Let me start off by saying I didn’t plan on buying a car. Unfortunate circumstances lead to me looking around to price what another vehicle would be. They told me that my car would be seen in service in about 3 days as the days went by I couldn’t get in touch with anybody about the status of my car when I called. About 4 days went by my car still hasn’t been seen I haven’t received a call from my advisor so I just went and picked my car up I had to pay for a rental that I was looking for my Insurance to pay, but due to the fact I never received service they will not pay for it. They called me back saying they think they have an option that could “help” me when I called back I left a message and still no one called me back this is the WORST Nissan service experience I have ever had. And I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Like so many others, I wasnt looking to purchase a vehicle. But my vehicle decided that it was time. I was so nervous because I didnt want to be taken advantage of by a man (Im ..... an older woman). Called made an appointment to get warranty work done. Week later showed up early for my appointment just to be told they could not even look at my vehicle they were too behind. That was the point of an appointment!!! Anyway Made another appointment there that day to bring back & drop off to be fixed the next week. They do not give loaner vehicle while you wait instead its a rental but I was told warranty would cover most of that & I would only be out $20, but the day I brought my vehicle back no warranty doesnt cover rental & it would be $69 per day & no idea how long it would take. Not only will I not get service here. I will not buy another vehicle here either. Beware

Made an appointment to check vehicle for oil leak and oil change, waited for 5 hours an told that vehicle was not seen as of yet, to busy, why an appointment. Left vehicle at the maintenance shop to get a call later that evening that I would have to bring back it the following week and leave it at the shop. Makes me wonder if the mechanic took a look at the vehicle at all. Take it back this week, will it be seen and mechanical issue resolved is to be seen. I dont question the staff at the service office they were very helpful and accommodating.

It was great working with people I felt I could trust. The only reason it’s not 5-stars is due to the time it took to get fixed up. If I was given a good time estimate, it would’ve been fine to leave overnight. Before heading in, I was expecting my diagnosis would be given within an hour of my appointment. Other than that, I’ll be sure to take my Rogue back for all repairs.

Quickest car transaction in all my years. They delivered it for free without hassle. Excellent service. Mike Gray was a great salesman. Definitely recommend them.

The only reason I give it a one star is because I had to choose at least one star. I had a car towed there and was on the phone with a service adviser when the car got there. I was informed that they would check it out the following day if they couldn’t get to it that day. A week later they still had not check it out and every time I called about it, they would tell me the service advisor wasn’t in or was busy, etc. When I finally spoke with the service advisor, I was told that they hadn’t looked at it because we parked it to far in the back and we didn’t bring the key in even though when I was on the phone with the service advisor when I had it towed in, he asked if the car was black and I said yes, so he got off the phone with me so he could let the wrecker driver know where to drop the car. Then when he forgot about the car a week later, he proceeded to let me know how it was my fault that they had not looked at it yet.

Charles was a fantastic salesman! He was very charismatic, he spent extra time with me and even stayed late. He went through every car I even thought I would like and helped me get a very good deal. If you go, talk to Charles Aga!!!!!!!
