Deangelo and Roberto did a great job and very quickly. We had the rooms cleared, so I think that helped to speed things along. We had two rooms done on one day and another room done the following week and we are very pleased.

We had our stairs done in our new home with Naffco back in December, nesting for artival of new baby! It was a hectic time, and rush season with the holidays, Naffco was the 3rd place we checked out, and the the best! Art was friendly, earnest, and very helpful in taking care of us. He was honest and said theyd try to get it done before Thanksgiving, but no guarantees... we did get it done beautifully Dec 7th, but worth the wait knowing we went with a good company, sincere, and got a great deal with Art.

BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE GREAT SALESMEN UNTIL SOMETHING GOES WRONG!When our carpet was installed last summer (2017), we noticed shortly after installation that the nail tacks in the thresholds that met up with the tile floors were coming through the carpet and you could actually feel the nails on your feet. I called the store and spoke to Jay, our salesman, who said he would put in a service request and someone would contact me. Never happened. I called the service department twice and no one ever got back to me. We took care of the problem ourselves.Additionally, we had to rewrite the check we gave the installers because apparently our installer got fired the same day and never turned in the check. We had to pay a check cancellation fee to our bank because of this.Fast forward 16 months - we experienced a water leak in our house that flooded two bedrooms that had the carpet in them. The company that came out carefully peeled back the carpet so they could remove the padding. The purpose of this was so industrial-grade blowers could dry out the carpet and get reinstalled. The padding was saturated and smelled really bad after drying out so we had to get new padding. What came as a surprise though was that when the carpet was peeled back, it revealed CHEAP padding underneath when we paid for 10 lb memory foam padding. They used the cheap padding in the walk-in closet and half of the bedroom. All of the other bedrooms had the correct padding. We even took pictures to show them the rest of the room but they said it wasnt necessary.The next day I took the padding to the store, our record was pulled up, and the salesman agreed that it was the wrong padding. Jay, the salesman that helped us originally, was off that day so we would have to wait for him to take care of things. The next day, I called to follow up (since no one called me) and was told a service request was sent it. Hmmm....Ive heard that one before! Jay wasnt very polite to me and even suggested that perhaps they ran out of the memory foam padding and had to substitute. How in the world would he know that unless A) it was noted in my file and no one told me (or compensated me), or B) it is common practice for them. Jay provided me with the service departments phone number and a person I could speak to.I called and Jeanine told me that that it would be a couple of weeks before anything could be done. I explained that my house was a mess and that we had company coming in for Thanksgiving the following week. I asked if they could just refund the money FOR THE ONE ROOM that clearly didnt have the correct padding. She said she would talk to management and get back to me. That was two weeks ago and NOT A SINGLE WORD!The fact is that we paid for a certain product and they installed a cheaper one. We proved it and they still did nothing to rectify the situation. They are great while you are making a purchase, but if something goes wrong, they are not willing to step up and do the right thing. Buyer beware!

I would highly recommend Naffco to everyone. Starting with the sales representative professionalism, efficiency, helpfulness, promptness, and most of all his friendly spirit. Hats off to Naffco for their efficient scheduling process to install the flooring. The installers were friendly, efficient, professional, and careful. They made sure that there was a minimum amount of disruption during the installation. They moved all of the furniture and put it back in place. They cleaned up after the installation and made me feel like they cared about me and my house. Great Job!

From beginning to end this was the best construction process anyone could ask for. The salesman was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. They worked with our schedule to make sure the installation happened when we wouldn’t be inconvenienced and the guys doing the install were fantastic. Every one of the people we interacted with took the time to carefully explain the process, showing how they would lay the product we selected, and installed it quickly and flawlessly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their floors done.

Although Jay our salesman was super and we love our floors, we are still waiting for transition strips and transitions to be completed. The person ( who was not dressed or groomed professionally and appeared to have just rolled out of bed)was here 4 times to complete this process but it is still not done!!! That was 2 months ago......still no follow up. The flooring was installed in April. It is now August......

My experience with Naafco was great. I worked with Mike Baker and he was always available when I called, very responsive and Informative on the flooring choices as well as expected timing for materials. They had tons of choices for laminate and wood flooring. The flooring I chose was delivered in less than a week along with all transition pieces and underlay. I would definitely recommend them and will probably use them for window treatments when the time comes.

We purchased shutters for our home. We liked they offer shutters made in USA/FL when everywhere else only used a couple of companies from China. The price was comparable and we received them slightly quicker. The initial contact with service was great. The guys who measured and installed were also great; good work & friendly. The communication from our sales rep could have been better. No updates unless we called and had them call the manufacturer/warehouse. Not sure how long we would have ended up waiting for measurements and installation had we not called.

I had three bedrooms in my house that had carpet. The carpet was removed and had the tile planks installed. The job took 1 1/2 days to complete :) Overall, the installers did a great job and the price was very competitive. I would have given Naffco 5 stars if they would have done the following: Put down some type of floor covering in my hallway and other areas leading to the bedrooms that were being worked on, not smoked cigarettes in my garage should have smoked outside. After the supervisor left, no one on the crew knew how to speak English. There was a communication barrier.

Naffco has done all of the floors (wood laminate) in my home as well as the lanai flooring (travertine) and our kitchen cabinets (Wellborn cherry wood). I am super pleased with the work and the customer service they have provided before, during and after installation.

I had some louvers replaced and the service person damaged 3 of them. Luckily I ordered three extra. I called the shutter manager Jenny and she was very understanding. Michael called and offered to discount the total Install which makes a difference with the initial bad experience. Im reasonable and if a vendor extends a satisfactory solution then Im satisfied.

I needed new carpet for the town home I was planning to sell and called Naffco Flooring. Art came out to take measurements and show me my options. He was very professional and pleasant. He obtained all of my contact information and said he would email the estimate within a couple of days. Hes also advised me that I should place my order as ASAP, because the carpeting takes time to order. I had my estimate within 24 hours and had to put half down before placing the order and the final payment was due at the time of installation. Once the carpeting came in, they called to schedule a time for install. I was given a 2 hour window for arrival and the installation team arrived right on time. They took about 4 hours to complete the house. Again, the team was very professional and I was impressed with the service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. And I will be calling them to install flooring at my new residence soon.

Terrible experience, do not buy from Naffco. They charged us sales tax on carpet, we were told by State of Florida, home depot and Lowes that they do not collect sales tax on carpet and install. We found this out after the fact. When we contacted Naffco about this they were very nasty and wouldnt refund our sales tax.We had problems with the install that were never resolved. Seams they wouldnt take care of. Didnt return phone calls. Terrible to deal with.

Sales representative was helpful, knowledgeable, and had good follow through. Once the job was turned in to an order there was a disconnect with the installation department. Neither department knew what the other one was doing. There was no way for the sales team to figure out what the install department had on their calendar except for contacting the install dept. Once the job was sold they had no clue who I was. Unfortunately, the customer is unaware of this until the order has been placed and scheduling begins. This is obviously an ongoing problem as everyone I spoke to said it was something that had come up as an issue before. Installation was good except for installers forgetting a couple things, and not reading the work order thoroughly. I would use them again, but be even more proactive with my communication .

Have purchased products from Naffco before so they were are go to for luxury vinyl flooring. Working with Jay Leeper is a pleasure as he takes the time to answer questions and provide guidance on various products. Installation for us included removing tile which is a mess to do. The installers covered everything and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The flooring installers also took care and pride in their work. I had a good experience buying Wellborn cabinets for my kitchen remodel through Naffco at the Brandon store. They met my expectations in terms of price and quality. The process was smooth, the cabinets arrived on time and they look great. In sales, Breanna was exceptional for her patience to work with me and answer all my questions, especially on design and explaining the entire process. She is very nice, knowledgeable and one of the best sales people I have ever worked with! I highly recommend her, and I would buy cabinets from her again. Tommy, the installation manager, was also very helpful in resolving any install issues. I appreciate their honest and reliable customer service and straightforward process working with them. Based on my experience, I would say that Naffco is a trustworthy company that fulfills its promises and delivers a high quality product.

Naffco Sales and followup was great, we had one issue with not enough flooring being ordered due to a number being transposed but they did an absolute fabulous job in correcting the issue, overnighting the additional flooring and compensation. The installers were outstanding and did a beautiful job. We were very happpy.

We had an initial decent experience with Naffco. We spent a little over $9k to replace the carpet in our house with new wood floors. We spent a lot time picking out the color and style we wanted, but when the installation day came it was a darker color than we had picked. When I called the salesman we had been dealing with he had a difficult time remembering who we were. Ultimately we told them to go ahead with the install. The gentlemen who did the install, were nice and did an excellent job installing. I was ready to spend a good deal more money at Naffco, because I need new window treatments throughout the house and liked their products. However, that will not happen now. A single piece of the wood floor popped up, due to pressure. I called Naffco and they sent someone out. They tell me that this type of damage is not covered by the warranty and insisted on charging me $100. My response -> leave it as is. Ill pay someone else 100+ to fix it. I will not do business with someone who will not back their product and moreover refuse to do a 100 dollar fix for a 9k job. I would not recommend them to anyone based on their customer service and business sense.Update (2 months later): Naffco ended ended up contacting us, apologizing for the mis-understanding, and sent out their people to fix the broken board shortly after. It was much appreciated and we will consider them for business in the future.

We installed over 2100 sqft of flooring from Naffco and we couldn’t be more pleased on how well the flooring turned out.Jay and Michael did an excellent job recommending the best product that fit our needs and plans for the home.The whole install took less than 4 days. This included chipping the current tile, removing carpet and installing the floors and stair steps. The install crew (Jamelson) knew their stuff. We were impressed on how detailed and careful they were while installing the floors and 16 stair steps.I’d definitely recommend Naffco to all my clients who are looking for wood flooring. They were reasonably in pricing and installation. In some cases, they were even less expensive than buying flooring ourselves at the traditional box stores and hiring our own contractor to install the floors.

The most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. We had to call them CONSTANTLY to try to schedule our carpet installation. Three months later we finally got HALF installed. The warehouse lost our remnant rug. They were more than happy to charge our card and delay, delay delay.Installation contractors were great, carpet binder was great. They were as frustrated with the company as we were.

It was a very easy process from the initial sales call by Art. Right through the measuring process.Like anything else we had to wait for our plantation shutters to be made but once Nafco received them they scheduled a time with us and put all 29 in on the same day. I had them install carpet on my stairs. After a month, the carpet was matted down. When I called to resolve the issue, I was advised that the carpet warranty did not apply to stairs. I think after a month, the carpet should be covered. Its not like the carpet is a year old. Total BS!

Run away, quickly. Go elsewhere! Anywhere but NAFFCO. The carpet itself is nice, but the installation and the installation process were atrocious. First installation was canceled. I don’t think it was ever scheduled because they never called me the day before to confirm. So they reschedule me for 2 days later. This time they called the day before to confirm my installation appointment which reiterates my suspicion that it was never actually scheduled the first time. And I’m not retired, I do still work, so now I’m forced to take my second day off of work to accommodate their inability to schedule their own installers. So, they schedule the second day for before noon. Well 1 o’clock rolls around and I haven’t seen the installer yet so I call. He’s behind, so now hopefully he’ll get to me by 2:30 or 3:00. He shows up at 3:45, walks in and says, “nope, don’t have time for this, I’ll have to come back, I’ll call dispatch and reschedule”. At this point I’m pretty livid, I’ve now taken two days off work completely unnecessarily, so I offer to call dispatch for him on speakerphone, because I’m on a first name basis with the dispatcher at this point anyhow. She begs and pleads with him to stay, so he does. He’s not out of my house until nearly 9 that night. He showed up by himself. It would be one thing had I said there wasn’t any furniture to move, but Art, the salesman, came to my house to measure and had obviously seen every last bit of furniture that would be in the way. Maybe I’m way out of line, this is the first time I’ve ever had to have carpet installed after all, but I was expecting at least two people. In his hurried attempt to install the carpet so he could get home, the seams along each door threshold were horribly laid and immediately coming up and fraying. He left long cut piles shooting out in wild directions in the middle of the room. The one thing NAFFCO got right was to send an extremely friendly service manager (this service manager confirmed my suspicions of one installer being insufficient, he was blown away when I told him that, said there should have been at least 2 if not 3) out to cut the long piles and fix at least one door threshold. I bought the most expensive carpet they have, I would have expected it to not only be in pristine shape but also to be installed by a professional. Oh, he also broke my bed in the process of putting it back together. And he had to borrow my tools because he didn’t have the necessary tools. And screws out of my supplies to fix my bed that he broke. I would absolutely, without any hesitation, NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Submitted twice on request an estimate on website with no response. Called multiple times with no answer. Finally got through and was told (rather rudely, cut off multiple times in an impatient tone) that I needed to come to the store. When I asked why have the request an estimate I was cut off and told to come to the store. Needless to say, I will not be coming and they lost that business.

I wish i could give this place no stars. Terrible experience. The first problem i noticed is anytime i would call up there for something they would ask who my sales person was. Then, they would say THAT person had to call me back even though that person was off. Even if i had something simple, no one would answer the question or place a order for example for an additional piece of corner round. I was forced to wait for my sales person to call me back and sometimes i would have to call back. Such a pain and thats not the worst of it. After placing a large order for flooring totaling close to 2500 sq ft, we had a couple extra unopened boxes left at the end as its common to order a tad more to make room for error cuts etc. They of course had to have the person who placed the order call me back in regards to the return (notice the common trend of always being transferred) to which that person very rudely said they dont accept returns (even unopened sealed boxes of wood flooring). I calmly asked for the supervisors name and phone to which he said i am the final person and Im not taking it back i explained that he NEVER told me the extra flooring was non-refundable and he said he is aware he didnt tell me that but tough luck basically. I called another store and got the general managers number i believe goes by the name Barbara. She wasnt exactly the most pleasant either but said she would call the flooring distributor and call me back to see if THEY would take the flooring back. I never heard back from her. I even called back multiple times and left VM and she never called back. The strangest thing of all is that they acted as though someone has NEVER tried to return a couple of unopened boxes of flooring. i would stay clear of this place. What a headache

I do not recommend conducting business with NAFFCO. Poor customer service, poor communication and project management and poor work quality. Zero stars was not an option but that would be more appropriate.

Unbelievable! I will start with our salesman (Jay) was great, however that’s where it ends. The installation was the worst possible, after I came home & found my furniture crammed into our den piled on top of each other I was shocked, chairs turned upside down on top of our leather sofa,, they totally ruined our baseboards thoughout the house ! After sending the repair man out 4 times I gave up,, they were caulking the damage done not replacing . It looked so horrible we had to fix them ourselves. Naffco did NOTHING! That was 3 yrs about!Now we have a problem with a large area discoloring on our wood floors(8planks)need replacing.In May I contracted Naffco finally a claims man came out determined it was moisture(even tho we spent $2500 extra for this super glue we needed or they wouldn’t guarantee the work!They called found our wood but the problem that they haven’t replaced the planks is the “glue people”., It has now been 6 months & I have called several times & still no one will take responsibility & fix our floors,, I would encourage everyone to think twice before buying anything from Naffco,! 8 planks of wood & they can’t get their act together & fix our floor Soon! They should be ashamed for what they have done to us!

The service was excellent and my countertops look amazing! Breanna was so helpful and caring and she also made herself available outside of work hours. She took the time to answer all my questions and was quick to assist me when we ran into a potential delay. She worked diligently to resolve the problem and kept my project on schedule. She also came to my house at the start of the installation to ensure that everything was going as planned. I will definitely continue to do business with Naffco and I will be sure to request Breanna for my design needs.

Have placed several calls to the Naffco installation number regarding getting an estimate for some minor repair work on a Naffco-installed floor. The floor is no longer under warranty, however, I was told twice that the installation manager would call to schedule an appointment to come and view the area to see if their installers/repair staff might be able to help with the repair or if I should go elsewhere. Other than a voice mail in response to my initial call, I have never received a return call. I am disappointed in this poor customer service since the initial floor purchase and installation had gone extremely well.
