Terrible. Missing parts from order. Customer service is terrible. Staff takes no responsibility for their oversights.

We worked with Hope at the Braintree store and she is so helpful, upbeat and positive. She was quick with providing us a rendering and making any changes we asked for. When we had questions about which kind of cabinet we should have (a tall one or three draws for example) she was direct with her response and provided her reasoning. There were several issues with the delivery our order hence the fewer stars.

Cabinet to go color is beautiful, unfortunately 5 corner of my cabinets are shipped (cracked) or (dented). You get what you paid for. ( It was a great deal for me). Read the fine prints before buying. (Non-refundable./transferable). I was missing 2 parts of order. I order it late August, it now November. The products are still on back ordered. I called multiple times (weekly). I’ve give up......(nice service going in. Poor service to get resolution.)

From hidden charges, to non helpful staff, Cabinets to go has it all!They make everything look so easy and nice so you place the order, but after that is a nightmare. You have to call multiple places to get an answer, and no one is trying to help.Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be taken for a ride.Giving this one star because there is no lower rating!!

We place and order on October 10th 2016, we did receive our order 1 wk late and incorrect!!! informed the correct order will be the in 1-2 wks. every time I call the Braintree store (which is weekly) the answer I get is OH Im sorry it didnt make this shipment, 3 weeks later were really sorry It must not have made this shipment and we are in the process of moving warehouse from CA to TN, well have it shipped Fedx and you will have in 2 days!! 2 days later Guess what no shipment, were going to give this to you for cost $300 discount, it should be here next week Guess what no surprise not on the truck!! ***in the interim I recd my credit card bill and the have already gotten paid.***Finally fed up I called customer care Spoke to a very nice woman named Jessica who said Im really sorry but I only see one order here, looks like a second order was never placed.she would send a Message to her Mgr Michelle and would have her look into it and call me. After one week (7 day) I call customer care again and speak to another very nice woman named Christine who tells me she can not find any record of my prior call, and that she will go and speak to Michelle find out whats going on and call me back, 4 hrs later I call Christine back and she says Ohhhh who are you again I speak to so many people in a day that its easy to forget. She said she would put a sticky on her phone for 7am Sat to look into this for me ??????? and would call me tomorrow. If this happens to each customer how do they stay in business is this really a business or a scam.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Very Frustrated

I have missing one cabinet they keep delay it couple weeks, I am asking them to give me some reimbursement but the manager spoke very rude not even a sorry, worst customer service ever
