Leaving a five star not because of how the customer service team is.. but more that this store has been holding especially a lot of serious closing down they happen to be the one that still standing.. awesome stuff. Hope you guys stay open forever..

The last Sears store left in all of New England, honestly saying that is quite sad. However, this store is quite nice! The management and staff are nice, and make sure you find what your looking for! Sad that the auto center is closing next month, PLEASE KEEP THIS STORE OPEN! I would hate to see the last remaining New England Sears store leave 😭.

Its pretty much dead. You can buy some clothing and appliances, but theres literally like 2 hammers in stock and 1 tent. So yeah dont expect much. Im thinking this will be one of the last Sears to go, and I used to really enjoy the location, but its over.

I didnt even know there were any left.However, Colin in the appliance department was one of the nicest and friendliest people I have met in my life. He made the experience MUCH better. I am giving 4 stars only because there wasnt much in stock. I do not blame them though. If your delivery for an appliance is a while, its not them. Tonnes of different stores are having shortages right now.

The Sears repair technician was extremely courteous during the entire time in my home. He fully explained what he was doing and was very informative about typical problem areas with my appliance. The repair was made with my 100% satisfaction and would strongly recommend them to friends and family!

You just cant beat the deals at Sears. The employees were super friendly. Where else can you buy a great fitting polo for $8? Those commercials about easy parking at Sears then walking through and finding great stuff - yeah, those commercials are so true. I wish more people would shop here and save this great store!

Please dont go here you will be robbed! My daughter was told by John that she needed a fuel pump, which was a lie. A fuel pump is the reason a car starts and drives. She drove the car there how can she need that? She also asked for an itemized bill and did not get that. He also charged her $200 for a diagnostic. It was suppose to be $89. She asked him why he didnt call her to let her know of the charges. He did not answer. A veteran was also being cheated by John until he got upset and canceled the order. John dismissed him and try to place it anyway. He made my daughter wait 26 minutes to get her car after the diagnostic. John has no customer service, lies and cheats people.

Over the past couple of years, Sears has been the most disappointing store Ive come to know. For decades, Ive always brought my appliances there, including warrantees. However, recently Sears warrantees arent worth the paper theyre written on. It cost me over $1,000 for a new water heater. And now I have broken microwave, with warrantee that I purchased less than 2 years ago. I bet a replacement is going to cost me a whole lot of money. Sears is going out of business and I can understand why.

Terrible experience...i will never shop here again...told me the product was in stock and would be delivered on a certain date at a certain time...never delivered...logistics division never answered one of my ten phone calls trying to find out if delivery was taking place...it never did... Canceled the order...

Went to primark. Omg what a nice store. Better then Walmart on prices. Bought a thin coat with a hood you can store in pouch that comes with it. Only cost 10.00. Thought that was pretty good. Nice selections,but only went to ladies department lol They gave men and childrens clothes and other stuff. Couldnt go all over store.😔 hubby brought me. Never been before. Ladies you understand lol. If you have a chance stop by one you wont regret it.

The stores that existed in the late 60s and early 70s are the stores I am speaking about. Greedy management caused the downfall.

Since the Dedham location closed, we now come to this location. Its a clean location, and the employees we talked to were very nice.Sears is in a difficult spot right now, but this is a good location and hopefully it stays open for a while! They always have good sale prices and a varied selection.

I love this Sears, it has primark above it.. primark and Sears have the best prices on clothing I usually go clothes shopping on a budget and of I have a $100 limit, Ill get so much stuff for under $100.. its just great place to shop for clothes on a budget or not.

The place was a ghost town without anyone working the registers, I couldnt have bought anything even if they have anything left to buy.

Where do I even begin? We ordered a freezer towards the end of October for in-store pickup. It was supposed to be ready about two weeks later, but I kept receiving emails that it was delayed. More than two months later I get an email that I need to call customer service to schedule the delivery (for in-store pickup?!) Four hours later I’d spoken to a number of people, all who had sent me to call various other customer service numbers. Lots of navigating through phone menus and waiting on hold, only to find out that the freezer was still due to arrive on the date they had most recently told me it would. We finally got to pick up the freezer this weekend... and it is damaged! It’s clearly been dropped and one bottom corner is crushed. I am so annoyed, but I don’t have it in me to go through hours of customer service calls again and probably wait another two plus months for a replacement

I am VERY disappointed in Sears customer Service today at South Shore Plaza mall!!!! I had 2 appliances that needed to be delivered today and I decided to call them to see when they will arrive, and to my surprise they rescheduled my delivery until September 12th!!!! and NEVER notified me!! they verified my phone number and email which was correct and they failed to communicate with me!!!! Like what retailer does that!!! Such awful customer service and Management!!!!!

Sad to say but covid have changed alot, specially sears, I remember this store it used to fully stocked and great products available, but recent visit was depressing, felt like they are sears going to shut down this location soon.

I enjoyed my time buying two nice warm and colorful pajamas that were on sale. The salesperson was very very helpful when I was searching for my size.I was feeling sad though to discover how much the Sears store had shrunk in size of two floors. I remember when the Sears company was a prominent shopping place, with a LARGE catalog with EVERYTHING that a person could desire just for the ordering, the catalog was mailed to everyone. The downside to the catalogs was how many trees were destroyed for all that paper.

Wonderful place. Collin is the best salesman you will ever meet. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable just a great human being. He will help you and show great patients with you. I go there all the time . Go ahead and ask for Mr Collin in the appliances department.

Probably the best Sears Ive visited in years. I wasnt expecting much given the chains long decline, but was really surprised to find that this one was neatly organized, well-stocked and had friendly helpful staff and some good bargains. I will probably come back! Other Sears locations would do well to follow this ones example.

I cant believe as big as this store is, there are only 2 check out stations open. There are other registers but not open. It is the day before Christmas eve and Im sure they know this. There are more people in line than there are shoppers.

Our fridge died, so we purchased a fridge on Thursday with a promised delivery on Saturday. Purchased a specific fridge because they could guarantee a faster delivery. Told us they would come between 445 and 645pm. Automated call to us at 630pm telling us they werent coming. Nothing customer service could do because the warehouse closed at 6? Lost everything in both the fridge and freezer because the didnt deliver the fridge till Monday.

It was a long waiting line other than that Sears a good place to shop.

Sears have both auto service center and shopping mall in south shore mall. Nice place to have quick shop for kids and adults. But they have very less staff in this mall and most of the time payment queue is long other than you can get all the clothing here. Also I used to do my car service here since I can do shopping at that time. You can schedule car service even on Saturday and Sunday as well thats a great thing.

Sears is my go to place.. I can usually find what im looking for here. Today i found way more than what i went in for but im not upset.. I got so much More than what i paid for.. I love to use coupons and was able to get a better deal in doing so.. Cashier was good

I enjoyed shopping at Sears, So many departments that sell what other stores do not carry. Prices are very fair for whatever youre shopping for. I shopped for a pair of boots for a few weeks. Found a pair, exactly what I wanted & they were less expensive compared to other department stores even shoe stores!

Still a decent selection here. The prices on TVs and stuff where pretty good. The car and auto section was also well stocked. Kids close where limited as well as general goods.

I was looking for a decent dress for an event tomorrow. After many stores, I came here. Found a very pretty black with flowered dress. It was marked as $70, which I was willing to pay, but it rang up as $29.99. The reasons for the 4 stars, is that a woman in line was trying to hold on to a bunch of clothes because there was no carriages. Second, the lines there are always quite long. However, overall, I was still happy with my trip.

Loved it, as returning bac to Boston. After 30 years it was awesome to go were you are familiar with since childhood. For clothing, reasonable prices great selection.

Picking up a treadmill we ordered online, already had notification that it was ready for pickup but called ahead anyway, said it was ready so we drove over. Even though we just talked with them, the rude employee tried convincing us they didnt have it in stock, and only went to get it after we produced emails and showed them we just called. They then took 20 MINUTES to get it from the warehouse despite having a 5 minute guarantee for pickup orders, and then put the box in the back of our truck fragile side down, and acted like we were inconveniencing them the entire time. Will be contacting corporate in addition to never shopping there again.

It can be frustrating since this one is the only Sears in the vicinity of Boston. And their shoes selection is need of help when looking to purchase something comfortable. But all in all they have a killer sale going on right now so cant complain too much....

We went there at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. Lots of sales going on; easily noticeable with the hand-written signs displayed throughout the store. There were only a few registers open, but the Sears associate that helped us was really nice. Due to it being located on the same floor as the popcorn kiosk, you can smell it around the store. We found what we came for. Overall easy in and out shopping experience.

Friendly staff still good prices couldnt find the exact item I wanted but still a gd experience just remember craftsman hand tools are covered for lifetime warranty not power tools

I was at Sears in Braintree today with the receipt to exchange a vacuum that I bought 24 days ago,and when i got there,the person who works in the appliances,said that I could have taken an old vacuum to replace to a new one,I stayed there 1 hour just to replace a something that they sold me and stop work in 24 days.they cant accuse anyone they dont know of dishonest.

No one available to help in the tool department. Someone from the appliance department tried to help me select a tool box and had very little knowledge of what was in that section of the store. No purchase made.

Dropped in at Sears Optical to have them adjust my glasses. Was willing to pay for the service because I didnt buy them there, but the adjustment was made cheerfully for free. There was little wait time.

I feel so bad for Sears I have relied on all of my appliances in line equipment over the years but things have just changed the writing is on the wall and I can see it in the stores...after being very happy with my Craftsman sit down lawn mower for almost 15 years I had to buy a new one last week.. well the funny thing was I could not buy the attached bagger from Sears nor could I order it for me online its simply was not in the pipeline can you believe that! I had to go to Lowes and by the attachment for my Sears lawn mower.. also the computers kept breaking down they were unable to look up part numbers etc the whole experience was very challenging several trips to the store..sad

The second Saturday before Christmas and they have one register opened for the entire store. No need to ask the question, “Why do Sears stores keep closing?” I suggest you shop elsewhere or shop online.

Hit or miss when it came to the clothes. We did buy our washer and dryer here and got it for a good deal.

They need to staff more cash registers in clothing areas. Appliance & Automotive staff just stood around and would not net me pay for my shoes. Had to plead to the jewlery dept to accept my payment for my shoes and bought a necklace as an incentive. Will not be back.

I had very bad experience in this auto service today.They are not professional.I brought tire online. I got email for confirmation for they have tire.I went store to replace my tire. They do not have it .customer service tell me, store in Brockton has it.I went Brockton to replace it. They can not access to my previous order .So I order one tire again and I dont know how cancel previous one.They waste my time and my money. and they can not cancel my order because it was online.

I absolutely love this place if you are signed up for their rewards program sign up ASAP!!! I dont think Ive ever found a better place to go clothes shopping, you can get crazy sales on top of other discounts and even combine promotions like $25 off youre next purchase! If you love saving money then you would love shopping at Sears! I cant believe how many outfits I have gotten for half the total price!!!♡

Terrible. We tried to get a drier delivered 3 times and they do not event attempt to get it through the door even though all measurements were accurate. Would never recommend any one dealing this inconvenience. I recommend you get your washer or dryer somewhere else and not waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could the store is huge there was only one register open with 15 people in line . Also I sat at the jewelry counter for 30 minutes an employee sat he would call somebody then left . The intercom asked for an associate to jewelry 4 times and no one ever arrived .

Went 2 times in a week at jewelry counter had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up for service 1st visit & 15 minutes second visit as we got items inside glass counter .

It was nice while it lasted. Lol.
