Excellent customer srvc, very neat n tidy around the store, shelves stocked even on a holiday

Love this store. Great finds at great prices. Good place to do your Christmas shopping and get great gifts on a limited budget. I bought this perfume and it smells suttle, which I like cause I get headaches easy and Im almost out of my first eyeshadow set that I bought at another store, but this time I tried something different I love this too.

They are amazing I got these awesome bluetooth ear buds for 8.00 and I know its five below but they are really good and that is the lowest price youll get them at.

My daughter loves this store! I have to say its a pretty neat store. Especially if you like candy.

The best part of Five Below is the hard to find snacks and candies. Sometimes there are great deals on toys and blind bag/box products. Most things are overpriced for the quality. But it is a fun place to find unique items on occasion. My daughter loves the store.

Dangerous store if youre not looking for anything in particular. I can always find the perfect gift for a kid (or adult), and the most you might pay is $10 for certain specialty items. I was able to do almost all my holiday shopping here, and can always find a great birthday gift or seasonal gift ... as well as some great snacks. They always update the stock here, so I love just walking around and seeing what they have on the shelves, and I never leave empty-handed.

Great for cheap items. Just be aware not evwrything is $5 and below. Just a gimmick to get people in the door.

There are lots of items for gift ideas, all for under five bucks. The store could use some sprucing up...it just feels so cluttered. Otherwise a good place to shop on a budget.

Good prices BUT they do have Somethings more than $5.00. But its still a cool place to shop if you like saving money. Ill be going back for sure!

Different stuff just right and one price

This store is always clean and organized even if there is a lot of people. Their shelves are never empty and have good selections. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the staff. One thing I was surprised to see were the bathrooms, very clean.

Once they get into the medicine/supplements business, it is most likely bye bye to the Dollar Tree for me.Their innovative retail stores are the future. From the way the store is designed you are lifted into the buying Spirit as soon as you walk in. The employees are usually very helpful and friendly which makes the experience even better.I love the electronics department but I also love that every time I visit I see new items and they are constantly refreshing their product. The future of retail for sure!

Love $5 below always come out with more than expected

Unless you’re speaking to the managers the customer service reps have a lot of attitude and seem to be annoyed if you ask him any questions about any of the products and they’re very quick to tell you they don’t know anything about it and they do not make the event attempts voluntarily to find out. If they don’t know where an item might be located they will just tell you I don’t know and walk away

I love going here and so does my sister there are so many cool things to find.

Its the dollar store you have always wanted. Did you know that you wanted a game for the beach, a phone holder, a t-shirt, candy and a slew of other things you didnt know you wanted, well heres the place for all those little things that for the moment you cant live without, clean store and fun to browse.

Great finds that you cant get anywhere else, but the prices reflect an over priced item when compared to the same product at a dollar tree location or supermarket.

We visited Five Below today (10/17/20). The store was very clean and well stocked. The employees were very professional and dont heckle you about wearing a mask (I usually wear one but forgot it at home in Tampa, I used my husbands truck since my car broke down). My only compliant was that they didnt seem to have big girl sizes. 😭 I wouldve loved to have purchased a Joe Exotic shirt!

Best store ever in my daughters opinion, go all the time and its always clean, the employees are very friendly, something for everyone at a great price.

Im so excited to have 5 below here in Brandon, but they dont have as much of a selection of some things as the plant city location (like ornaments!!)

Has a variety of choices for toys, games and things adults, children and animals would love.

Always spend way more money than I plan to at this place. There is usually good selection of items. Good place for present buying. And the candy section is amazing!

I love five and below the store though was very empty and a little messy usually theyre on top of their game. But I must say I do love five and below they have great assortment of paint oh, gel pens, colored pencils and arts and crafts stuff.

The store was clean and organized for the most part. The shirts on display at the front of the store were a little messy but I imagine theyre straightened up many times a day. I hadnt been in awhile prior to my visit today so I was unaware they offered self checkout now. They have many kiosks setup and 1 manned checkout. The cashier was very helpful and kindly offered me a mask when I somehow misplaced my mask between the car and their front door.

Very cool store. Our daughter can pick anything she wants in the store and we dont have to take out a loan. Im also surprised everything in the store isnt generic knockoffs. Will return.

I love coming here, the options change each time I come, the Customer Service guy directing customers to the self service register could use some re-training however.

This was my first time to shop 5 Below, & I found the perfect small Christmas gift & something for me, too! But I was a little disappointed that they did not have any Sudoku puzzle books on the huge table of puzzle & craft books.

The first time my friend introduced me to this store was about a year ago and Clearwater I was amazed at the variety of truly decently made products and again the variety! Recently visited the Brandon store sound equally wonderful deals although the selection was a bit less variety wise than I had remembered as far as Home Goods but truly a place I think everyone must check out! Simply gave it for Star because of the lack of variety and the recent trip to the Brandon store but wonderful people employee and great product something for everyone!

Only self checkouts. Do not like that . Being back cashiers and a more personal touch. Not sure I will come back .

Who doesnt love a discount store?! This is now my kids favorite store. Its our go to for gifts. My only complaint is you get what you pay for with some items. Ive had two toys break as soon as we opened it or stop working very soon after. But for 5 bucks you cant expect too much from certain items. I even like their workout shirts, surprisingly! They have such a random selection of items. My husband loves the classic candy selection. I like the random beauty items. Ill always go back to this store! I also have to add that it is always clean and neat for this type of store.

They have a lot of good things for the money

Great place to go for inexpensive toys and such for the kiddies. Nothing in the store is over $5 so you can be a hero for just a little cash! They also have items like fun makeup, nail polish, novelty T shirts, and cute things foe teenager s to decorate the is rooms. Because it is summer now they have lots is rafts, water games, beach towels and even basic hammocks. They also have a wide selections of phone chargers and gadgets and phone covers. Its a fun store to visit and you most likely will find something you didnt know you needed for just a $5 or less!

First time in the store but I plan on going back. Lots of stuff to look at and a lot of great deals. Mickey Mouse Disney t-shirt for five bucks. I have lots of different shirts to wear during Christmas time so I got three from there to add to my collection! It looked to me like they had everything from A to Z let your imagination go!
