They always have friendly service and are quick to to get our order out.Paying through their app makes it easy to grab and go, and we always tip out servers because they definitely deserve it.Taro milk tea with a milk cap and extra boba is my go-to, definitely worth the try!!

Love buying these tea everytime I come and visit, the mall. The only thing I dont like about this specific tea stand it that it seems to always be missing an ingredient or a flavor or theres something they cant make.

They NEVER get your order right. Asked for cocoa cream with cream didn’t get that. Instead of her making a new one she takes the lid off added the cream and doesn’t seal it well. I go to shake it whole thing spilled on me. Also, people should not be handling cash AND making food. I don’t care how busy your are it’s a dirty practice.

I think I was overcharged. Got two medium drinks with vaccine card thought it was $2 each

The service is really good and very fast.

First of all, the attitude of the front desk staff is really bad. He was impatient when ordering. I asked him to make half a piece of sugar, and they made me the same drink as sugar water. Besides, he doesnt do things seriously. I ordered two drinks today, and I want to take them home to drink. I just spilled a drink in my car. Im really angry and wont buy kungfu tea any more。

We are Asian family so take this for what it is. I like the idea of bubble tea and have had bubble tea growing up in Asia back in the 80s. The pearls are a hit or miss. Often times, it hasnt soaked long enough and dry hard to chew. You can barely hear your number called bc with the masks on so please try harder or get another intercom to use or a loud speaker of some sort; a chalk board? Id hate to touch someone elses order by mistake during CV!!If you are going to charge for bags to carry them, why dont you sell a reusable carrying bag? I had to carry 3 with a toddler and you gave me those open domes tops. I did have my own bag, but some of it spilled so opt in to the sealed ones would make sense. Look at your customers; if we are struggling with a kid; why would you hand me open tops??Like people have said, there is no hospitality. I get your busy and making minimum wage, I know. I have been there working in restaurants since I was 16 with no tips, but could you try to fake a smile once in a while. You can also smile with your eyes or try to get to know your regular customers.You are the closest in the south shore so there are regulars albeit in the mall. Take everyones crisitism as a road to improvement. Wish you all a happy year.

As a Asian myself, I’ve been there multiple times and the customer service is TERRIBLE. The past 3 times, they person who worked there “forgot” the boba pearls or other add ons and still charged us. Along with that his attitude was extremely rude. The drinks were fine I guess but please fix the service.

As some other reviews have mentioned, the customer service at this location is horrendous, and extremely rude. And you thought theyve only shown that attitude towards White people, then youve mistaken. They have expanded their category to Asian now. My friends and I went there on Monday Oct 12th at around 3:15pm, when were placing an order, the drink that we wanted was no longer in service, he looked at us, tilled his head to a side, kept silent for a good 5 secs not saying anything until I looked at him directly in the eyes, then he kindly informed that the drink is no longer being served by pointing at the menu using his head and said:dont have it anymore. Weresurprised by his attitude but hadnt really noticed anything just yet. Then we placed another order in size small, he then was like :$5... ( I couldnt remember the exact amount), and when I looked at then order-screen, it said medium-sized, and I was like: oh we ordered size small. Then now he said:no size small, and stepped backward leaning onto the cupboard, looked at us like :OMG just get the F out of my store. If you dont have size small anymore (its not a traditional thing that they dont have size small), then just tell us at the beginning. At this point, we were pretty in shock of his attitude. But whatever, we went on and waited for our drink. When I came up to pick up the drink, he threw the draw across the counter toward me, I looked at him, he looked at me as if nothing had happened. So throughout the whole process, not a thank you came from his mouth, all of it was giving customers disgusting looks, unprofessional attitude and behavior. There are so many potential employees out there in need of a job. Please Kung-fu tea, you need to pick better employees to hire. If Im not the only one who speaks up here, on Google review, imagine how many of your customers are experiencing this and how many have left your brand to go to the other ones in Chinatown already and didnt bother to go on here and say anything. Im surprised that people like him can be placed at the cashier position, the face of the store represents the brand. Lol

People who work there are so incredibly rude that I will probs drive the extra 10 min to Quincy to get different boba

The tea is really delicious, they are generous with the add ins. I would give 5 stars if the price was a bit better. But it’s a nice place in the mall for a delicious drink

Love KFTEA boba! Favorite drink is the honey milk tea.

I bought a tea from the kung fu tea at the Braintree location for my daughter. The service was good and my daughter said that the tea was very tasty. My issue is, I paid for it with my debit card and the next day I noticed I was charged an exchange fee of $1.43. I called my bank to confirm that this was an exchange fee that you would see if I was using my card outside of the country. They said it was. I explained I was at the Braintree mall in MA, so I was being charged this fee? They said it looks like the terminal is outside of the country. So if Kung Fu Tea fixes this issue then I will give these guys 5 stars. Its not about the $1.43, its about the principle. We should not be charged fees we were not told about.

Its a small stand in the mall. Line move pretty smooth. The Kung tea milk tea is so good. Its creamy and sweet.

Nice little bubble tea stand in the mall. Great selection of flavors and variety of drinks, and they also offer drinks with lactose-free milk. Also love that you can customize your drink with the amount of sugar and ice added.
