Being from NY I loved this place instantly. Its like a small bagel shop was transplanted here from my home town. They have bagels and bagel sandwiches. Egg sandwiches as well. Different blended cream cheese. Highly recommend.

This place was awesome. We were passing through town and stopped in here, wish we could go back tomorrow. The ladies were super friendly and warm. The bagels were excellent. Perfectly chewy on the inside with a nice crust on the outside, it really was an exceptional bagel. Got the simple bacon, egg, cheese on a sourdough bagel. Highly recommend and will return.

Came in today for my 1st time after telling myself I had to try it for weeks. Of course I got there late and there were only a handful of options left, still not bad options though. We got a BEC and a BLT on Ollie bagel I believe it was called, they were both delicious and very fresh. Cashier advised me to call in my order next time and there will be more selection, really cant wait to find my favorite item at this gem called Brandon Bagels.

Brandon bagels are the real dealthey make them fresh everyday the old fashion way. they go fast, so go early.oh they have different cream cheeses,you will love it

I have been going to this place for over 5 years. I used to go to the bagel joint down the street and they were always just decent no matter what I seemed to get. After someone recommended Brandon Bagels, all it took was one Everything bagel toasted with eggs and bacon and I was hooked for life, I travel all over and can’t find any that come close. I eat here at least 3 times a week when I’m in town. They have a great selection of bagels (if you get there before they sell out) with all types of toppings for breakfast or lunch as well as pastries. The staff is really amazing, and is the schmear on top for this place. It’s all about where the locals go. And you’ll find this is where we all eat.

Best bagels around.The problem is that you gotta get there early bcuz theyre always sold out of the best ones.Way better than Einsteins.But heres a novel idea for the owner: make more of what you are always selling out of and less of the ones that are always sitting there at the end of the day.What you dont sell-freeze and sell at a reduced price.Id buy them and I am sure others would too to put in the freezer for another day.BTW,their spreads are excellent too.

My new favorite to grab a quick hot breakfast, filling and easy to hold for people on the go. Their bagels are wonderful, but today I chose egg, chive cream cheese and bacon on a croissant.

Not what it used to be. Sadly, this place isnt even worth one star. Weve been patronizing this business for years and its sad what its become.My wife and our toddler went in this morning and two staff members were incredibly rude. So much so that my three-year old was scared and they ended up leaving without even making a purchase. Hire new staff, ASAP.

As always THE BEST bagels around. If you are a northerner THIS is the place!!! If you are making it a weekend spot, go before 9 or 10! If getting breakfast bagels (bacon egg and cheese or the like) call it in ahead if time because it will save you time. Cafe con leche is on point. While not a bagel, if you get a chance to have an apple turnover DO IT!!!

Such a fantastic little place in our own backyard. I highly recommend ordering in advance for a quick pickup when you need a bagel fix. Dont be surprised if they run out of inventory, the bagels are that good.

I think other bagels are ruined for me. These are absolutely amazing and worth the early rise, I have never had a better a cheese bagel. My coworkers and I LOVED them and they only had only good things to say too. Staff was really cool about slicing and toasting a bakers dozen for me when I came in requesting this first thing in the morning, and individually wrapped them so there wasnt the typical worry about about the flavors getting on each other. Maybe thats just me though, I can be a bit picky! Fresh made cream cheese labeled with the date was delicious, lots of flavors to choose from. Frankly even if I do buy any store bought bagels Id even just come back to grab some of the cream cheese and keep at home. Thanks guys!

I really enjoyed these bagels. Closest thing I’ve found in Florida that remotely compares to NY bagels. I went at 10am on a Sunday and they were out of most bagels so go early if you want some of the more popular bagels (i.e everything bagel).

Pretty good egg sandwhich, love that they have salt bagels theyre so hard to find down here, all in all pretty solid. Bagels were some of the better bagels Ive found in the area. Decently priced sandwiches and individual bagels .. dozen is a little high but I guess its worth it when theres no other real bagel places around. Decent selection of bagels too. Def will come back.

Today was the first time at Brandon Bagels, I can not believe that for many years I have been going to the nearby Competitor where the bagels come in frozen, I came into Brandon Bagels at 5am and the I could see the bagels going into the large oven, All their cream cheeses are made in-house, I got the chives (fresh chives) and you can definitely taste them. The people were very pleasant and informative🌹

I had the unfortunate pleasure of driving an hour from Bradenton to Brandon for the bagels. When I arrived it was 11:00am. I arrived to find barely any bagels. I had asked the girl behind the counter if there were any more bagels being made. Mind you the shop closes at 1:00pm. The girl behind the counter responded with a no, stating they were not making any more bagels for the day. How is it a bagel store that is open until 1:00pm and has barely any bagels, has no intention of making any more while you are open for two more hours. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have heard so many positive reviews in regards to Brandon Bagels being an authentic New York Bagel Store. However as a lifelong New Yorker that has moved to Florida, it was the farthest thing from the truth. Never have I been to a bagel store that is open for two more hours, to be told there isn’t any more and none being made. I had planned on being a lifelong customer, but after my experience I will never travel an hour out of my way to go to Brandon Bagels.

This place makes, without question, the best Bagels you will ever have. It is a staple of our town and its just an absolute impressive culinary Indulgence. It is absolutely worth any time or money that you would put forward to experience this. The people there are even nicer then the bagels are soft. The bagels are soft. While writing this I am eating a everything bagel with their house made Veggie infused cream cheese, it is still warm from the oven.

Hands down the best bagel shop Ive ever been to. Once you go here youll never eat a bagel from somewhere else. Ive tried every flavor theyve got and have always been amazed. And theyre super fast. I moved to Tampa and still make the drive to get my favorite pumpernickel with strawberry cream cheese.

This place is the real deal. Best in Florida in my opinion. We moved up North for a while and this is how the bagels were up there so I know its legit. They have a huge variety and I recommend the garlic bagels but you gotta get there early for those because they sell out quickly.

If you are looking for a NYC type bagel, this is your place. Nice local spot serving up some of the best to-go bagels. I had an everything bagel, soft inside and toasty outside with a good amount of cream cheese, which is also superb.
