Got my girl a ring and she loved it but a stone fell out of it.i took it back and they would fix or swap for differnt one wow even swap better then the first one ty

What a bad place to do business! Been there twice and always is a bad experience. One day went to buy a tool and they did not honor the price in the tag. Went today with a tool worth 150 bucks and I needed a loan and they try to low ball me for 15 bucks. Really bad business and I personally wont step in there no more.

I had a horrible experience time experience going to this location.. one person greeted (curly hair, mid age lady) me and the other three (blonde/brunette straight hair) made me feel Uncomfortable. I’m thinking everyone is going to smile and be happy but it felt so lifeless in the store.

I could walk in with a brick of gold, these guys would say Best we can do is 5 bucks then turn around and sell it for retail. Worst pawn shop Ive ever visited.

Update 2 years later - This store still provides great value! (3-22-2021)Very pleased with this location, the staff is always so Helpful. Terii usually helps us and takes very good care of our family! But if she is not there we never have an issue getting helped. Even when we look through the dvds for half of an hour.

Normally, I don’t have any issues with the staff at this location. I have been coming here for a few years now and would have to say that Eunice the Manager is quite unpleasant. She always seems to have a hate for people, never smiles and is quite uncomfortable to be around.I bring a lot of business to this location by bringing in gold to sell, but feel that I may no longer bring my bussiness here anymore.She always has snotty/rude remarks to make to the other employees and the patrons. I don’t know about you, but the last time I checked managers are suppose to be the face of a company. I think the HR department of cash America needs to reevaluate her job. There is a lot of other employees at that location that would do a much better job than she does.

Great selection of dvds and the store manager Joe is one of the best managers I have met in the state. I travel all across Florida and this manager is what I wished all of them were like. He should be training other managers on how to run a shop!!!

Went in there to purchase some Jewelry, Stood @ counter for 5 mins, There were several employees but not one ever came to help. So I left and purchased my Jewelry elsewhere.... I will NEVER be back
