The Braintree Walgreens computer systems is always down. If you want help they will tell you to go to Quincy or Weymouth.

I would recommend not going to this walgreens location. I ask the pharmacist if they carried a medical product for the ear. Her response was to ask the people up front. The only person up front was a young worker who’s job isnt to know about medical products. Unfortunately, that is the job of the pharmacist. The pharmacist should atleast be knowledgeable of the medical products they sell. Apparently they just hire pharmacist’s with no college degree or medical knowledge. I then went to the cvs up the street and ask the pharmacist and they were more than happy to help. She directed me to the product and even explained how to properly use it which is over and above. Very happy with the service that cvs provides over Walgreens.

I would recommend going to another Walgreens if you plan on using coupons. They treat you like a criminal when you try to use one.

The best staff you will ever meet love going in the store all the time

Walgreens has been unable to maintain this pharmacy at all since they took over. After multiple extended outages in which they were unable to fill prescriptions (last one over a week), I transferred all mine online. This pharmacy is effectively closed.
