We purchased the Hot Springs Flair spa from Richard a few weeks ago. I was told it would take a few weeks but it was ready early, in about a week! It arrived with a faulty part from the manufacture so some of the jets didn’t work but they came over quickly to get it fixed! The delivery crew was fast and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them!

Brain has to be the best salesman Ive ever had. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had with confidence and ease. I honestly wouldnt be surprised if he owns the place.There was a sale going on so the prices were affordable and Brian helped us find one that fit our needs and budget.

We dropped the pool a couple feet into the ground and built out our deck around it. Throughout the process, I asked Dwayne, Brian, Dalton, and the rest of the team, literally hundreds of questions. If there are any issues or things that need replacing, there is never a problem and they always resolve the situation without delay. This level of customer service is unmatched. I take care of all of the maintenance myself, which I never thought I would do, especially with a large oak right over the pool. But, the team at Recreational Pools Spas & More sets you up with everything you need to get all the maintenance done in 30 minutes to an hour max per week. The spa we got is perfect. I was told that spa maintenance would be a handful by others, but not with the advice from Recreational Pools Spas & More. The maintenance is minimal, and the enjoyment is unmatched. I am grateful for everything they have done for us and highly recommend them!

Brian was amazing thru out the whole process ! We are putting our pool in just in time for my Grandsons first B-day party and the ladder did not come in on time so Brian acted quickly and upgraded us with out charge so we would have it in time for the party ( LIFE SAVER ) The Pre season pricing was Affordable and The Avalon package came with everything that we needed including all the Pool cleaning supplys and a vacuum. I will be going back to get our hot tub next year from them do to the stellar service !!!

Attention to detail could improve

This is our second pool from Rec. Brian is so knowledgeable and very upfront. Brian gave us all the upgrades, for being a returning customer. Our first pool was 18ft, we sold our home. We actually shopped for an inground swimming pool, but for the price, and size, and all the upgraded added expenses .I decided that our above ground pool served the purpose at more than half the cost.This time we wanted a bigger Pool so we got the 24ft. This pool was not instock when we wanted it, but Brian delivered to my home on the next shipment day without charge. We had it installed semi in the ground. There was a lot of dirt with this size pool, but it turned out wonderful. We listed the dirt for free and built our own deck. We still have some work on the deck, and yard to do but I’m satisfied with the overall experience! We will be back, and so will our friends. Thanks Brian, Rec and staff!

If you want legendary customer service and top notch knowledge on a spa, you want to come to this store and talk to Brian. Very personable, extremely knowledgeable and answers your questions before you even ask them. Brian doesnt try to sway you one way or the other with your purchase. His focus was on your personal preference versus making a sale on a higher priced item. Very friendly and informative versus salesman. He was great throughout the entire process, not just for the sale. He even gave me referrals for concrete and electrician and took the extra time to ensure those referrals were in my area as I live quite a ways away from the store. Brian provided a great experience all around, making me feel very comfortable about my purchase.

I, much like the woman in the review below, ordered a pool at the end of May. I have emailed Brian every few weeks or so to get an update and EVERY single time, I get a different story. This past time, he told me they havent received a pool truck since April (I have it in writing), but the owner responds to the reviewer below and says theyve received hundreds of pools since April? Where is my pool, it wasnt a custom order? I just feel like I am being lied to and it doesnt feel nice. Brian has been very friendly and professional on all levels when we have spoken, but I always have to reach out for an update, and I cannot help but feel like I am being given the run around. Almost 4 months into this thing, and end of pool season is a bit frustrating. I will be happy to edit my review once the pool comes in and is delivered if all goes well. Tip: Communication is key in business, especially when there are delays through no fault of the customer.***Edit 10/06/2020*** Our pool was delivered yesterday, delivery was hands free and easy. I will edit again once we receive the missing (backordered) salt water filter system ordered at the same time as the pool.

Stay away from this place! Ordered pool for over 5k back in May. As soon as we came in a sales person ran up to us and assured us that our pool will be shipped and installed with in 6-8 weeks. It is now beginning of August and still no pool! They took my money and no pool. Every time I would call I would not get an update. It would be the same answer saying that there’s no update on the account. I was even given a phone number of some regional manager about the status of my order who again lied to me saying that it will be shipped and again nothing. This place will take your money and you will not get your pool or spa or whatever you are ordering from them. Stay away!!!!!

I found out one of my hot tub pumps was leaking where the shaft from the motor goes into the impeller housing. It’s a 5.0 hp, 2 speed unit that sells for about $500. I took it in to these folks after being recommended to check them out. They have a specialist-repairman onsite and he fixed it (same day turnaround, amazing!) by replacing the seal, putting a new bearing in and replacing the impeller I broke trying to fix it. Saved me a lot of money and I received excellent service... true value.I think finding a business that’s equipped with good people, that also practices honest business is getting rare these days. However, that’s what I found here. I highly recommend this outfit if you need spa equipment, or repair. My go to place for sure from now on!Thank you guys!!!🤘🏻🍻😎

Its refreshing to deal with honesty and integrity in the retail world today. I dealt with Dwayne and his crew several years ago and its a pleasure to see that some things havent changed. A competitor, that was more convenient, indicated that I just needed to replace the spa and did not want to even diagnose the issue. Dwaynes technicians, Jessie in the field and Danny at the store, took care of the issues and had us back enjoying our spa in short order. Quality care at fair and honest pricing. Easy to purchase no pressure at all. Went to look at a grill ended up buying a pool there floor model it actually has water in it cool idea had to buy it.

Just had to come on and give these GUYS 5 STARS! Not only do we LOVE our pool and everything that we got here! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Especially Dwayne! Ive called a few times and had goofy to serious questions and all answered so nicely. Our pool pump quit working and I could not figure out why, so I called. Dwayne stayed on the phone with me, helping me till I (we), well He, lol, figured it out. He was helpful and so nice about it too. He did not have to do that. The staff was very knowledgable when it came the different models of spas and which one was the best for soothing my wifes chronic back pain due to a car accident five years before. We bought a A5 bullfrog spa for therapy in 2016. We purchased the one with 220 electric rather than the 110- because the 110 just simply had weaker flow overall (this was based on a trial of a different brand side by side comparison of 110 vs 220 electric). We are so pleased with our spa! We got it as a therapy spa since I have fibromyalgia and back issues. I was able to try out the different jet paks to hit the spots I need. They allowed us to try different jets in their larger spas before purchase, which allowed me to customize what I needed. It is a great spa for therapy and we are incredibly pleased with the spa and rec. pool and spas! Update 3/2018: getting a new jetpak and have to say that I love that I can change a jetpak as my back issues change so that I can get targeted therapy- all without having to buy a whole new spa! I can’t say enough about the great design of bullfrog spas!

I wanted to add my yelp review to my past review. Here it is from a recent experience:I bought my Bullfrog Hot Tub a bit over five years ago. Great product, great staff, and great service. Dont get me wrong: I dont expect businesses to do more than whats contracted, but this business rises above the rest. They have a sense of honor regarding when something more is or is not due the customer. Just recently, I needed some service on a circuit board issue. I didnt realize my warranty was to expire in a few days. THEY (Jesse: their service pro) brought it to my attention and congratulated me on my good timing. Also, with his own initiative, he replaced the smaller recirc pump due to a drip most would consider ignoring, plus he tightened a couple of colored-light connections to prevent any issue with them. If I had called one day after expiration, I wouldnt have complained about paying. But I lucked out and got the service under warranty. How many other businesses might find a way to pretend I hadnt made the call when I did. Great shop. I highly recommend them.Eric RandallRegarding my service experiences since I bought the six-jet-pack-seat (+ bench) hot tub prior to Bullfrogs change in their plumbing design.It went superbly. Both Recreation Pools, Spas and more as well as the Bullfrog Spas company have acted with honor, courtesy, and professionalism ever since I bought the hot tub. Ive owned the hot tub for several years but had to be away for a long time to help a family member. When I recently returned, during a minor repair of a light, I more-fully addressed an earlier observation of a difference in pump strength. One of their repairmen, Jessie, took steps to make an apples/apples comparison of the pumps. I told him there was still a noticeable difference in pump strength and he put in a request for a replacement pump. Without delay, Bullfrog approved the replacement and Recreation Pools, Spas and More was here promptly to install it. The pump strengths are now equal and, although I always really liked the entire hot tub, I havent the slightest reservation about it. Recently, I even bought a couple extra jet-pack seats to have on hand. Although not necessary, I wanted at least one simpler seat to use in case of any needed in-shop jet-pack service.Another service issue worth noting is that I did have some repeated jet-pack-seat repairs a while back with one style called the RPM. Because of this, I requested a free replacement with a similar seat (Gyro-ssage); Rec Pools worked with Bullfrog to get me the replacement without charge. This was well past the month-1 switch option for a preference change. The gyro-ssage seat has worked like a charm since then.I think Bullfrog has really hit on a better design. The concept of jet-pack seats vastly reduces the potential for leaks.I have a couple suggestions for Bullfrog owners (be one if you can): put a tiny bit (1 tbsp or so) of non-chlorine shock behind each seat in addition to the normal 1/4 cup in the center area during your weekly routine; I know its not supposed to be needed, but that habit has kept my hot tub showroom clean. I use the Nature2 stick kept between the filters. Although one of them is fine, when I put a new one there, I keep the old one below it and mark it as the older version by notching the plastic. Of course pH maintenance is a given, but if its even slightly too high, cloudy water will result. This is normal, so I keep the pH in check to avoid that. When I change the water, I use filtered water and add no more than 1/4 cup of hardener to prevent calcium leaching from the shell (dont over-do this or itll gum up your filters!). I do this because my well water can be kind of iffy and have a lot of iron in it.Bottom line: Thinking back: Would I have made the same buying decision knowing what I know now? Absolutely.

We purchased a Bullfrog Spa several weeks ago and just LOVE IT! I cant wait to get home EVERY NIGHT to enjoy it! Along with the spa package, we added a few more bells and whistles too (L.E.D. lights and a booming stereo). My wife and I checked out a few other dealers before making a descision on what we truly wanted. Brian was the most knowledgeable and friendliest sales person we encountered! All of the other places we visited was like walking onto a car lot or dealership. They tried to hurry and rush us into making descisions we werent ready to make! THANK YOU BRIAN!! The delivery was very prompt and professional to say the least. I do have to say what really grabbed my attention about their service was how they sent a service tech out to my house after a conversation on the phone. Im not a chemist, I admit that I was having some problems with PH and clarity...etc... The service tech was at my house THE NEXT DAY. Now, in todays standards of bussines?...That is what impressed me the most. Even after making the sale to us, they proved their word of customer service. I didnt ask them to send anyone to my house. This kind of reminded me of how The Home Depot was 15 years ago before they lost their EDGE. Thank you guys!!!!

Bought our 2nd spa from Brian Leto - we just moved from Valrico to Riverview and left the old spa we bought last year. Last time we bought a very simple Dream Maker Spa because we knew wed be moving soon and just wanted a spa to plug into 110v. This time we purchased a Bullfrog Spa R7 and could not be happier! Our old tub had a lounge which my wife didnt quite like so this time we got a spa with open seating and even got to customize the JetPaks to meet our therapeutic needs. Anyone looking for a hot tub should consider Recreational Pools Spas & More. Brian and the rest of the staff carry themselves in a very courteous and professional manner and know their product inside and out.
