I took my Martin in recently to be set up due to it having insanely high action. Their luthier did a fantastic job with getting it setup to my liking and now it plays and sounds better than i could have imagined beforehand. quick turnaround, great price. I had nothing but a pleasant experience and love to support a great non big box store. Hidden Gem in Brandon for musicians. The one star reviews are completely off base and probably fake as the service was nothing less than top notch. Thank you!

Great shop.Very nice folks with alot of cool gear in stock.I was surprised that a smaller shop sells their stuff cheaper than the bigger stores.I was looking for a folding music stand&it was34% cheaper here than at the others.Its not worth the trip through traffic to be ignored or subjected to musical snobbery. Did i mention they were really nice?

Great Store ! I had been in here at least 5 or six times with my daughter before she picked out an instrument she liked. Staff was always helpful and polite. After playing most of the store inventory, we finally bought her an inexspensive guitar, they adjusted it, put on new strings for us and helped get us into lessons for her. We were small time customers and hadnt spent much money, yet we were treated like we bought the best items in store.Having had a good first purchase I told them what type of specialty guitar I was looking for, they kept in touch, let me know when it arrived, helped me order a custom case and did way more than any other store in town has done for me in the past. Ive spent money in several other music stores in the area and can say for sure, the most knowledgeable musicians are here. I had nothing but great service and I love my Blueberry Burst Gibson Les Paul they helped me track down. Ill be back for sure.Wonder if they can find an Iced Tea Gloss Les Paul at a good price ? ;)

They sell frames and guitar lessons. Their gallery of five guitars that appear to be the same is pitiful. Really nice frames though. Its a gallery of frames.

Ditto to Saras review. Im looking to buy a new nylon string acoustic so I thought I would check out this shop. The lady ignored me. She probably knows nothing about guitars since half the shop is dedicated to picture framing. Still no reason to diss a potential customer. They had some cool guitars, but so does Guitar Center. Guess who will be getting my money.
