Bought and paid for a trailer one month before needing it. Trailer wasn’t built until the day before I picked it up. Had to leave several phone voice mails and texts before a call back so I could make sure the trailer was actually built. Got very worried if they were even in business. When I arrived to pick up the trailer which was early in the morning, before they opened, I found the trailer unsecured in their parking lot. When I went to hook up the lights there was one wire just hanging outside of the plug. When I questioned it I was told that they didn’t have any 5 flat wire plugs so they used a 4 wire plug and the fifth wire was taped to the 4 wire plug and hanging from the plug. I guess I’m supposed to shove it in the hole. I ordered turn single lights to be installed on the side of the trailer. None were installed. 3 out of the 5 tires didn’t have valve stem caps. The Owner said he would send me new lights and a plug in the mail. None has arrived yet and I guess I’m now supposed to install them when and if they arrive. There was absolutely no monetary discount offered for all these problems. I don’t know about the quality of the trailer yet as I am still waiting on the boat delivery. I would stay clear of this trailer builder unless you can see what your paying for before you buy it.
After much research and visiting many trailer manufactures in CFL, I decided on TNT. Tim was very professional and makes an amazing trailer. Trailer looks fantastic and built like a tank. Very happy with there product.
We bought a boat from Matt Mitchell at Wide World Boats/Raymond Mitchell Boat Sales (which was a nightmare in itself) and he had a trailer built for it by TNT Boat Trailers. The trailer that was provided on the day of pick up was NOT what we requested it to be and both Matt and Tim at TNT immediately began to play the blame game. as time went on, we kept finding more and more issues with the trailer, so much so that it was unsafe to even trailer the boat legally. Tim nearly refused to return any of my calls, texts or emails and every time that he actually did, he had a grand excuse as to why it took him so long to do so. He also repeatedly told us that he would help resolve our issues, but never actually put forth an ounce of effort to do so. dealing with Tim and TNT Boat Trailers was a horrible experience and in all reality, it put myself and all other drivers on the road at the time at serious risk.
Our custom trailer was built to spec and exceeded all of my expectations. This is by far the best trailer I have ever purchased and TNT will have all of my business going forward. Great job! Thank you.
Tried to call and stop by. Phone is always busy and couldnt find their shop
Great service and fair prices. Definitely recommend Tim and his son Mac. Couldn’t be happier with my trailer now.
Absolutely pitiful how they handle the customers. Blew me off while trying to order a 35 trailer and my guess is its the owners sassy girlfriend decided to hang up while she was at lunch with her friends said she would call me back and never did, so upon calling back again they tell me they have more important customers to tend to and that they will get back with me when they can. Ill tell you right now my business will never refer them ever again. Good luck.
Great service at reasonable prices. Tim was very honest and knowledgeable always willing to help . Definitely will come back to get a new trailer built .
Awesome service, QUICK service, and fair prices. What more can you ask for? As a small business owner myself, definitely appreciate a hard working small business. Way to go Tim! Call him, give him a shot.
Great service awesome people to work with, they made me a great trailer.
