BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! COMPLAINING ABOUT THE JOB AND VERY RUDE!!! WORST STORE I’VE EVER BEEN.

The workers are very moody and clearly don’t want to be there.

I went to this store for my 21 yr old daughter, its one of her favorite stores. I thought some of the prices were too high but they did have some good deals, like buy 2 get 1 free on the jeans & on other items also. I actually bought a shirt for myself!

Pac Sun has great clothing and some very comfortable jeans. The employees who greeted me when I came in were very nice and helpful, without being overbearing. Its a wider location, so you have room to walk around without feeling crowded.The location in the mall is easy to miss. Its in a corner and isnt as well lit as it should be. The natural light from the skylight doesnt get over there as well.Definitely recommend checking here for jeans and shoes.

Rude employee, I dont know his name but he wore a beanie and yellow hoodie

One employee at the register was very welcoming and respectful, the others were cold and not helpful at all. Clothes are way over priced.

I felt like this pac sun was slightly smaller than most. Its my favorite store and I shop there alot, and I felt like I had limited or minimal options.

Love the clothes but they have Worst costumer.

They were SOOOOOOO rude to my friend and I. We were just trying to shop and I just felt so unwelcome in the store.

Ive never been in there.

Buyer beware. no receipt. no return or exchange and you will feel unwelcome in the store. Customer service is unsatisfactory.

Awful customer service. Two people working, on a Saturday. Dirty dressing room.
