I just recently bought an engagement ring from this location and I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly were extremely patient. Never once did I feel like I was being pushed/pressured into purchasing something I didnt want. Ody and Erica were amazing and deserve to be highlighted. The rest of the staff was great as well on the occasions I dealt with them. A++
I went to the shop to adjust the bracelet of my Hamilton Jazz Master. I really thought it would have taken a long time between ordering the link etc. Conversely, in few minutes they took care of my problem and they were extremely courteous and professional. They also have a great variety of watches from many different manufacturers and for all pockets. I will surely come back to service my watches and buy some jewelry for my wife.
I usually have a pleasant experience at this location or any shops under the Sterling Jewelers umbrella but today was the worst. As my lady and I were browsing an employee approached us in a highly offensive manner which made us abruptly stop and choose to take our money elsewhere. Very surprising knowing this chain has ALWAYS been highly professional and today was not. I’d rather make purchases from Macy’s or go as low as Walmart.
Truly wish I could give this place 10 stars. Erica and Pat were fabulous, helped me and my now fiancée look thru rings, diamonds and understand various options for settings, number of prongs, styles, etc. Never felt pressured to buy and they were so pleasant to work with. Honestly, if youre a guy in need of some guidance, come here.

Wow!!! Just wow.They made the happiest day of my life that much better. My fiancé worked with Ody, who was extremely knowledgeable and personable while he was picking out my perfect ring. My fiancé, Chris, was raving about his experience and I am so thankful for the team at Jared’s in Braintree.When I dropped the ring of for sizing the next day, I was told it would be 3-4 days wait. Considering I got the ring one day prior, I was sad to watch it go for a few days, especially because I had a small family engagement plan for the coming day. The woman I worked with assured me that they would do whatever they could to get it done sooner.The next day, I called on the off chance that they got it done and they DID! They showed that they truly care about their clients and again, I am thankful to them for getting the ring ready for me for my family celebration.
We love the customer service/attention at Jareds in Braintree. Staff is always friendly and patient. They just removed all of the Pandora collection from their stores and I really loved shopping from this brand at Jareds--why I didnt give them 5 stars.

We were given the attention people deserve when trey are buying diamonds. We were greeted upon entering the store and given options at every price point. The appraiser helped us and he was super patient with me even when I was being indecisive. He helped me find a diamond band that went perfectly with my Vera wang love engagement ring.
Jared is one of the best place to get your jewelry . i have had two people that have truly taken care of me very well and found things that i didnt know were a problem The two mangers Rachel and Matt were caring and very gentle to my issues i was having and because of that i will never go anywhere else to get my jewelry because of these two people Rachel and Matt thank you for care you give me very time that i go there
I went to Jared tonight with the recommendation of my sister, to pick out an engagement ring but I had little to no idea of what I wanted. We were so lucky to be helped by Carrie! She definitely went above and beyond to help us, she was so knowledgeable and patient! What really stood out to us was that she paid attention to my reactions when I was trying on each ring and made further recommendations based off of that! I am so thankful for all her great help!
I went there to shop for an engagement ring. While I was shopping the sales rep told me that I could preview what kind of loan I could get by giving my information, while not opening one. I said I was interested but was EXPLICITLY CLEAR when I told her that I didn’t want to open an account. She gave me an estimate and I looked at their rings, some were pretty good but nothing caught my eye. A week or so later my soon to be fiancé informs me I had a letter from Jared and asked me if I bought her an engagement ring. On top of breaking the surprise of me shopping for the ring, they also opened an account in my name without my consent. (To be clear they told me no account would be opened and I did not agree to any conditions that are clearly outlined when opening any credit card or loan account and none were even presented to me.) I called them and was told unapologetically to call the bank they opened the account in. I did so and the bank rep was very helpful in shutting down the account and sending a letter to the credit bureau to reverse the impact on my credit score, which took over a month to clear. While I can’t tell if this was a shady sales tactic or sheer incompetence, it was a nightmare and I strongly advise against this location.

I absolutely love my ring! Bob was FANTASTIC! I am glad my husband went to Jareds. They even made recommendations of turning my old diamond into a pendant, they did the work and it came out beautiful. Go to Jareds, you wont be disappointed.
It’s a good jewelry store. Some of the staff are really nice and go out of the way to help. But to be honest, the prices here are slightly higher and you might find equivalent stuff in other stores for the same price .

I picked up my customized engagement and wedding ring today and I absolutely love it!! Rachel is by far the best!! Helped us with everything and kept us updated. She always makes me feel awesome walking into the store knowing I can count on her to help me with whatever I need. The staff there are super friendly. I also had a ring that I received as a gift and the stones kept falling out and they replaced it with a new one with zero hassle! Go to Jareds, you won’t be disappointed.

Paid 10k for a ring, and every 6 months WE HAVE NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH INSPECTIONS, SIZING, what follows are days of waiting or if same day service its is “never available” takes 3-5 hours for simple service. If I knew of this hassle I’ll would have purchased elsewhere.
Ive been to Jared twice, Both times it was a good experience, The staff is Professional courteous and helpful, Most enjoyable on my last visit was the day before Christmas Eve I was able to watch the patriots in the waiting room while they Gift wrapped my wifes Christmas presents Most of all I find it refreshing that there are no high-pressure sales people trying to Was refreshing that there are no high-pressure sales people trying to sell you something you dont want
Upon going to get an inspection today the older woman that works there noted that one of her fellow colleagues that was leaving talks too much to the customers and tells them too much information. WHAT?!? The purchases that go on here are often quite expensive and as a customer I would rather someone tell me everything than only half truths to make a sale.The second piece of my unsatisfying experience was that this same woman was talking to her associate that was helping me in hushed tones while the associate looked at me, not realizing I was looking in their direction weary of this woman based on her previous statement (indicating that I was the subject of thier conversation).To top it off, I had to make eye contact with each employee in an EMPTY store (except for one person that was getting ready to leave) for someone to greet me and ask what I needed help with.The experience left a sour enough taste for me to write a review.Be careful if deciding to shop here. Do your research and be mindful of conversations going on in areas they think are out of earshot.
This review is long overdue, but please do not go here!!! Burlington Jared is so much better and more organized. Jared Braintree held on to my engagement ring for WAY too long. They realized that it had been sitting in a safe (for weeks) and never called me to come pick it up. Their communication is horrible and their managers dont know what the hell they are talking about. You get a different person each time you call. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1st and LAST time shopping here.I have never shopped at Jared. I was looking online at Pandoras purple charms and jewelry. They had two items that I wanted for sale. They were being discontinued, hence the sale. I looked online for availability, and it came across that Jared in Braintree had both items in stock. I had some errands to run in the area, and so I went very eagerly.Unfortunately as soon as I got there, there was a wait. I was greeted, and assured that someone would be with me shortly. No problem. However, one out of the two women being helped stated that she needed to use the restroom. She wanted to let the other employee know, so that the man helping her wouldnt just skip over her, and help me. (I assume). The man helping her returned, and she told him she had to use the restroom. As she left, instead of asking me what I needed (because if he did that he would have realized that it would only take about five minutes to help me, seeing as I was only looking for a product that they should have had in stock) he just told me someone would be with me, and walked away. I dont know what he had going on, he could have been busy, but an example of good customer service is when you at the very least: address the customers needs. The next thing would be to avoid keeping them waiting for an undisclosed amount of time.I did not need anything customized. I did not want to look at a catalog. I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was only a matter of them finding someone to find it for me, so I could be on my merry way. The man helping the bathroom woman told me that its just that I came when other people were there, and something about new people are coming. I think he said once theyre done in the back, theyll help you. I asked how long that would be, because I knew exactly what I wanted. He said he thinks a few minutes, and still did not ask me what I needed. At this point I was already annoyed, and it didnt matter. I didnt want to take away an employee from another customer, but I literally only had a question about two specific items. He could have said Excuse me, this will only take a second, do you mind if I quickly assist her, then come back to you? Maybe its against store policy to leave a customer after youve started helping them, but it doesnt hurt to ask if its not, and maybe that woman did have a custom order that she wanted, and so the commission for that particular purchase would have been more appealing to him. It doesnt matter though. I will NEVER shop there again. I could have been someone who would give repeat business, tell all my friends, go myself, and make Jared of Brainteee my personal jeweler from now on. That wont be happening now.After about ten minutes of no one being able to help, I had to leave to continue running the errands I planned to run this day. I called the Pandora in the mall across the street, and they had the earrings, but not the necklace. Even if they had both, after waiting for so long at Jared, I didnt have time to go there instead. I came back to Jared after about five minutes if even that, and a man almost immediately came from the back to assist me. Where was he? Did he just get there? Why couldnt they have called him, or at least informed me that someone was there. I think that is what the other employee meant by more people are coming, but again, if he would have asked what I needed sooner, I could have left 15 minutes earlier.The man helped, but he didnt introduce himself, so I cant even properly say who he was. One item wasnt there, and he told me that I could order it to Jared for free. While I appreciate this, I asked if there was a pickup area so that I wouldnt have to wait before picking up items that I paid for. I dont think he understood the question, because he told me that if they had the item in store then they would have just given it to me. He told me that it comes from their home store or whatever. Overall a five minute endeavor took 25, I was late to my appointment, and it couldve been avoided.

I live about an hour away from Jareds Braintree branch and its absolutely worth the drive. The staff there treat me like a King and they have more selections there than their other branches. Ive been to other closer branches, but the Braintree branch is by far superior!

My fiancee and I had a bad experience shopping for our wedding rings here. Firstly, they didnt treat us with respect by bringing out only ONE ring at a time to look at, which takes forever if you want to see multiple rings, saying its store policy. Only problem is, for two other customers who were just steps away, their associate brought out the entire case of rings, so they didnt have to go through the annoying exercise of pointing to the next ring they want to see, only seeing that one at a time, waiting for the next ring to be pulled out, etc. Its inefficient and implies that my fiancee and I might perhaps grab a ring and run out which is crazy. We felt like we were being treated like children.SECOND. The associate Bob who worked with us told us incorrect information about rings, including availability, timelines, and costs. Also, he talked down to us while showing us rings, with a smug demeanor, which rubbed off the wrong way on both of us. Even though the ring I wanted was in the store, the second time I came back to look he said, oh, this is actually discontinued. He said he would check on a different rings availability and call us back the next day or two. He never did. I had to follow up with him few days after that.THIRD. The ring I ended up liking: he doubled the price he initially told me, once he found out it was available. That really got us upset. We went across the street to the mall and got the exact ring I wanted for the appropriate price!! No need to pay double. My fiancee also chose to get her ring from the mall. I highly recommend the jewlery stores in the mall such as Hannoush and Kays.
Went in looking for a nice watch and Patt approached me asking if I had any questions or if I saw any I’d like to try, first time going to a big jewelry chain and it was the easiest transaction! Thank you Jared’s of braintree! I’ll be back.

I hate this store. They are the WORST in customer service, they have ridiculous rules, and they do nothing without charging a fortune. My husband bought me a ring there and they charges $35 to size it. He also bought me a Movado watch there and it will cost $125 for a BATTERY!!! They will not even let me husband pick up the freakin watch....I dropped it off in August and lost the slip. It is very out of my way but we were out for dinner on our anniversary at Legal Seafood. BUYER BEWARE, or better yet, STAY AWAY!2nd ridiculous Jared moment. The manager Carrie said she would try and help me get approval so my husband could pick up the watch. She was going to call customer care and call me back. That was at 5:15. It is now the next day and I have still not heard from her. And THAT was from the manager. IF MY HUSBAND GOES TO BUY ME SOMETHING AGAIN, HE WILL NEVER GO THERE NOW!
