Not much choices here.

I had my kitchen floor done with braintree rug co. It was the best experience i could of had. The workers were excellent and the dealing with claire was fantastic. Thankyou for the wonderful floor. Looks beautiful Cheryl Bell

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE! Would not even give them one star, but had to, to do the review. I had Mike come to look at an area in my moms house, small hallway in October. He said that I would have to take up the rug our self, as the dog had some messes, that were just old stains, as the rug was steam cleaned. His guys wouldnt do it. I had not heard from him & called today Nov 20th & Mike said that they really couldnt do it, because of the dog. Said that he told us that we had to pick up the old rugs, so his people wouldnt have to get dirty. They were old stains.Said to him, that he could have at least had the courtesy of calling me back to let me know. He hemmed & hawed, like a child. I guess they dont like pets.Told him he had lousy customer service. Guess they think they are too good to help people out. He should have been truthful in the beginning & told me that they couldnt do it. I would have found someone else & got this done already. Shame on you Braintree Rug!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!I never write bad reviews. But Braintree Rug just made me so upset
