First time at this location. Super clean and Outstanding customer service! It seems like they are always busy, but always so welcoming and attentive. Great selection of shoes! If they don’t have the item, style, or size in the store..they will place an onlineorder for you. Ariana (assistant manager) went above and beyond to assist me! Thank you so much!!

Really good customer service and variety of shoes! But I bought a pair of converse and the laces came as different lengths? One was perfect and the other was too short for 7 eyelets

Helpful associates considering the the pressures of Covid but one young woman who may have been a manager is just rude and condescending without being provoked to act in such a manner. Overall The associate Alisha was very genuine, thoughtful and helpful.

Most of the staff is very helpful but my girlfriend went the other day to ask about an exchange and the associate was rude and had an attitude when asked how to order something online that was not in store.

The workers are so sweet. I sadly didn’t get any names, but when I walked in, my friend and I were greeted and helped immediately, even when it looked a little busy! I get anxious talking to workers in stores, but these girls working were so nice and made me feel comfortable. They helped out a lot and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Two of them complimented me too and made my day!
