Was mediocre at best but found what we were looking for so that was great!

Ive shopped here twice since COVID, and each time the associates went out of their way in terms of customer service. They were super friendly and always waiting to help. When COVID first started, I placed an order for balloons to pick up (which was very easy) and I live about 40 minutes away. Their corporate were closing stores early (and immediately), but they stayed open for an extra minute or two to retrieve my order and brought it to the store. Very grateful.

They had a great selection of 50 birthday over the hill. Should of gone here first.

Do NOT walk in the store with a bag in your hand from a different store. The reps will stop you and they will tell you you cannot come in the store with other bags in your hand. And you can leave it on the counter where the cash registers are but they do not guarantee for your bags safety. The customer service is very rude and snotty like they’re better than you and they’re never excited for you for your parties they never congratulate you or say happy birthday they’re just very annoyed by the customers at all times. I’ve been going to the store for many years and I have never walked in there and was able to talk to somebody who was happy to help out

This place is very organized and cleaned, you can find anything for that special party either birthday or other celebration. And the most important thing the employees working here are very nice and helpful. I went on Feb 12 and I must to say they were busy but despite that they were very friendly. Excellent customer experience.

This trip I experienced good customer service. No issues at all. They had the item my wife saw online, the associate opened it and allowed me to make sure all items were included. She then walked me to the other accessories pictured on the cover of the package. Our youngest should be thrilled with his costume. Didnt have anything but Halloween stuff out

Im happy they are following safety guidelines but when my husband and I brought our costumes home we were not happy. The wig and stockings that go to my standard adult size costume are made for a child. My husbands costume is very cheaply made and the mask that comes with it is horrible. We shop here for parties but have never bought costumes. I know we are currently not allowed to try on or return anything due to Covid, but we are very disappointed with the quality we were given for the price we paid.

Awesome I went to three Halloween stores that I called on Thursday who said they would still be open until Monday.....not. So I went to the Brandon Mall open at their store their Halloween store would still be open traffic was horrid and I have to see Party City on my left. I was amazed at the selection they still head up I found everything I needed to be a pirate at my mother-in-laws birthday party. They are a 4 and not at 5 cuz oh my Gosh after the prices would have gone down since Halloween was over.

Well, it was right before Halloween, so, had to wait in line before entering the store! They were only letting 3 or 4 people in at a time! As big as the store is I think they could have let up to ten people! Just my opinion! LolSecond, I was looking for pirate party supplies and there really wasnt a lot there at all, I think I only found some eye patches! Wow!So, I put them back! I really wanted some treasure chests! Not here!No help either, just pointed in the direction to go! LolI always help my customers! Well, anyway, could improve!Thanks!

This is a nice store. Its laid out very nicely by holiday, which makes it very easy to find what youre looking for. The staff was very polite and helpful. The store was pretty clean and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Hand sanitizer near the carts but not sure if they sanitized them because there was no sign saying so and people pushed their used carts into the same area with possibly cleans carts??? Running low on many items but still fairly stocked with many party decor items. Came for fondant and there were few options

This is go to place for baby shower, Birthday parties, etc. However the franchise and corporate policy on returns can be improved upon to increase customer satisfaction. Currently their policy is you need receipt, packages unopened, within 30days which is fine, but if you dont have the credit card that you purchased the items with, and you did not use your email address there is no alternative. My suggestion is to ask the customer for their email address or phone number on each order to track the purchase. I still purchased my wedding items and the cashier still did not ask for my email address. I will have to return with my adult son to return less than 6.00 worth of baby shower merchandise. I also suggest they allow you to exchange items. I will return to Party City.

Its filthy in there. Just hose the place down and start over. The bathroom looked like a crime scene.

Went there on Tuesday the 27th and they got a line of people waiting to go in. NOBODY else is doing that. Made me turn around and go to another store. Ross, target, the mall nobody is in line, everyone wears a mask if they want if not it’s all good. But you people are acting like you are the only store around and pretending you care about COVID. Nobody cares we are all going to the holloween stores and spending our money else where. You are only hurting yourself.

The place to go to for all things party if you need a balloon theyre the best if you need candy they are the best if you need costumes they are the best simply put they are the best when it come down to party Halloween Christmas or just a simple birthday party. Me and my wife threw a party for my seven-year-old son needless to say he was thrilled with this Batman balloons and costumes even my 12 year old son got in on the action a Spider-Man thank you guys for making this party possible oh yeah the staff was all so wonderful they helped me pick exactly what I wanted thank you guys so much

Love this store! Sometimes I go in just to browse and I love the new updates decorations and prices. Last night I went with my son for a spirit week pick up, store manager came out to greet him and gave him a beautiful balloon and some candy. My sons face was so appreciative and thankful. Very kind gesture :) thank you!

This particular Party City has an excellent selection of party supplies for nearly any occasion. Youll have to really take time to price compare items here. Some items are a great deal; others are overpriced. If youre in a hurry and dont care that much about getting a bargain, throw caution to the wind and grab the party supplies you want/need. During the pre-Halloween season, this is a great place to pick up Halloween costumes. Excellent selection.

Have everything you need from 4th of July to baby shower to birthday parties graduation to wedding table settings and much more.Their supplies are in all sorts of colors too.

Ive only had to shop here one or two times. Staff was pretty friendly and the selection of party-themed supplies is kind of crazy! If youre looking for stuff that fits a party {insert theme}, then start here. You may pay a bit more, though, since this stuff isnt usually found in Walmart or Target.

I was in today and had a discrepancy on the price of an item which was not a big deal, but the manager came and he gave me a significant discount to say the least. I was very pleased. They certainly take care of their customers and I will be back again in the future because of this.

This store customer service is ridiculous. The “manager” Ken shouldn’t be a manager with the way he speaks to customers. I did a online order for curbside to be picked up at 130. I show up at 2:10 and my order hasn’t even been pulled. He advised me that it was me and hundreds of others that he had to pull for. He hung up in my face. I will be calling the corporate office

I placed a balloon order over the phone with Ricky at this location and he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the balloons. Having the SKU helped him tremendously and know if they had it in stock. We got disconnected while placing the order, but was very apologetic and stayed calm throughout the conversation. Good job, Ricky! Great customer service!

I went in after looking online and seeing that they had 5 costumes in store in the size I wanted. When I got to the store I asked for the size I wanted the guy came out and said they had every other size besides the one I wanted. So I asked if I could order online there and pay cash they said no. I asked if they had gift cards for their store available so I could purchase one and order my costume that way, again the answer was no!! So not only is their website displaying incorrect information, the staff was very unhelpful. And people wonder why everyone is turning to Amazon and online ordering!!

The staff are super helpful here. Planning both a baby shower and a birthday party and I found almost everything that I needed for both. Extremely diverse product range.

I would have given a 5 but after buying on line and picking up at the store, I explained to them that I was buying for my grandson who lives in Miami and not able to give him the costumes until at least Thanksgiving and I was worried of the size. They told me that I only have until the 23rd of October to return or the 28th to exchange. No exceptions. I explained I did not want money back just for him to get the right size and they just did not care and gave me big NO. I will not be buying at Party City again.

I brought my own balloons to be inflated for my sons birthday. Lauren provided me with excellent service! She was informative, friendly, and made the prettiest arrangement for me that I have ever seen! I am so happy I came here and so grateful for Laurens help! These balloons will be sure to make my sons face light up with joy!

Horribly over priced and awful customer service. In the middle of a balloon order the last stopped filling them to go take care of a other customer all together. Called someone else who had NO idea what I wanted, was never told by the lady or thought to ask. Never ever again.

Whenever Im looking for some kind of weird or unusual thing for a party or holiday, I need look no farther than Party City. Always someone on their staff willing to go the extra mile to help you make your shopping experience a great one. If you go early enough, they have an unbelievable amount of Halloween costumes!

Perfect place for party needs. They dont have everything but the selection is very good. Dont go on a Saturday unless last resort. Too busy and they have like 8 people working, 7 behind the balloon counter and 1 at the check out counter. Takes forever

They were setting up for St Patricks already wow.. a little disappointed I couldnt get a childs costume for a Queen... so I had to go to 2 other stores to complete the costume

Like the store however we bought our kids costume there and they smelt really bad I told one of the helpers they said they all sell an trying to air them out. Like they have variety of party supplies other then that there a good store.

I came here this morning with intentions to buy my 5 year old a costume to go to Comic-Con. Not one costume his size in the entire store. This highly frustrated my child and me. This is the one store I would expect to always be able to find a kids costume. The staff was a bunch of idiots who were not helpful. The store was basically empty of all merchandise. I will not be coming back to this store ever again.

Absolutely the worst Party City! The customer is terrible! Basically there is none! Came in to return some items and was told that could not return because I didn’t have a receipt But I gave my email for an e-receipt. Finally after 20 mins the GM came to assist I was finally able to complete my return. This was the second time I’ve come here and had to deal with this poor level of customer service.

The staff and manager at this store goes above and beyond for the customer. I had a balloon issue but the replaced it gladly. Every Halloween they are slammed with custumers but they still give you the individual attention as if your the only customer. Great team!

Ordered online for in-store pickup and had to return the items later after cancelled party. Had my online order information but manager told me I should have gotten a paper receipt. I told him I didnt and he basically told us we were SOL even though I had proof of purchase on my phone. Right before he came to us he told someone else they couldnt return a costume because the package was opened. The manager was arrogant and unfriendly. Will never shop here again.

Called on a Friday to place a balloon order for kids’ party on Sunday and I was told to come in store to place the order because phone orders are only accepted Monday through Thursday. I don’t understand why a Friday call-in order couldn’t be hononered for a party two days later? I was not given any other reason or logic for their decision. I would have understood if call-in orders require a 3 day leeway for example but there was no mention of this. Very disappointed in Party City.

This place is great for finding anything for a party. Lots of fun stuff and its not overpriced. Many things for party favors. Weddings. Baby showers. Bdays. Halloween. Graduation. Etc etc. I also find fun things for the kids to play dress up with. Great people there too. Always willing to help. Knowledgeable about the products they have.

Every time I go to a party city it gets a little more depressing. I understand that with online shopping it makes it hard to run that type of business but it’s sad to see it now compared to what it used to be growing up

Bought something broken off the shelf (normal here) and fixed it, but it didnt work with what we got it for. When we tried to take it back, the guy pointed to the fine print and said it was nonrefundable. This place is terrible in every way. Wont be back

Unfortunately, my experience at this Party City was less than enjoyable. I arrived there and asked where I could find party decorations from Lego Movie 2 and was told, Oh we dont have them. When I explained I had seen them online, I was told Were not corporate, were a franchisee.WTAF?I looked around a bit (they had virtually every other theme that I had seen online) before asking why they didnt have the materials and got a similar excuse. I then noted it was a waste of a trip and was told, You should have called...EXCUSE ME!?!?The treatment by the staff was shoddy (nobody even suggested trying to place an order from the store online) and I will not enter this abomination again.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for pirate stuff for Gasparilla. I called ahead and the guy told me they had a whole section set up for Gasparilla. We get there and there is quite a bit of stuff but it was nothing like what I expected. We did find a couple of cool things to wear as accessories

My roommate and I went here on a Thursday evening recently (early October) to check out decorations and novelty items for her upcoming halloween wedding. We were never spoken to by any staff member, we saw 8 total, and we were 2 of maybe 15 customers in the store. Their costume selection area was not something we were interested in, but we noticed that it has shrunk significantly. There are packaged costumes available on a few aisles, but mostly just hats and accessories. We were able to find a small selection of normal wedding decorations, but surprisingly just 2-3 decorations for Halloween parties that werent huge spiders or string lights. The only novelty gifts they had were pre-packaged in sets of 100 (20 of each item) and themed by characters, movies, or sports. Nothing special that cannot be purchased at Walmart or target (we saw the same items at both of those stores as well). We walked around the entire store twice just to make sure that we werent missing anything, and were never approached by a CSR to see if we needed help. We were saddened at the fact that we could not find any Halloween themed party decorations or supplies (plates, bowls, cups, napkins, table cloths, or even ribbons) at a party supply store.

Staff did not care about my order or concerns for my balloons that I provided (i didnt buy theirs.) Ordered additional black balloons through them and they deflated an hour later! Didnt even last for the party. And the manager said he could not give us another set of balloons for free and that Id have to repay for more! I did not go back for more. Ive ordered balloons at other LOCAL party stores that lasted a whole week before deflating! This will be the last time I go to party city for balloons.
