I used to be a super happy customer of Chevron. Not anymore.I am considering a class action lawsuit against APEC Gas/and the gas stations owner here in Fern Park Florida. I am currently gathering names and documentation One of your stations was incorrectly charging customers Chevron Credit cards the full price and not giving the discounted rate when we use the Chevron card or PAY CASH. This went on for 11 MONTHS. I tried to get help from an email address I was given by an APEC employee yo get copies of the statements and I get NO help at resolving the issue. All I want is my $75 dollars and actually I am owed slightly more, back from the company. This happened to ME and HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS? I have gone to Social Media to gather customers that use this location. 8000 S Highway 17/92 Fern Park FL, and am seeking Legal counsel on a class action lawsuit. The owner is not interested in correcting the discrepancy so I am going to do what I can and get it back or close it down. Other people are very interested in this as it is a very busy location. How many THOUSANDS did this owner STEAL from its customers during the PANDEMIC? Several people want their money back now and I have opened up the biggest can of worms and am ready to dump them out on APECs table.

I started dealing with automated petroleum around two years ago i’ve dealt with many gas jobbers and I’ve owned dozens of gas stations throughout the years and I can tell you they are probably the most reputable and honest company I have ever dealt with. Anytime I had a problem or an issue they immediately resolved it they go above and beyond helping you and teaching you and growing with you I highly recommend them.

They take advantage off hard working people

I feel apec is a total scam especially every week we have to call toni altier that we have been overcharged i simply dont trust her .even we got charged 1150 dollars for handicap ramp knowing that we dont own the property,still charged us, bottom line worked 2 years lost 60,000 dollars.

It exploits hard-working people who forfeit their life savings of 10s of thousands of dollars for a promised dream of a decent life in the U.S. Yet because the McKnights practice the outlawed rules of southern sharecropping, their victims are forced to work from 6 a.m. to midnight and dont make enough money to rent a place to live in. They are forced to live in a room with a shower @ the gas station!! The greedy bloodsucking McKnights are living the good life while they refuse to invest money into the maintenance of their deplorable, deteriorating gas stations Yes, class action lawsuit cant happen soon enough!

SCAM ALERT! Dont buy or Lease any gas station/business owned by APEC!! Bill Mcnight and his tout John Knightly are dogs who feed on the blood of innocent people. I know people who experienced these Rats first hand and they lost their life savings. The whole company is a huge SCAM!! There should be a Law Suit coming against APEC very soon.
