Went and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for a black coffee. It was brewed, they just couldn’t pour it in the cup for 30 minutes. Ridiculous. There was only three people in line behind me. The lady at the register could have easily just turned around and poured it. The store should have a worker dedicated to the simple coffees (like the lady at the register) and others workers to the complicated ones.

Quick bites are in a drink when youre driving a long way

The only starbucks in the area that consistently has drinks available, all the other ones dont carry anything

This location is super efficient - which I love. I always order on the app and then go pick it up (to not wait in line) and they always have my order ready! They are usually so busy so I want to give them props for being so amazing and working so hard especially during COVID.

So happy pumpkin season is back. This drink was perfectly made. Many thanks to the barista who did a fantastic job. Ive had many terrible experiences at Starbucks, but this one was pleasantly delicious.

The best Starbucks order I recommend 5 shots over ice in a Trenta cup with five pumps of mocha order that once and youll never want to order anything again besides that. You can also throw white mocha in there if thats your bag as well. I forgot to say that i usually throw in a couple sugars and a mix of half n half and milk. Dont consume it too fast either there is a lot of caffeine in there, unless you are use to it.

Says they open at 5am on Google but the doors were still locked after 5:30.

I love the fact that they have one person dedicated to sorting and handing out the orders. This is really good especially in such a busy environment. Frankly speaking it helps with social distancing as well.

They closed at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon! They could’ve atleast updated Google. I take an Uber specifically to this Starbucks and it was a waste of my money!

Pretty standard Starbucks location. Easy access from here to the highways and the South Shore Plaza Mall. The shop itself is located in a strip mall with several other eateries and shops. Easy access to the movie theatre as well. Prices are about what you could expect from a Starbucks.

They Dont Read the Order Then When You Ask Them to Fix It... Without Even Touching It Yet... They Tell You They Cant Take It Back Because of Covid. I DIDNT EVEN TOUCH IT YET. So Read It and Make It Right In the First Place or Remake It If Its Wrong. The Coffee is Too Expensive to Not Be Made Right and Not Fixed When Asked.

First time ordering from here. I used the app and curbside pickup was an option so i selected that and then proceeded to wait outside in a parking spot for 15 minutes. After waiting for a unreasonable time i went inside and went to the mobile order section. The girl was apparently unaware they offered curbside pick up and handed me my order that had been sitting there waiting. How in the world can this place say they offer curbside pickup and the employess have no idea about it?? Not a great experience.

We were on the road and stopped at this quaint local coffee shop to sample some of the locally brewed coffee the locals are always talking about. I have to say--it really was an authentic Massachusetts experience! They really like their coffee here. Im from Seattle--not much of a coffee scene. Did you know the latte (pronounced late on the South Shore but lat--rhymes with cat--in the rest of the state) was invented at this local coffee house by Samuel Adams?

This is my all time favorite Starbucks. I have been coming here for my coffee regularly since 2012. There is something about this location that feels like an authentic coffeehouse. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and even through the COVID crisis they always are fast and well organized.

Beautiful, modern Starbucks located in a busy plaza right below the Hyatt Hotel. I went during a buy one, get one sale and the amount of drinks going out to customers was crazy but the guy making them was fast as lightning.

Staff is friendly and quick. Nick overheard me talking to my coworker about wanting a cake pop and, to my surprise, gave me one on the house! I would highly recommend visiting this Starbucks when youre in the area. The location is great and its what you would expect from Starbucks and MORE!

Should be ashamed to charge 5.40 for a venti pink drink and then after making it tells you they dont have the frozen strawberries.

The service here was great. I visited on a Sunday morning at 7:30am, but this place was teeming with people already, a pleasant surprise to me. My order was served fast and accurately even with all that customers.

Great service, the employees are friendly and the drinks are made efficiently and quickly. The store is really clean and set up nicely. The parking is a little tough during busy hours but thats due to a small parking lot for a good number of stores.

Parking exists for free and isnt a hassle. Staff members are particularly friendly and adept. In the winter it gets a little cold work the door opening and closing, but thats not a huge deal to me. Lots of places to sit. Cool cordless charging stations on the big table!

This is the best Starbucks in the Quincy/Braintree area and its not even close. Everyone here is so nice and helpful.

Usually clean, friendly staff. Extremely busy in the morning, even for mobile orders, be prepared to wait about 10 minutes for all items. They have an awesome variety of gifts, mugs, tumblers and coffees. Also a great variety of snacks, quick pick-me-ups right at the checkout.Not a lot of seating, but the store radio playlist is of good taste and the bathrooms are very clean.

Nice Starbucks. Very clean and has decent seating. While theres a lot of parking, going in and out of the plaza and dealing with traffic is a pain. If you dont mind the craziness then you can enjoy a good cup here. The staff is friendly and this Starbucks seems to offer everything, including some options like nitro cold brew and specialty coffees from around the world; things that many Starbucks dont have.

Mixed bag here. The overall food & drink quality seem consistent. Customer service though, isnt. Some staff seem harried. One tallish dark-haired man especially seems to teem with impatience. So, bottom line? Know Thy Order. Better yet, mobile order ahead! If not, youll have a very long wait (as they, and many other Starbucks, appear to prioritize mobile orders).This is a Very high volume Starbucks in the AM, though. So be prepared for longlines and parking can be challenging given all of the the businesses in that plaza.

Regular full service Starbucks in a new construction. Sometimes the wait is too long so I highly recommend using the app at that location. Parking is never a problem.

Some this starbucks because it has a chill atmosphere. I like different drinks but mostly I like the green tea latte with skim milk...yummy!

While I understand that the store was busy, it was not okay that they wouldnt give us room temperature muffins until people waiting for cooked breakfast sandwiches were served.

Horrible experience. I went with a friend and my drink came out right away, but my friends took a bit and when we asked on a status we were given major attitude. We we told cant you see how busy we are. I have a gift card and once that is empty I will not be returning. My friend was so unhappy we left without her drink. I dont understand the attitude that comes along with Starbucks. I also dont understand why the baristas were making drinks of people that came after us before my friends drink. I understand trying to get easy drinks out of the way, but they must have made at least 10 other drinks. I was more vocal and asked and got a look. I would have stayed and demanded my drink, but my friend wanted to leave as she does not and has not ever had a good experience in Starbucks. This was the Braintree location. I only like 2 of your stores now, until my gift card was used. I get many Starbucks gift cards for Christmas in my line of work and will be informing my clients I no longer support Starbucks!

Have been coming here and the service is mostly wonderful until they hired a new girl who filled half my cup with the cold brew and when I asked her why she did not fill it up she said she couldnt. I am very disappointed, have always had quality service here, very bad customer service. I have never been this disappointed

Nice kinda cozy feel the way the store is set up. Order different flavors of coffee and hot chocolate. Have a snack while your there. Sit at a table relax and watch the people walking by.

Tried your holiday spice flat white. Although a unique taste, I wouldnt pay you $5 for a small again if I was dying of thirst in the desert. Of the 10 people working on the shift, 9 of them talked and laughed while 1 of them made my drink. Maybe you should fire some of these people and charge less for the drinks.Merry Christmas. They work it full speed everyday, and always consistent. Been coming here for years. This location is busy, but they grind it out. Id give everyone here a raise if i could 😁

My wife order coffee on her phone. So we can pick it up when we get thereBut every morning they make my coffee wrong. It is only cream with one sugar. But every time I got it. Either too much sugar, or no sugar or cream. They sick and stupid.

Worst cup of coffee I ever had. You would think since they can put foamed frappa lappa Chino whatever and caramel and chocolate chipper doodle drizzles that if you asked for cream and sugar your barista lmao would put it in for you. If your a yuppy who wants to feel special by paying six bux for a lady like drink this is the place for you and your manicured hands.As for me I just wanted a cup of Joe what I got was anything but. Baristas are friendly and always willing to remake drinks in the event something doesn’t turn out right (ie I ordered a black tea with Splenda and wound up with an Arnold Palmer lol).
