Great store for liquor 👌. So much to choose from.

If you notice when you Google a wine or liquor, guess who always has it in stock? These guys. Ive found some very hard to find liquors here. The craft beer selection is very impressive, and it goes without saying- the wine selection is around 8,500 varieties. Its unreal.

Had everything I was looking for to make fancy mixed drinks. The employees gave great suggestions on the hard liquor, they really know their stuff. I love the gin they suggested! They also have wine tasting which was just a delight!!

They had a small wine tasting today and that was nice. Things are looking up! They have an awesome selection of everything. The prices are lower than most other places as well. Ask Brian and Rob about the Spirits. They are very helpful and suggest bottles that are really good especially to your personal taste!!!

Do you like your food delivered to your restaurant on. Sysco truck? Do you like apps and desserts that were not made on location but were delivered frozen? You will love this place... Trash can dining

THE PLACE on the south shore for the wine connoisseur down to novice purchaser. The selection and placement by region, country, maker and type makes this place worth the trip. Prices are what you expect, but great bulk purchase deals. Staff is intelligent and helpful. Service is definitely a notch above most other wine and beverage stores.

Heaven on Earth. They have the widest variety and generally the cheapest prices. Squeaky clean, they offer tastings for free, and the workers are all happy to help suggest wines, spirits, or beers to you.

Always great selection. Prices are hit or miss for higher end products, but always available.

This place is great, large selection, very cute cashier. I love the TJ Maxi next door even more. I met my dear second husband there. He passed out in the candle isle because of the strong smells. I pick him up off the floor and dusted him off. Weve been madly in love since. Invited manager to my wedding, he didnt come.

As an Asian-American, I would not recommend any Asians to shop here. You will get discriminated by the workers. There have been many times where the cashiers would become quiet as soon as I get to the counter to check out while staring me down. Also, I always see them being overly friendly to the white customers in front of me and behind me.What a sad, depressing shop this is. These kids need to be trained better.

The staff at this total wine are so nice and professional. I recently placed an order with items that were out of stock in the quantity I ordered so they called me to discuss my options right away. Theyre quick to pick and pack online orders. Curbside can be a bit difficult but not because of them. The parking lot at this location can be a mess. But if you go later in the evening (after 6) things arent that bad.

Yesterday, I came to Total Wine and More and experienced discomfort with one of the staff members. They keep pressuring my friend and I to purchase some cognac that was the same price but double the size of the Hennessey bottle. While at first I assumed it was a suggestion, they keep pressuring my friend to buy this product obviously to receive some sort of commission for the sale. I could see that my friend was visibly uncomfortable in which another customer noticed as well. That customer attempted to make the situation less unpleasant, in which I tried to lessen the awkwardness, said staff member proceeded to say If I get another difficult customer today. I can understand that it is their job to sell but they should learn to be more socially conscious and be able to read situations. After my friend got their products, I decided to finish my shopping at another liquor store.

A location of a wonderful chain known for their outstanding selection of wine, beer, spirits, bitters, and other bar items. Really helpful staff, you almost never have to hunt down anyone to help you, they are everywhere. Their prices are good, not great, you wont necessarily find incredible bargains, but you will find the most obscure regional liquors and wines. When I need something truly weird like Creme de Violette for making Aviation cocktails, this is where I go.

Evie who works there hooks us up all the time with nice affordable wines. She should get a raise. She recommended us to this white sangria from Pour Haus and we had our friends from NY try it and we were all so surprised how we loved it so much, we couldn’t find it anymore because it is sold out! She recommended us to new wines that are in our price range and they’re super good. Evie is our go-to for great wine.

Always fast, always amazing. The customer service, their selection and price point for spirits, all the various ingredients, and bar tools? You cant beat these folks. They ignore my service dog in earshot (my dog is trained to ignore it but signal if someone is trying to get her attention), which lets her do her job and help me. Their website is slow to load, but it is accurate for whats on their shelves. They became my go-to store for finding new and interesting things to try back on our very first visit.

This place charges more then atlas, they are lying to us all. They might have a large selection but thats all and maybe one or two things they keep lower.Response to total wineAtlas liquors 23.99 for wild turkey 750. And you charge more!

I bought White Claw variety pk for my Husband. The store is nice and big the prices seem to be cheaper than other places. They also have classes available at his stores.

Zero stars . We chose this place based on so many wine selections. However they’re employees are not following CDC guidelines no masks PPE. trash are always overflowing. Health department needs a visit.Also Very discriminatory they treat customer of color very differently and poorly. They are trained to ID folks of color. We witnessed this treatment. While others clearly much younger were not asked for ID. It’s disgusting. If you don’t want a lawsuit treat all your customers equally. Your taking their money equally.

Prices and selection are good, but chaos is the only word to describe inside anywhere near the beer or hard seltzers and the cooler is tiny, so finding what you need cold is unlikely. More chaos in the parking lot and getting out onto Ivory street is nearly impossible at certain time of the day. Ill pay up and go to one of the local Braintree stores for better customer service and a better shopping experience.

It has been called a Candy Store for Grown-ups. The Adult Disneyland. The BJs of Booze. The Last Liquor Store You’ll Ever Need.Going to Total Wine is an experience you’ll want to have at least once in life. Certainly thrice. Maybe every week. 8 hours of tastings every day (except Sunday, when it’s 5). A back room for classes and events that looks like something straight out of Napa.My favorite part is actually the service team. Tell them anything, and they’ll guide you to something that it’s in your best interest to try. What occasion you want it for, what your price point is, past favorites, what you hate... Whatever!! Prices are the cheapest in all of Massachusetts. The place is mobbed though. Remote pickup in the parking lot can be slow. Best selection of wine anywhere.

Loved this store. I had to stop and pick up some tubes for a keurig drink maker. I did not realize however that this store is very large and diverse in its collection of Beer Wine and spirits. I was able to find almost all the tubes I needed that day. They sell out fast but the good people at Total Wine & More continue to renew the supply. Thank you

I would avoid this place as you would a plaque. The majority of workers displays blatant discrimation and disrespect when you they look at you and they assume that you are not part of the earth that we all were given Gods blessings to live on no matter what type of melanin we proudly display.I recently was in this store, completed a purchase.On my way out I kindly asked a female employee a question who abruptly replied to me. As I was walking out of the store it occurred to me that I need not accept the female behavior towards me was totally unnecessary. I turned around,went back to the store to returned the items and asked for my cash refund. I will never trespass in any of these establishments for the entirety of my life on Gods earth. I will certainly keep shopping at Bjs and Costco for my Spirits & etc.

People here know their alcohol pretty well and can make some good reccomendations. The prices are low and they are not far from my house if I need to quickly grab something.

We placed a delivery order. After being over two hours late, they arbitrarily cancelled the order. We called them and the manager was a total jagoff on the phone. We have given this place well over $1000 in business in the last few months and will never go back, in store purchase or delivery.There’s plenty of options for alcohol purchases in the area. This place is to be avoided at all costs. They suck.

I’m impressed with the variety of liquor(okay yes they have my favorite beer than I CANNOT find anywhere else) but then I was astonished with the staff 1. knowing where exactly to find each and every beverage— given how overwhelming huge it is. 2. Simply awesome customer service! Friendly and there to assist. Definitely approachable looking staff as well! I’m so happy there is a total wine in the south shore :)

Huge selection of wine and sizable selection of craft beer, the biggest Ive seen outside of a specialty store. I make a stop here about once a week and the staff has been helpful in finding the beers Im looking for

A dope liquor store but you gotta catch them cus what you like will be gone b4 you know it....

Very good wine selection and a very knowledgeable staff. They also carry a good selection of liquors and spirits. The prices are reasonable -- take advantage of weekly and monthly deals for new wine selections at a discount. They have a tasting area I have yet to fully explore. Check out service is always very quick no matter how many people are in store. If you are under 35 you will be carded.

The selection here is unmatched. I could not believe how many winter beers that had on hand.
