I placed an order for some board games. Less than 2 hours later, I received an email informing me that the purchase was ready for pick-up. The pick-up took seconds and the customer service was wonderful!

Not one to leave reviews but Shomara just rang me out and was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Not sure what her problem was but she didn’t say one word and rolled her eyes when I asked if I swiped the gift card myself...yikes. Needs better training not a pleasant experience.

Poor treatment. Anya and manager no name tag; blonde white petite girl were acting as if I wasnt entitled to a price adjustment and whispered in each others ear throughout the transactions as if I was not there. Anya Rushing me off even though I told her I was not finished multiple times. Second class citizen treatment .

Do not get drive up service there. apparently it doesnt matter if i take my time to order my items so they can be ready when I get out of work and drive 30 minutes since the staff here can just not Pay attention to what they are doing and put your stuff in someone elses car and not even apologize when you have to drive back 30 minutes and defeat the purpose of having things ready. If you have to order ahead, go inside and pick up your items and dont let them tell you its all in the same bag

This is legitimately the worst target I’ve ever been to. It’s like people drop off their teens to run around and kick soccer balls around the aisles trying to cause issues. There needs to be a staff member to monitor this area by the bathroom items and the balls.

Witnessed her being passive aggressive and yelling at a customer and then making inappropriate jokes to another about whipping her kids with the customer’s kitchen paddleboard during checkout. Disgusting behavior. Can’t believe Target hire these type of people.

Item not found in system cashier was able to give us the item for 30 percent off the price.

On February 2 around 8:15pm I went to pickup an online order. I was having trouble with the app and had a screaming baby in the car. Some young man heard my dilemma and walked outside to talk to me.Instead of explaining why there was a problem, he just politely said “Don’t worry I’ll figure it out”. Two minutes later he handed me my stuff and thanked me for my business.I spent a decade in retail. Young kids with the “find a way to yes” attitude always do great things. Do what you can to keep him, he could be running the place in five years.

If I could give 100 Stars I totally would! I was having a rough day until I came to Target in Braintree. I travel all over the state for work and Ive been to many different targets and spoken to many different employees at the customer service desk who for the most part have been nice, but the three ladies at the Braintree location are hands down some of the best people Ive ever had the pleasure to speak with. Ive been looking for something for my daughters for Easter for weeks and I was speaking to them about it and they went out of their way to help me find those items. I came in 5 minutes before closing which I felt terrible about but they stayed 20 minutes past the store closing to help me out. I cant say how thankful I am to them and cant wait to see my kids faces on Easter day when they open the presents. If any management reads this Im sure you already know but you are so lucky to have such kind, caring, considerate and understanding people working for you. I cant thank them enough with helping me out and I hope they know how happy they made me! Thank you again Advichil, Karen and Sandra!!!

I was buying a purse on clearance at the self checkout line. A white woman “inspects” my bag to make sure I’m not stealing. She didn’t inspect any other customers bag at the self checkout line. This should be applied equally across the board. I don’t appreciate being the profiled by a white person who’s employed by Target. November 1, 2020 at 6:36pm for check out time. Target can inspect their cameras to see the validity behind my claim. I will not be shopping at any Target again. That’s how strongly it impacted me.

Good selection, but shopping is inconvienent due to the stores layout. The registers are located near the main exit, so if you are coming in from the mall, you have to back track through the entire store after checking out. I wish there were registers at both ends to make the process a little smoother.

I shop at Target on average twice a week and certainly have good things to say; however, I have never felt compelled to leave a review. Nick left an impression on me that I cant say I have experienced in some time. He asked several genuinely friendly open-ended questions and explained the benefits of 1% cashback on the app; something I knew nothing about. It did not come across as having a personal incentive, but just genuinely helping a customer.

Had not shopped at this Target in about 7-8 months. My husband & I were very impressed with the cleaning procedures in place during the current pandemic. Also all the employees were courteous and helpful. We found all the products we needed at good prices. We will be shopping here regularly in the future. T y

I have been here numerous times and the selection has always been picked over. Normally there is a mediocre amount of items but today when I visited this Target (the day after christmas) the toy section was completely empty. When I saw completely I mean you were lucky to find 10 items in one aisle. All of the other aisles were fully stocked and I can understand that it is the day after christmas to have a maximum of 10 toys in each aisle is unacceptable.

This target is more of a go inside and walk around. Its not my main local target I run inside of when I need to make a target run. That being said I quite enjoy this one because you nenver know what youll find/ expect to see inside which makes stopping by worth it.

The convenience and readiness of the order at the time of the Drive Up is outstanding

Literally the worst target. If you need anything major don’t even come here. Door will say open at 8 on it, staff will show up at 8:30 to open the door .

I have always like to shop at Target because the quality of products, choices of products and decent prices. There were always friendly people but this visit I have to say Target has me as a loyal customer. I know during this time it is tough especially for people 65 and older so I completely respect and appreciate Target for being diligent with this. However I am not over 65 and I needed to get to Target to buy an outfit for my mother to be buried in. Because I been dealing with loosing Mom I was just running around trying to get things done not paying attention to the time. As I was walking in the gentleman at the door kindly reminded me of the guidelines. He was already being kind but when I told him I just needed to get in and out to get the clothes to the funeral home he gave my his condolences and let me proceed in. The woman at the register was very kind as well. She was very caring and thoughtful as I fumbled through my bad to find my card and started to stress as I felt I was taking too much of her time... but she reassured me I was ok and to take as much time as possible. When I was at the Stoughton, MA target the previous day I found out about my mothers passing while I was checking out line. The woman there was so kind and allowed me to stand there for how ever long I needed. We take for granted the people who are there and just go in and out with no thought, but the last two days your employees reminded me of how kind people can be.

Target has diverse selection of quality products at fair pricing. Ive been using the app to order for store pick up which has been a fantastic experience thus far. The products are all there and well packaged. Ive done this especially for hygiene, household and non perishable food items. Pick up is easy and fast thru the customer service line.

Located inside the mall at South Shore Plaza. The Target is fairly large with good selection of goods. Going to the mall is a bit challenging because the escalator is broken and the mall is above. It has been broken for several months. The other option is the elevator which always has a queue. Generally speaking, its a good place to shop.

The cashier did not have hand sanitizer to use before as well as after handling my items. No gloves. There is no hand sanitizer stations throughout the store/at the entrance or exit. I will use self serve next time I shop, and i always carry my own sanitizer. But I want Target to support its staff.

Nice to have Target next to South Shore Plaza Mall. Convenient place to shop all in 1 location. This Target often sells out of stuffs I was looking for. This store is somewhat smaller than other Target stores in suburb areas.

Target staff amazing vendors in the chip less so as target is enforcing people to wear masks in the building why is it the vendors think its optional ?

I bought a new TV at the Braintree Target on February 1, 2019. I was helped by a young man named London who was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I know very little about todays technology, and London was very patient and was able to explain things very clearly. I ended up buying the TV I wanted based on the information London was able to provide.

New employees. As someone who was an ex barista, I get it. It takes a long time to learn. But dont be snarky when youre the one who didnt tell me when the card reader was ready to scan, and dont snap when it didnt go through. Caramel cloud macchiato was kind of lumpy and weirdly soupy. Go to the SBX near legal sea foods instead for now, they do a better job atm

The ease and the cleanliness of the store.

Never have I ever felt so stressed out stepping foot in this store. I searched for one simple item that evidently doesnt exist at this target and the entire time I felt overwhelmed and confused. Ive seen more organization and cleanliness on Hoarders than in this place. I couldnt get to the exit quick enough (and no I dont generally have anxiety problems)

Decent, really large Target here at South Shore Plaza! Target is a nice place to buy anything! Store is absolutely HUGE and within the mall! An escalator leads you from Target to the Mall. Good place to get food, clothes, products, home goods, ANYTHING! Much neater than a Walmart, but prices are really high! (Oh, the pros and cons..) Nicely built, decent store for regular necessities.

When I was there I bought a video game there. I also purchased greeting cards as well a puzzle book there. I also did the grocery shopping there.

Love Target

I placed an order for three items. I was able to pick up one Nintendo Switch game, but the second game and the console were unavailable. I went to the Electronics section and saw plenty of the console, just none of the games that were part of the 50% off offer. I had to cancel the two other items and buy the console without the offer. I should have been able to buy the console and have the game shipped to me or gotten a rain check for the game at the sale price, but neither of those options were available. I have yet to have a good experience with Target pickup due to your inaccurate inventory levels.

I love Target but especially this location. The store is always clean and organized. Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

I havent had much luck finding cute baby clothes. Extremely limited items for babies. Because of the limited options, Ive had to bring my business elsewhere.

I placed an order in the store for a TV on 11/12/18. I wanted the TV delivered to my house. After waiting for a few days I contacted the Target 1-888 line on my receipt to see what was going on because I never received a confirmation email. It turns out they had no record of my transaction. I spent 25 minutes on the phone. Eventually I was told it would be delivered soon, and I would be getting an email or text to confirm the delivery date. I never got an email or text. A second phone call to the 1-888 number I talked to a customer rep named Sonia. She was less help. Her supervisor wasn’t available and she refused to give me her customer rep # or her last name. I eventually called the store and now I’m going in on the day after Thanksgiving to cancel my order.I’m a Red Card holder, too.

They almost always have what I need.

I just had a bad experience at the register. He changed me for 69 items and I only bought 6. Then made me wait in the long return line when it was his fault. I was late for my appointment. How are you going to fix this for me. You have to train them to pay attention. This is just pure laziness and it is unacceptable in the day of retail! Im so disappointed in you Target! I will give you a minus 0.

As much as I love going to targets around the South Shore and Boston area, I must say that this target has the WORST media center Ive ever been too. Not only do they give you faulty items and materials, none of the workers dont even know how to properly use/apply any of the materials (i.e putting a screen protector on a cellular device). You may think,reviewer how could one bad trip to this target taint your overall opinion of this store, well in return I may ask you, wouldnt you be mad if you had to pay $90 dollars to fix it and have someone PROPERLY apply a screen protector for your phone, wouldnt you be a little aggravated?

Got a handy thing to put only what I need in it. My wallet was getting to heavy. I am now just using an elastic waistband thing to hold my phone and this thing has a credit card, id, and transit pass. I can run around town and not be bogged down. The clothes here is different from the other targets. This mall also has Primark and is close to other shopping places including Marine Boating store.

Store is very organized and in great condition. Great variety of clothing, home goods, and food. Electronics section was recently renovated. Very busy all the time though.

I was wrongly accused of stealing and the security guard refused to stop pushig me. He was like “ I know she is going to run” Then when my brother confronted him after it was established that I didn’t steal anything, he said “I have a black security guard also, if it’s what you wanna make it about” I have never felt so treatened or humiliated in my life.

My friend and I were just strolling around and tried on one costume around Halloween time. Meanwhile, there were other teens messing up the aisles and an old hag came up to us and start yelling. We tried to explain we did nothing wrong, but she kept yelling at us. Then another employee said it was fine and we were on our way. In conclusion, I dont like that woman.

I am pregnant with my first child and this is the first time I did a registry. I was expecting to have a great experience and everything went horribly wrong. I took pictures and if I could attach it I would. The store was extremely dirty( food in the play pens, carriages on the floor, empty shelves none of the displays worked)

Every time I go to this place I regret it. Their selection of goods is mediocre at best. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Even when you go to their customer service desk they just ignore you until you ask them for help. Ive tried to use manufacturer coupons that I printed off online at this place and they wouldnt work. I went to the target in Boston near mfa and they took them with no problem. This is the closest Target store near me. But Id much rather go all the way into Boston than deal with these people. Awful experience everytime I go to this place.

Its a mall Target. You know what to expect here. I find the one in Stoughton to be somewhat nicer but this one works. Heres a quick tip for other out of town riff raff driving through; the drink fountain at the Pizza Hut inside this Target is located around a blind corner. Its up to you what to do. I wouldnt eat there. Just saying...

Pretty standard Target. Only 1 story, but has two parking levels. Parking outside to enter at the ground level; you can park in the garage during bad weather, but then have to take an escalator/elevator down to the store and up on your return. Starbucks/food court inside.

Easy ordering and pickup

Your cashier said out loud as my friend and I were walking by to check out our items “Thank GOD people are going to self-checkout.” It was closing down, and as we stood there while two of your employees spoke to each other and ignored us, we had no choice but to walk back to the cashier who made the rude comment in the first place. It was uncomfortable, and she needs a different job if she can’t keep her mouth shut.

Customer service and convenience of everyday products.

Boy oh boy...customer service staff is a joke and a half. Simply needed to return curtain rods and these people acted as if I tried to return my grandmother...like come on. Apparently Sunday’s is always their “bad day”, so if you want a serious laugh head to this Target and return something around 10-3pm, you have a large window I promise you. Also, never forgot your receipt, and if you want to get them going ask if they can scan your receipt from a phone, they lose it.

Its gives my the worst memory of my life having transacting business with credit card was horrible wasting ones time.
