Clean and organized. Sales were good.

This place is spacious and has large selections. I even find some popular down jackets (e.g., 1996 Retro) that are seldom available online. Students can have 10% off after showing student ID.

I am agreeing with Cel and Jill. They are always passive aggressive and entitled speaking to customers in a certain tone. I go to other Northface locations and dont get this terrible treatment. On the upside the Red head Latina (sorry forgot your name) is great and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

One of the employees was very helpful and kind. My only complaint was that there isnt really any jackets for babies.

I went to this store with the intention of buying a parka coat. After I picked out two coats that I wanted to try out I asked one of the store associates for the changing room. My entire experience went downhill from that moment onwards. He simply refused. I asked why and he mumbled something about policy with a rude attitude. I don’t have a problem with policy. The issue was his rudeness. I asked him if he realized his attitude means I won’t be spending $400 of my money at this store, even if I got to try the coats out. His response: no problems, I can give the coats to him. I eventually got him to open the changing room but he continued to be obnoxious, so I asked for his manager He went to get his manager who happens to be Asian (identifying her by race because I forgot to get her name). She was no different: rude and obnoxious. While I was trying out the coats, she kept coming to bang on the door under the pretext of asking if I wanted a bigger size. SMH.Anyway, long story short, I left the store without making any purchase. I probably won’t buy any North Face products owing to this experience in future. Ill rather spend my money at a store that values its customers.

Coats are expensive but they work in some really cold weather. The people who work at the store are nice and help you find what you need.
