of you but the staff here are incredible. They offer a survey on your receipt to get a free sandwich and the survey asks if you want to mention any person in particular, which is like trying to pick which of The Beatles is most important to the overall sound of the band. Theyre all incredible, polite, friendly, efficient, pleasant and provide a family-like atmosphere. Jennifer was the first employee I met there and the service she, and I believe Eric, provided that day had me coming back consistently any time I worked in the area. I can only hope that the HBH in my new neck of the woods is half as good as this one!

We advise the delivery person we wanted a spiral honey baked ham already done. She said she would show us some options, we looked in the cooler and got a frozen broccoli dish and sweet potato dish. We picked out the ham we wanted and left. It wasnt crowded, we were in and out in no time with great customer service. The broccoli and sweet potatoe dish had to bake for 40 minutes the ham was done, just warmed it up. My hubby didnt care for the broccoli with garlic and cheese nor the sweet potatoe dish, he said he likes mine better but he loved the ham.

My experience at the HoneyBaked Ham shop has been nothing but delightful. We order a ham every year for the holidays. The associates are more than welcoming and the ham is absolutely do delicious. If you are planning on a get together or large party or even just having a family over for the holidays, this place would be your best bet. I would highly recommend it.

I normally LOVE Honey Baked Ham! I decided last minute to have Easter dinner and was thrilled when I called and ordered (the boneless spiral ham to feed roughly 6 people because I DO NOT DO MEAT ON THE BONE) and walked right in to pick it up with no line. They were having issues with their credit card machines which was a little of a problem but it finally worked and I took my ham and sides home. Fast forward to Easter Day I was less than thrilled to say the least when the ham was BONE IN!! I couldn’t even eat it and it was so fatty!! I was so disappointed in the quality of the ham that I don’t know that I will ever order another product from here!

Love the prices for fresh amazing tasting food. I honestly do not know why we dont come here more often its just so good. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The line right before Christmas was really long but they had plenty of workers. After ten minutes I made it to the front. Signing up for the emails only got me a free sandwich. I was hoping for $5 off or something. The whole ham I got was $84. At first I thought it was pretty small but when I unwrapped it I was surprised. I put it out on a platter 30 minutes prior so it could get to room temperature. This is definitely in the top ten best tasting hams I have ever had. Very tasty all throughout.

Love the Turkey classic sandwich

Ordered online 1 week before Thanksgiving, and went to pick up my order (the day before Thanksgiving) and was told they ran out of turkey. Those that paid online were able to get their product but if you hadn’t prepaid you couldn’t get it. I was added to a list and was supposed to get a call if their truck came in but never did. How are you not prepared on likely one of your biggest days of the year? And if there was an issue couldn’t you at least contact the customers as a courtesy first before driving over there? No apologies were even offered... it was what it was. We never did Honey Baked before and wanted a convenient option but wont be back.

What a efficient way to sell great food! Always consistent with the spiraled ham. The only negative thing I can say is that the speed of delivery interfered with my purchasing other things. It was very fast and easy but I had no time to look in the freezer section for side dishes.

Order ahead of time for holidays, the pick up line goes extremely quickly. The employees on a busy morning were pleasant and diligent.

Long line but worth the wait

I would go to this place every day if I could. They are always so kind and considerate. The food is priced well for the delicious sandwiches. The Tavern is my favorite. But, I just cant remark enough about how great each person has been. Its like they were trained by Disney.

I have always liked Honey Bake Ham. We have bought many over the years. This year, we tried the roasted turkey. It was literally not recognizable as turkey. After one bite, the whole thing went into the garbage.

Good service. The young man that helped us did an outstanding job of recommending various options.

Great value for great food. They have some of the best lunch options for a quick meal. They are well known for their holiday meals already. So if you plan to pick up a meal around those times of year get there early. There will be a line. This location has plenty of easy parking and it is out of the way from the rest of the mall traffic.

Called day before Easter their sold out! What a joke their biggest day of the year and their sold out! Horrible planning by management!

When youre tired of extruded, pressed out sandwich meat, this is the place to go. The food is always fresh, the service is always quick, and store has a lovely eat-in area with nice ambiance. Best ham sandwich around. Had Chicken Salad today on a croissant. DELICIOUS. I highly recommend this if youre tired of the processed alternatives.

Good for what it is; deli sandwiches. The prices are pretty reasonable, and service is usually quick. I can always count on getting exactly what I went in for - a pretty good deli sandwich, chips, and a tasty cookie.

I didnt realize Honey Baked Ham had fresh sandwiches and salads. Once I discovered that, it was over! Their sandwiches are fresh, unique and delicious. Their chef salad is loaded with meats. If youve never had Honey Baked Ham sandwiches, you dont know what youre missing!

Stopped here to get a ham for someone since I dont eat ham. Could not believe the prices. My mom loves it so thought Id be nice and got her 1.

This is our go-to location for turkey and ham for the holidays. It is very tasty. I would say that it gets very hot waiting in line during the holiday rush. My mom passed out in line as she waited for our turkey. Apparently another person had also passed out a day or two earlier. If you go during the holidays, be prepared by wearing loose-fitting clothing and being well-hydrated. No turkey or ham is worth passing out.

Very well organized operation, I was there 2 days before Christmas and saw a snake line and thought Id be there for a while. It was about 10 mins and was on my way, they had a full bank if cashiers and helpers to move things along swiftly. Kudos

It had a long line today but it went fast and the people were awesome .I got the smoked turkey breast so moist thats a very nice crunch to it the potato salad is delicious highly recommended

Long lines for Easter wrapped around corner, plenty of counter assistance so line moved quickly. All staffers appeared to be upbeat and were very helpful

Today is Wed Dec 19th at noon. No line! Staff always pleasant and efficient. Love everything Honeybaked! We get a half ham, Au gratin potatoes, sweet potato souffle, sandwich rolls and a pie every year for Christmas. Lucky to get a gift certificate for some of it. Definitely a good meal and easy to prepare. Wish the store nearest us hadnt closed but driving a few extra miles is worth it. Ham sandwiches for weeks after the holidays!

We have been coming to this place since it opened, and several HoneyBaked Hams around the country, so when something is good which they are always excellent, they need to be informed, but when something is way off key they should also be informed, just letting you know that this ham this year for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and New Years Eve and New Years Day LOL, I hope will differ because the Christmas 2017 Ham that we just had a couple of days ago, it had the most fat that Ive ever encountered, now if your roasting a pig thats fine, but when youre fine cutting Circle ham for dinner its not, this comes from a guy who has cut his teeth on HoneyBaked Ham from HoneyBaked Ham stores, I hope you will correct this and make this right or address it, because your product is outstanding, little expensive but with Perfection, Im sure you will take this as a constructive strike of criticism, as a HoneyBaked lover you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and may God BlessPeople suggested I share this review on Facebook and social media well thats unfair, I own several businesses and dont wish to see unnecessary social medias derogatory comments, especially because this might be an isolated incident but with that being said in respect to management we have friends in this area that also have occured record the same problem, dont want nothing free but contact me 8 one three 323 30 29

We love honey baked hams for the holidays. In order to beat the line, I pre-ordered online our ham and sides. Upon arriving at the store there was a line out the door, to be expected. I called the store and asked instructions to pick up my pre-order. I was told to stand in the same line. 45 minutes later I finally got my items that I had pre-ordered. Come on honey baked. One of the points of pre-order is to beat the line. Why not have 2 lines? Makes more sense and can get people in-out faster.
