This is a very nice beauty supply store but its only for people with their license through the Board of Cosmetology so you have to either be a nail Tech a cosmetologist, massage therapist or an esthetician Etc in order to shop there because its wholesale. All the products are great!

The girls called me when my product came in, and held it for me until I was able to come in as I had been under the weather. Professional service and friendly staff!

Friendly clerks but almost missed a good combo Paul Mitchell sale because the lack of knowledge if what was on sale kiosk..plus had no knowledge of a product inquired about..did not bother to look it up in the store product lines.I have always enjoyed the Store on Fowler Ave. The best!

The staff here is very nice! Especially the manager! I love that they remember who I am and make small talk with me while being helpful as well.

The customer service was poor, nobody greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, and the AC was broken.

Showed up at 12:30 & the store was closed w a sign that said “out for lunch, be back at 1:20”.. not sure if they only have one employee or something but thought that was weird

I’ve been a regular customer here for many years. For the past 6 months or so I was very upset about the Paul Mitchell color line they have NOT bring in. Every time I went there to purchase the XG color, they seem to have only a few tubes. I asked them what’s going on? You guys don’t order them? They always said “oh we have a full shipment in the back”, but find out they never really order this XG color. This is really a joke. I will not come here anymore unless they bringing in the XG
