DO NOT GO THERE!!! I had to file a small claims against them for owing my husband and I over 3 grand. They are scammers and will steal your money and sell you horrible cars that they wont fix! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!
After recently buying a hi end car here I would definitely say they had a good selection of quality vehicles there to choose from. My salesman made it easy to pick out what I wanted most after carefully listening to my requirements. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of automobiles as well as his own inventory..
Wish I never got my first car there, I got played bad. He used the fact that I was a single woman looking for her first car. Worse mistake but lesson learned
Intellymotors is the best dealership so far. I bought a car from them, they did everything for me. The employees registered and inspected the car for me. They made sure everything is ready and done before driving the car.I would recommend anyone to go there.

I wished we had read some of the reviews before we got our car at that place. It took them almost 2 weeks to provide us with the title of the car we purchase. Sold us a car that needed to be jumped every day, had a bunch of malfunction warning they claimed they would fixed when we purchase the car. When we took the car back to them, only to get the car back the same way. The intake hose was ripped, we had to tape it, they were supposed to fixed that also but they didn’t. They don’t even deserve that 1 star

This business has single handled put me into debt. They kept my cash deposit, took out a loan in my name for extra than I was quoted, and sold me a lemon. I’ve put $1,200 of mechanical work in the first 30 days of owning the vehicle but was never given the warranty. The manager told me to “**** off” Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Also, the positives reviews that were left on this page are from the people who work there. SHADY.
Brakes went out on a Jeep for sale during the test drive. It took alot of my time and effort to get my deposit back from the guys. Typical business practice I suppose. Local guides have no reason to lie, but they do.. I advise you go somewhere else
Do not buy anything from these people. I bought a truck from them with problems they were supposed to fix but never did, bought a 5 year warranty for 3500$ but they only gave me a 6 month warranty. And now the owner barry said oh well take me to small claims court. See you there. Stay far far away.

***This is a CRIMINALITY business practice advice to the general public***I have a pending scam like business practices on-going with (Intelly Motors, Inc.) located at (577 Pond Street, Braintree MA 02124).This business is selling cars to the general public that they (Intelly Motors, Inc.) does not have the TITLES to.To be specific, they sold me a car on 12/21/2018 that they did not have a title to without first telling me to get my consent to wait. After paying them and looking for my own car insurance, they told me they dont have the title and started giving me the run-around. They inform me today 12/24/2018 and ruined my pre-planned Christmas and New Year plans.They will take your money and then give you the run-around while the car sits on their lot. Just like many of the other reviews and experiences from anyone who isn’t a bot or paid reviewer, my experience with this place was the worst I have ever dealt with. I was prepared to purchase on the spot. The car I inquired about via the website didn’t start. I was referred to another vehicle (same make and model). This “on spot” purchase turned into a 5 day process thanks to their unprofessionalism and lack of transparent communication. This car came with as many issues as you can imagine that weren’t present during the test drive but appeared upon purchase before keys were exchanged. As a contingency on the deal, I was promised that the many lights on the dash would be repaired, it would be serviced, and inspection ready. Nothing was done to this car after being dropped off 4 times. After many lyfts spent and one tow payment later, the car still does not pass inspection. This “fulfillment of warranty” that began the day of pick up is taking 3 months. Tons of run around and unprofessionalism. Scammers and don’t take accountability for the issues and inconveniences. Stay away. They just want your money.
No one should waste their time with these people or their cars. Will say anything to make the deal and cover for their poor quality cars.
If youre purchasing a car here just make sure everything that needs to be done on the car gets done. Dont pay anything until the work is done. Purchased a car there in January and the dealers were nice. They kept the car for a day after we purchased it cash. There were a few things that needed to be changed. The timing belt and two front tires. We came back the next day and NOTHING was done. Customer service was so nice when you walk in but after business is done they play dumb and give you the run around. If you dont have a type A personality dont go here. Well dont go here period. They dont deserve the business. They dont answer the phone when it comes to reasonable things that should be covered under the 30 day warranty. Will never shop there again. Dont even give them a shot.
This place still owes me $5,895.00. They said in 30 days I would have my money back but it’s been 2 months.
My experience with Intelly Motors has been an absolute nightmare that will finally end in court this month. I am just going to give the major issues and not how they lied and how totally dishonest they were with me. On 8/16/2018 I signed a sales agreement with Intelly Motors to purchase a used Ford F-150 truck. On 8/29/2018 I received notice from Intelly Motors that I could pick up my vehicle. Short of one mile after leaving Intelly Motors I became aware that both my rear brake lights and rear turn signal lights were not working. I returned the vehicle and told them I couldn’t believe that they never made a final inspection of the truck and let me drive off in a vehicle that was unsafe. They told me they would fix the problem along with the Air conditioning which was not blowing cold air.On 9/14/2018, after being notified that I could pick up my vehicle I returned to Intelly Motors and took the truck. When I took the truck for the Mass Inspection sticker it failed both Emissions and Safety. I returned the vehicle to Intelly and they said they would fix the problems. When I had bought the truck I was concerned about the amount of time between my purchase and delivery. I asked the salesman, “it will pass inspection right?”, the salesman told me, “we can’t sell you a vehicle that doesn’t pass Mass inspection.” After Intelly motors called me that the truck was all set I picked it up but it again failed the inspection. I also noticed very large amounts of oil on my driveway after the vehicle had been parked for 2 nights. After 6 nights I had to start parking the truck on the grass because my driveway was getting destroyed. I took the truck to a repair shop and was told it would need: Timing Cover Gaskets, Valve Cover Gaskets, Crankshaft Oil Seal and other work totaling $1,989.00.On 10/9/2018 the vehicle had to be jump started 3 times to make home. On 10/10/2018 I had it towed to Intelly to address this issue along with the large oil leaking and repair costs. On 10/24/2018 I spoke with Intelly on the phone. I was told they had replaced the alternator but in regard to the other issues they did not want to put any more money in the vehicle and would buy it back. We met on 11/2/2018 and they agreed to buy it back but said they had 30 days to do so. I didn’t know if legally they were right or not but I agreed just being happy to sell it back. After the weekend was over I sent Intelly an email thanking them for meeting with me and for agreeing to buy back the vehicle. I was received an email response from Intelly on 11/8/2018 and they had changed the buyback period to 60 days.To try to wrap this up after the 60 days Intelly would not answer my phone calls, emails and text messages. I tried getting help from various agencies including the BBB and the Consumer Advocacy Division of the Attorney General. The BBB replied that Intelly would not respond to their latest inquiry and the Attorney General will not act on behalf of a single consumer. They did say they would keep this on record and they guided me on how to proceed in court action. The vehicle was returned to Intelly in October of last year and has been there since. I am still making payments on the vehicle at this time (04/05/2019) including insurance and excise tax. I can’t buy another vehicle because I still have this loan and I know I can never get all the money I have lost back. Luckily, it was a second vehicle for me and I do believe I will win in court.
