Purchased a Jeep from Steve and the team at GSR. They were very reasonable to work with and stand behind their products. A good used car buying experience.
Steve is wonderful! I bought a used subaru and Steve really means it when he says he wont sell unless he would give it to his daughter to drive. Steve went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in great shape. And in the time of COVID, the car was immaculate, inside and out. This meant alot to me. He also took customer service to the next level. He was on top of everything, (which is much more complicated these days), was responsive, and made the experience easy for me. and I love my new car!!! thank you Steve!!!
Do yourself a favor and read up on Massachusetts Lemon Law before buying here (or for that matter, anywhere else). The car I bought hear ended up needing $1000 of repairs to pass inspection, that the dealer should have paid for. They led me to believe that the law would only pay for failed inspections within 30 days, and I couldnt get one within 30 days because of COVID delays with registration. In fact, dealers are supposed to pay for any major defect within the first 30 days- regardless of what happens with inspection. Now after 30 days Im out of luck, unless I feel like dealing with arbitration to argue that the clock should be extended because I didnt get accurate warranty paperwork. Why not just one star? Steve says he is changing his business model after this and for some reason I half believe him. Hope for your sake it is true, but in any case read up on the Lemon Law before you buy.
