Never have a problem at any other pacsun and work for pacsun so the facts that the store manager denies me of my discount is just simply insane to me. Has to be ran by the worst sm at any pacsun

I buy from here all the time, typically spend 40-50$ every time

This store doesnt even deserve 1 star. They are the only store at the mall who doesnt pick up their store phone. I have called 5 or 6 times since the store opened at 10 this morning. Now I have to drive all the way to the Brandon mall to ask them one simple question that they could have answered on their store phone if they would care to pick it up. Terrible store. Terrible workers.

Maybe its due to the employees being so young but the workers here are really rude. Male workers only want to help out females, whenever they help out a guy its like the last thing they want to do in the world. The manager has some sort of smart comments that get on your nerves. I use to go here a lot but after my last visit I dont plan on it anymore just because of the employees here.

Very little to no diversity as far a sizing goes. Employee was knowledgeable of where I could find what I was looking for.

There are 5 people working right now. Been in here over 20 minutes and all we got was a hello when we first walked in. No offer of assistance. Customer service not what it used to be. Too much socializing between staff they forget their purpose.

Went here to get a pair of Western boots; they didnt have but they directed me to many great stores that had.

They are super rude here, the employee working was watching over me and the people I was with acting like we were up to something, then was really rude everytime he spoke to us.

I just witnessed two girls being kicked out of this store because they were wearing Donald Trump t-shirts no discrimination should be allowed in any form whether it is race religion sexual orientation or political Association we should boycott this store until they send a letter of apology to the two girls that were kicked out.
