I called on a Monday to see when I could bring my truck in for a service call for the transmission issue I was experiencing. I was able to get in the next day. The team knew right away what the issue was and went quickly to confirming this. I received a call later in the day to explain the work done to resolve the issue but the team wanted to keep the truck overnight to get some additional road miles on to confirm, which was fine by me! I had a call the next morning to come pick up. The truck drives amazing now, thanks a ton!
We looked all over to find a new High-Country Pickup. Quirk was the only dealer with the truck we wanted. The pricing was the best also among the dealers we checked inventory with. We even ended up with a 2022 model. Walking into the dealership we were greeted warmly. The sales manager Jay was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Joe Carmichael, the Service Manager, the Technical Pros, really helped me out! Check engine light came on during my road trip from NC. They got my Tahoe in the queue quick and repaired next day. An engine lifter issue common to 2021 Tahoe, still under warranty, no charge. Mileage was 10K. One month and 2K later, no issues. Thank you Joe & Quirk Chevy Service!

Absolutely horrible to deal with. Dealt with a Charles in Sales who has to be one of the most incompetent people I have dealt with in a long time. Literally gave me nothing but false information and repeatedly would stop communicating and I had to chase him down until I finally I decided I will be going to another dealership. I have bought a LOT of vehicles as I own a business with a fleet of 26 trucks, etc, and this is the worst experience by far. Would never buy from them if they cant even get this part straight.

Repeat customer from the north shore. It takes easily one hour or even up to two hours to travel depending on traffic. Well worth it. We have visited this dealership 4 times in a row, and left with a vehicle each time. I think that says enough.
No back and forth. The price for my trade and the price of the new truck was what it was and it was fair. Surprised us by getting the vehicle ready so we could take that day, rather than having to come back. We had drove over 4 hours to look at trucks in your dealership.
My remote transmitters to open and start my vehicle stopped working .I had to call Quirk because I couldn’t start my car. The receptionist that I Spoke with over the phone 100% helpful and professional guided me and made me feel relaxed because I was aggravated that my new vehicle stopped working. Longer story short my vehicle started up I drove it to Quirk Chevy, I met the receptionist that I spoke with over the phone and she immediately told me to drive my car into the service area because if I turned it off it would not start again. The sales representative came over and he to was very professional took my car and had it serviced.The problem turned out to be the transmitters/car Remote control stopped transmitting and the push Engine start/stop button couldn’t transmit the signal to start the engine. I was given two new transmitters and thank God for warranties!!! A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE RECEPTIONIST FOR TREATING ME LIKE I MATTERED!!!!!
Pleasant people. Not enough masks on people, but I felt safe. Could use a food truck or some snacks near the TV and sitting area. *The dealership should run a BOLT Orientation Class - Intro to EVs. Pizza party for BOLT owners. Maybe a scavenger hunt - photo scavenger contest with photos of chargers in the wild AND BOLTS in the wild. Prizes = Chevy/Quirk/Bolt gear, GM points, tire rotations, cup-holder inserts, chair massages. You get the idea. Thanks!
Over the years o have purchased many used/ new vehicles from many different dealership throughout New England. To be honest, I dreaded buying a car . I always felt lied to, deceived, and never felt that I got a great deal. My experience from start to finish at Quirk Braintree was nothing less than amazing. I did everything online. My salesman, Jay Rose, was attentive and professional throughout the whole process. Everything he said would be done was done in a timely manner. They even delivered the vehicle to me in NH and took my other vehicles(trade). If I could give 10 stars I would. This will now be the only place I purchase my vehicles. There is a lot that can go wrong when buying a car remotely, and sight unseen, from another state, but it didn’t. Marianne DeOliveira made sure that everything went as planned. The general manager of another dealership told me that the deal was too good to be true on our Bolt from Quirk Chevy; he was wrong. Marianne handled every barrier with professionalism and got it done for us. We’ll be back to purchase another GM car from Quirk and we’ll be sure to ask for Marianne!

I arrived at 10:55AM for my scheduled appointment at 11:00AM. I had requested brake, air cabin filter replacement and to have the tire pressure checked on the left front tire. Unfortunately my car was not ready until close to 4:30PM. Needless to to say, I was not thrilled about this.On the way home, I stopped to run an errand but could not take the key out of the ignition after putting the car in park. I called service, explained what was going on, and was told to return. As I was driving back, the brakes began to scrape and squeal. This was the main reason for the appointment. The car was returned to me after 10 -15 minutes with the brakes finally working properly.I bought my car 7 years ago from Quirk because of their stellar reputation. I have had great experiences with the service department and hope this was just a bad day. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Quirk Chevrolet.Sincerely,Kathy Traylor
Maybe the worst dealership I ever been to in my life there is a guy named Devin he works in sales he keeps telling me that he will call me back in 15 minutes and I’ll wind up calling him back 4 hours later after four days of trying to find out how much do I need to pay for a suburban and also one day of me coming there for no reason because another salesman named Charlie told me that I’m approved all I have to do is come down sign and drive but they lied they didn’t even send the paperwork to the banks until I got there ...then I finally got an answer today about how much I need to pay for the vehicle so I called to Devin to ask him if I need to bring in any other paperwork besides the money he told me that’s a good question I will let you know in 15 minutes that was 6 hours ago now I don’t want the vehicle anymore I’m going to a different dealer. I do not recommend anybody dealing with Devin or Charlie they are the most laziest salesman I ever seen in my life it’s like they don’t want to make a sale

The intake was friendly. When the appointment was being made, I believed that by arriving at 7am, the vehicle would be worked on shortly thereafter. I understand that the appropriate technicians for the repair may not come to work until later; however, I should have been told that.
I went in not sure what I was going to do and my sales person helped me by laying out all the options and making it an easy decision.

I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago from Quirk. At first the car was fine, there was a few scratches that were noticeable and I pointed them out before purchasing but was told those were the only ones and the vehicle was in perfect shape otherwise. After taking it through a touch less car wash, the dealerships wax job washed off showing the car is COVERED in scratches. I had it brought to a profession detail shop for a quote for a paint correction where I was informed the scratches are too deep to be corrected and the vehicle will need to be put into a body shop, I was quoted around $2000 to fix the paint. I reached out to Quirks general manager, because why would I pay $45,000 for a vehicle in this condition? I was informed they will NOT help me and I will be forced to pay out of pocket to fix the problems. So Quirk KNEW the condition of the car, buffed it to make it shiny and hide it, then sold it to me telling me it was in perfect beautiful condition. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re looking for a place with good customer service DO NOT go to them. Go elsewhere for sure. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I had known what it truly looked like.

I was not happy that I was charged for 6 qts. of oil and my engine only takes 5 coupon smoupon, its not right... Im owed $7. I was told that the tire rotation would be free with the oil and filter change. Not true. Ill be going back to Boch.
I normally dislike any dealer experience. I was proven very wrong - Quirk was very easy to work with. Marianne was transparent, easy to talk to and flexible at all time. I was able to work online as much as I wanted and was never pushed to any solution convenient for them to my determent. On top of the excellent service Quirk had pricing that could not be beat! Could not have had a simpler process and more satisfactory process!

Brought my car in for a broken hatchback latch. Ended up taking 3 visits, 4.5 hours of waiting in their lobby, and 3 days without a car because they dont offer loaners. Oh and they charge for coffee in the waiting room. Will never be going back.

The car dealer Sam out of the Quincy MA. Location lied to me about how much he we give me for my trade in $6000 after reading the contract when I got home they only gave me $3900 & change. Rolled $5800 in negative onto my new lease loan. It was my mistake for trusting him and not reading the paper work but this was done by Sams sneaky distractions he used during our conversation. Lesson learned I was going to go back in 4 weeks to get a truck for my wife. But I will no longer do business with Chevy once my lease is up because of this sorry. And I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to buy or do business with you guys because of this .

Arnie was fantastic. He guided me on what services should be done and made feel I could try service here again. My prior experiences were very poor and have been going to lube lab and Best Chevy because of prior experiences.
I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they lie all the time. I have put in a complaint with General Motors about some A/C repair that this dealership has scammed me on. They didnt fix my A/C the first time and tried to charge more money to fix their mistake.
