Beautiful book store, lots of sections to explore, and get lost in. Theres something here for everyone to take a look in a book. Nothing smells better than a brand new book. Brings you back to many marvelous times, when you just couldnt wait to flip the pages, instantly being taken to another world. Even if only for a quick browse you will love spending time in this store.

Went on my annual pilgrimage with my youngest brother for early Christmas shopping & on our latest venture to B&N, we loved the great variety of books & mags. Back area where audio & video selections are seemingly decreasing & pricing is between moderate to high price-wise, but you can find diamonds in the rough like I did & getting the annual membership is worth it if you continually visit with get discounts. Also has a cool Cafe area.

Love going there. Always find what I want.

I was very impressed at the variety of merchandise, its more than a bookstore the way I remembered it a long time ago. We found the books my grandkids had been looking for and I unexpectedly found & purchased a microscope I had been looking for. The store was spotless and neat.

Great store. Its well managed and the book displays are often interesting. If I go in without a book in mind I always see something for me on the main tables. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Although they didnt have the book I was looking for the sales lady went over and above trying to find it.

I love this bookstore. It has plenty of things I like: gaming, books, toys, and dice. It is also a great place to just and come do homework. If you are looking for any of these things this is a place to check out for sure!!

Its always a good time at Barnes and Noble. The dragon fruit mango refresher with coconut water was SO good. The staff are always courteous and, as usual, the book selection is vast. I found a lot of great books here for entertainment, learning, and brain exercises. Clean and peaceful location.

I walk inside and I take a deep breath. I smell the odors of paper and ink, books. Such a wonderful resource for information on nearly ant subject we desire.

One of the very few book stores open in Brandon or Tampa area. Excellent selection has allot of material on hand and if you want you can have ordered for in store pickup or home.

This morning I went into this place to look for a book my grandson needed for school. I stood in line and listened to the gentleman at the cash register greet each patron in front of me with good morning, did you find everything you need?. When It was my turn, I walked up to the counter and was hit with the whats happening man. I looked and simply said Good Morning . I asked him for the location of the book I needed and he pointed me to customer service. When I asked the person at customer service, they immediately took me over to where the black book section was. The gentleman stood at that section for a few minutes and then realized that the book I was looking for was on the other side of the store, nowhere near what he figured was my section. I took the book and went back to the register and was once again greeted with whats happening . I again said very loudly Good Morning . Once I paid for the book the cashier asked me could I just take the book like this, without a bag. I said how do you normally give the merchandise to customers ? He said, in a bag. I then told him that I expected nothing less.Why do so many people think that its ok to treat black folks like we arent worthy of their respect? When im spending my damn money I expect to be treated with respect. If it wasnt for the fact that my grandson needed that book today, I would have told both of those clowns to kiss my black a$$. Im 53 years old and do not need your condescending whats happening greeting. I expect a good morning just as every other customer. And by the way, we do purchase and read more than just books found in the colored section.

We always try to stop at one of these while in the Tampa area.The Brandon one is almost as nice as the Lakeland one was.(Wish they hadnt closed that one)I like the way Barnes and Noble runs the stores almost like a Library. They dont get weird when you just want to browse. Sometimes you want to open to a random page from an author youve heard of but havent bought yet.Its actually one of the main reasons I like the Brick and Mortar stores.

As always, lots of books. Staff were willing to help. More organized than other book stores in same area. Very clean and spaced out. Even had my book that wasnt due to be released for two days! Excellent!!

Loved this B & N, although it just doesnt rank with some of its larger sister stores around the country and especially in the northern U.S., and quite frankly the better deals are still at Books A Million. What I always love about B & N stores are the easy access and wide aisles that allow multiple people and wheelchairs to pass at the same time and not feel trapped. What they need is a larger Cozy Mystery section and more paperbacks.

Great serviceI needed a book for my high school kid. They reserved the last one for me.

Organized book, it was clean during the weekday. The Starbucks was open, and plenty of room to sit around and read.

Been to this Barnes and Noble book store for years and so glad they’re still around. They will order books you’re interested in if they don’t carry them and let you look at the books first before purchasing to be sure it’s a book you want. Every employee I’ve ever been assisted by in this store has been so nice and extremely helpful.

I was treated rudely by the sales associate, who apparently did not like my choice of reading material. Good thing the book I wanted was out of stock, I headed to Books a million where not only did they have the book I wanted but I was treated with courtesy as well. I won’t spend another dollar at Barnes and Noble.

Whats not to love about sipping Starbuck coffee while pursuing books for an hour.

Came for a new release book for my wife. Noone was at the Service kiosk but someone saw me and called for an employee. When he arrived he greeted me politely, looked up the book I wanted, took me straight to it and then asked if I needed anything else. He was very friendly and professional and I left satisfied.

The store is clean and organized. I love the kids toy section as it has a lot of variety and somewhat organized by age. The cashier was nice and prompt. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The bargain books has some nice finds as well.

They have an in-store Starbucks serving all your holiday traditions delights. The store is very clean and very well kept and organized. In this day and age of technological marvels its good to see that a old fashioned bookstore still exists where you can go and smell the ink and the paper and sit down with the cozy cup of coffee and a big comfy chair and enjoy for a spell a nice time of peace and quiet.

What can I say? Its Barnes and Noble. Always a good trip. This particular store is well stocked, clean, organized and the coffee shop has yummy goodies.

Book selection is much better than Books-a-million, which also leads to some very weird children’s books.

I went in to find a couple of different books by a specific author. I happened to be on a time constraint, so I stopped by customer service where there were two individuals working and two people ahead of me. The associates were fast, accurate and friendly. After finishing with the other two customers, I was promptly greeted and shown to the area of the store where I was able to quickly obtain my purchases. I then moved to the front of the store where a cashier promptly greeted me and processed my purchases. I was thanked and invited back. A fast, accurate and friendly experience. I would highly recommend this shopping here. On a side note, all Covid 19 safety measures were in force. All associates were wearing masks, proper markings on the floors for social distancing and hand sanitizer was available to customers. Thank you for a great experience!

I found the books I needed. I was assisted after standing at the help desk in the middle of the store. I wasnt greeted before that. I was hoping to but it was the person standing at the help desk. Outside of that, they had both books I needed at the appropriate pricing. Worth a stop if youre book shopping. They have a few other items but I was looking for books today.

It was one of the smaller Barnes and Nobles but all in all navigation I was looking for a Bible and I found it rather quickly the selection was limited they do have some study bibles are that are pretty nice to have like the like application Bible large print different versions whether youre looking for

Love going to B&N. They a big selection of books, magazine, graphic novels, but I wish they had a bigger manga collection.

As good as ever. Always smells of new books, which Kindle and Amazon havent mastered. the old, simple art of browsing is so much more fun in person than it is online.

Had these annoying personal written index cards scattered throughout the store with a bunch of spelling errors. The one that really was annoying is them praising Andrew cuomos book, even though he lied about covid deaths in regards to him sending covid positive people into the nursing homes. Staff should not inject their personal beliefs onto their customers. Let the book speak for themselves. I wonder if corporate knows about this nonsense.

It was great. I went today (October 26th, 2019) for a book signing. David Arnold. Childrens books. His daughter Dr. Jen Arnold (tv show The Little Couple) was there also and signed books along with Jens mother Judy.

THE ASSOCIATES EMPLOYED THERE ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL IN DIRECTING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE CORRECT ISLE TO LOCATE A SPECIFIC READ. Barnes and Noble has always been a store I enjoyed going to when I can. I love the relaxed laid back ambience as I enjoy some coffee while perusing the books.

Customer service was wonderful. The lovely lady who was working walked around with me until we found the book I was looking for. I wish I could recall her name to give her full credit. (Also, this store has a pretty large selection, and I can almost always find what I am wanting here.)

I am new to the area and I already love this location. The store is clean and cozy. Also, the staff is friendly without being bothersome. I originally had taken my two year old for more learning activity books. However, once there I was pleasantly surprised to see their kids/junior reading section. There was so much to do and read we literally spent an hour just reading books and playing with the toys.

I went for a book fair and a book signing. The entire staff at Barnes & Noble was friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing to freshly signed books by the authoress. An extra added bonus was getting a free cookie after purchasing one at the cafe located inside the Barnes & Noble. Best cookies in the world.

I have always had a good experience at Barnes & Nobles. They are have such a wonderful selection of books. You can get just about anything you want from there. The employees are always very helpful. Most of them take their job pretty seriously and are quite knowledgeable. I love that because they can really interact with the individual customer.

Great selection of books! From novels to activity books to health and wellness to cookbooks to encyclopedias to workbooks and WAY MORE!!! The cafe located inside serves some Starbucks drinks, but they arent as good as the drinks from the real Starbucks restaurant. Friendly staff and okay bathrooms. Nice, quiet place to hang out with friends.

They no longer carry my nook cover n staff didnt even know how to look up my model to see if available online. Left the store and looked up how to online and order new cover
