Service Advisor Robert Carter is awesome! I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family members. Oil change is quick and easy. Outstanding service! Robert is super nice. He also helped me out with the wheel lock as well when I purchased the wheel lock here last time. Thank you Robert! You’re the best.
I went to see the Subaru ascent. I called them because they had the ascent that I wanted to look at. They said to come over and they show me the car. Made the appointment for the next day. When I got their they said they didn’t have it in the lot. They said that they have another car to show me. Then they brought me a used Toyota Highlander. Why would I get a used highlander for 40k. They didn’t even help me to get the car I wanted.
Shout out to Nick for the amazing leasing experience! Hes incredibly knowledgeable about all the cars in stock and really worked with me on a reasonable price. Nick went above and beyond when an issue arose a few weeks after I got the car home and I cannot recommend him enough! I think Im a Quirk customer for life now. Also - shout out to Robbie and the rest of the service team. They never pressure you into any add-ons and are really helpful with the million questions I seem to have!
I was treated horribly by the service manager here (Michael Bolinder).I couldn’t have been nicer to everyone here. Yet I was treated with abject disrespect, talked down to and dismissed - from the moment I walked in for my very first appointment. This was intentional and there was a persistent “blowing off” of me, and it felt awful.I am sure I did nothing to warrant this treatment. If I had a question, Mr. Bolinder would say, “I have other customers to serve,” then walk off, ending my visit to the dealership. After tolerating Mr. Bolinder’s behavior long enough, I finally asked him very nicely to please stop talking down to me. He immediately continued his condescending disrespect. I then expressed, “I am deserving of respect. We all are.” Mr. Bolinder then became abusive — so that I would react and he could then point the finger at me — and say he wouldn’t service my car.The dealership should immediately correct this matter — not have my review removed, which was their response. It turns out they misdiagnosed my car, leading to a $2,000 error. So I was correct in having questions.
Had a great experience working with Tim. He’s a very nice guy, not at all pushy, very responsive. The supply side is slim right now so I don’t think I got the world’s best deal but he sweetened it by throwing in some free improvements, and I got a very low interest rate. Nice people, good cars.
The man I saw here was a complete CROOK. I could have died because of this “business”. I paid $140 for a safety inspection on a car. He lied about what was wrong with it, and I doubt he even looked under the hood. I was quoted thousands of dollars of fake repairs the dealership wouldn’t even perform on my car, as they were trying to purchase it. MY BRAKE PADS WERE DEMOLISHED, WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CHECKED, AND GAVE OUT A FEW WEEKS LATER. I could have died. This guy said absolutely nothing about the brakes and refused to perform the repairs for the issues he quoted. His whole angle was to purchase my car and sell me one of his (more expensive) newer models. Absolutely disgusting service that put me in danger. They didn’t even look at my car. I am appalled. Bring your car somewhere else.
WOW! Such great customer service, during and after the transaction! Apart from the incredible deal we made for the lease of my new 2021 Subaru Forester, I appreciated the thoroughness and ease of how George, the general manager, made it happen. Also, I cannot remember when I visited a car dealership and noticed the salesmen all wearing suits and ties...and offering to hold doors open for female customers. Manners and a high level of comportment are not dead at this dealership. Happy customer!
Tom is the best ! Made the process of purchasing a car very easy. Answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. Highly recommend getting your vehicle from them.
I brought my Subaru Forrester in because it had an electrical issue. Ive been down this road before with my previous dealership and was just expecting the worst. I took my Forrester to a local mechanic beforehand who quoted me thousands for some computer system. I figured might as well have the Subaru experts take a look at it. What a great decision! They found the problem and it was such an easy inexpensive fix! I am so grateful that I have a dealership I can finally trust. Its an understatement how blown away I was with the suburb professionalism of their service department staff. Managers Anhvu and David were such a pleasure to work with. They both made us actually feel valued as a customer which I find rare at most dealerships nowadays. Quirk Subaru is the only dealership my family uses now and we cannot recommend them enough!
Five+ starts, we purchased our 2021 Forester, quick process, sales rep Ben is great. Looking forward for next car 🚗 👌
Ben Huang was great to work with. We got my son a nice car for a fair price. It was a smooth transaction. Ben was attentive and followed up on some questions I had after the sale.
Great experience, Tom was top notch and no pressure, gave well above all other dealers for my trade, so if your in the market for a subaru see Tom at quirk subaru!!!!!
Went there to for some recall services and to talk to sales person about our lease. Sales people were great. The service staion employees were a bit aloof.
The Quirk Works Subaru Service team is world class. They are constant professionals at every bend and turn. I have been bringing my Subaru vehicles to this location for years and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything is done correctly and efficiently, the first time! Anhvu and Robert are some of the best in the business with their knowledge and creating a wonderful customer experience. They are always in tune with any available specials and suggestions that will benefit me and my vehicle. I also got a chance to deal with Michael this afternoon who also continued the trends I’ve come to expect at this location. Thank you again to Anhvu, Robert, and Michael for all of their support and partnership!
The sales people seemed nice but the dealership can be very deceptive and baitish on pricing. I only went to the dealership, ready to sign, because I had been in contact through email with an employee about a specific car. I got quoted the price I would pay plus fees and taxes all itemized - it was very specific and the type of clarity that I appreciate. When I arrived, they quoted $2,000 over the gross price I was quoted. They did not want to honor the price I was quoted just a day before. Miscommunication within their employees. I get that its a hectic time in the car market but not honoring a quoted price I was given in writing one day before was a complete waste of time (drove an hour to get there) and deceptive.
Im an out-of-state buyer and the associate that answered my text lied and said they cant do business with non-neighboring states supposedly due to restrictions and then dismissed me. I called the dealership and the guy on the phone was at least honest, but said Its not worth our time to deal with out of state buyers because were selling vehicles so fast and shipping is a hassle. I told him I would fly in to pick up the vehicle and he then made an excuse about registering in another state. Thats also just an excuse since an out-of-state buyer should be the one on the hook to register the vehicle. Essentially, theyre selling so many vehicles, theyre dismissing anyone who doesnt fit into their exact mold, but wont just say that up front. I hope they remember this when the floor falls out of the car industry and credit dries up.
Was in for a quick oil change and inspection sticker the last visit. Havent had any problems with either the service department or the dealership in the 4 or so years Ive been going there.
Oil change took a little longer than expected but everything else was fine.
Rob was great. Took my Subaru in for its first service. In and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent service!
By far worst dealership ever offered me such a low offer on my trade in and then try to charge me $30000 for a outback base model I went to clay subaru and got the same exact car i want for 26000 and they offered me 14000 for my trade. *dont trust them especially Tom the manager** His excuse for trying to rip me off was low inventory
Awsome placeDid the work and explained everthing. They were quicker than estimated!
Someone hit my car & broke off the fog light cover. Quirk ordered the part & when I went to have it fixed I didnt have to leave my car. Ben was awesome.
Excellent service department! They are fast and responsive. Im always going to bring my car here.
Great place to buy a car and get it serviced!About 1 year ago I walked in pretty late looking to buy a specific Subaru Legacy. I was helped by Oscar, who was very patient and professional. Very transparent about pricing, policies, etc. and ended up signing all the paperwork that night. He checked in a few times after I got my car too to make sure I still loved it - a year later and I have no regrets and still love my car!I also just finished getting my 1 year service done at their service center. Was greeted by Mike when I pulled up and he took care everything! I forgot the name of the mechanic that worked on my car but he was awesome and they both worked around some of my concerns with no problem! Also only took 1.5hr when there were a ton of cars/people ahead and behind me. Very positive experience, Id definitely use them again!
Was told they will not look at my car because it is “too old”. They can’t “guarantee their work” if all maintenance hasn’t been done by them. Then was told that it would just take too long to look at everything and that they would probably come back to me with $4000 worth of repairs needed. The service rep then gave me a card for a friend of his that does all his personal repairs and told me I should go see this guy. Extremely unprofessional and couldn’t keep his story straight about why he refused to do service on my car. 2008 Subaru Outback with no major issues. All I wanted was a look at a noise in the dash and a tune up. I will make sure no one I know ever comes here. Taking my business somewhere they value their customers.
Kim Mieczkowski - one if the sales people there simply should stay away from customer as she has a bad temper, no customer service skills whatsoever. She, like the rest of this dealership, is good at over promising and under delivering in addition to loading you with both BS and nastiest attitude.
Good dealership. My guy was Tim, and hes probably the best car dealer Ive dealt with. He clearly explained everything about the car I was interested in, showed me around different trim options available to me and was an all-around nice guy that made our visit very pleasant. He even let me test drive a used manual WRX in a parking lot when I told him that this will be my second time driving stick. I find that car dealers often give off a slimy vibe, trying to squeeze out every penny out of you - this guy wasnt like that at all.So why only 4 stars? Well, I came to this dealership expecting to pay the advertised price. It turned out that price they advertise with is with every possible special discounts in mind. So if you dont already own a Subaru, if you dont want to trade in a car, if you dont want to finance at a market rate, which is a higher rate than advertised, you will pay much more than what they advertise. To be fair, all this is apparently written in fine print somewhere, but I didnt see it, and I visited that website like 20 times before visiting the dealership.Basically, I came to this dealership thinking that Im not going to negotiate and pay the advertised price + some fees, but ended up trying to negotiate a deal with much higher price tag that eventually didnt work out. To be perfectly honest, I did think that their prices were too good to be true when I saw them, and I guess I now know why. So if you are thinking about coming here because you saw some good prices online, make sure to to call them to get the PRICE YOU QUALIFY FOR before heading over. And ask for Tim. Hes awesome.
Best staff ever. Mike in service did an extraordinary job.
Don’t make the same mistake that I did. I went to Quirk Subaru to buy a new car and trade in my old one. The salesman encouraged me to consider leasing, rather than buying. He wrote down some numbers that made it look like an attractive option, so I said OK.He then came back with an (electronic) pad and asked me to sign in several places. “What’s this?” I asked. “The lease agreement,” he answered. “Can I see a printed copy of what I’m signing?” “No, we don’t have a printed copy. I can’t print out a copy until after you’ve signed it.”My big mistake: I signed the agreement. It wasn’t till I got home that I had a chance to look at the document – especially the numbers – and discovered that the price was 30% higher than what we had been discussing. (They had overvalued the new car, undervalued my trade-in, and added in upfront costs that we had never discussed.)Note: there is no period of buyer’s remorse in Massachusetts. The moment you sign the document, you are legally bound. The fault was mine. I never should have signed anything without insisting that I see the actual numbers first. I had no opportunity to negotiate anything – and everything is negotiable. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. If they insist that you sign before you have a chance to read, walk out.
Disappointing visit to this dealership. i was looking for certified pre-owned vehicles. the two cars showed to me were not cleaned in the interior. seat had scratched and torn at places. when i mentioned it i was told they can fix minor scratches and thats it. after the test drive i had to sit for 15 min with no sales people reaching out to me. i could see the person who first meet me walk around and go to his computer. when i finally srarted walking he comes to me. had no intention to sell the car. i said Ill think about it. he said fine and left. dont waste your time going to this dealership.
Great service. Easy to book an appointment online!
How does paying off a lease to the tune of almost $400.00 per month. Also the dealer reassured ME in writing that Quirk would buy me out of the lease after 72 months of payments no matter the mileage? I was never late on Paying so why was I told Im unable to get a new vehicle even if it is lease again. I dont get how if I paid approximately $28,152.00 ($391.00×72months)that Im now unable to renew my lease with the newest model? Ive bought 3 vehicles personally from Quirk and my parents have been buying vehicles from Quirk since they opened in Braintree Ma.
We had an appointment, but we came in and were told to wait. That was fine. What is not pleasant is that no one came to service us during our long. wait. At the same time, other customers who came later seemed to be meeting with the sales representatives. Some other representative seemed to be free as well since they are either sitting at the counter. It just seemed that we were ignored.
Well oiled service department 😉 Robbie is always professional, friendly, and takes care of my car in a timely manner. They can always get me in for an appointment quicker than other Subarus, and have fixed mistakes made by other mechanics. Greatly appreciate their hard work here!
OMG. Asked for price of car early evening. 10 minutes later, Stephen K. emailed me detailed sheet. We showed up next morning from state where marking up MSRP Subaru prices by $2000-$3000 is the norm. Subaru dealership down street had exact same car--with black cloth interior, not tan as we wanted, $5000 more & NEVER would have given Quirks $3000 discount with trade in (later than 05)--not even $1000. IF you can find a new Impreza sedan north of Boston its a near miracle. Email matched p & s agreement 100%. $0 financing on less than half of car price with unplanned (but welcome!) trade in. Of course destination fee is set; registering fee?, ok, given a break on something else as we had to register it out of state, but they did have to prepare title, sale papers, financing, etc...fair enough. $3,000 discount with trade in (ONLY!) of well loved, but time.to.go. 08 Subie we thought not worth trading. Paperwork done in ±1 hour. In 30+ years of car buying, not usual awful experience. Thank you manager Ben H. for clean closing. Tim(?) finished out the door prep. The car was named Pearl by family member. My husband said said no, its name is My Wallet. That being said, car is new so not sure how all will go regarding that. Car had just arrived, not even ready, nor Monroney sticker affixed to window--added to our file. New car was cheaper than at least 30+ of SAME car in NE that are 19, 20 or 21s with few to $30,000+ miles on it. Got home and 2 hours later read that Subaru Plant in IL stopped & Impreza builds are on hold due to chip shortage. Whoa.
Great experience. Salesman Charles S. was helpful and transparent. Whole process done in a few hours !
I just leased my 3rd Subaru from Quirk Works Subaru and before this weekend, I planned on never returning to Quirk Works. The last two salesmen I had dealt with were terrible. They either tried to hard sell me on something I didnt want or completely screwed up the process and created way more work for me. ANYWAYS, I decided to give them one more shot.My salesmen, Joel Arroyo, completely changed my opinion and he is the reason for my 5-star review. Joel was extremely professional and efficient. I went in there wanting to potentially upgrade to a Crosstrek and he worked hard to get me a deal that could work, but in the end, I realized I was being to ambitious, especially since Im returning to grad school this year. Instead of pushing me to go over my budget, he worked with me to get a new 2018 Impreza sport premium in a gorgeous island blue. I couldnt be happier! Then he took care of all the details. It was such a smooth process! I highly recommend working with Joel if possible. Thank you for my new Suby! I will be returning to Quirk Works Subaru in the future.
Brought my vehicle in for a few issues, which seemed to be handled appropriately. As I was leaving the associate tried to tell me I needed new tires (mine were pretty worn)and if I got them there theyd give me a good deal. Unbeknownst to the associate, I bought new tires 2 months earlier and have worked at home since March because of the pandemic (theyll got about 1200 miles on them tops). That incident left a terrible taste in my mouth and now im pretty sure they did work on my car that wasnt needed.
QUIRK price of Subaru Forester that we looked at was $22,345 but we were told that monthly price for lease with $3000 down is $360/month. Where do you take these prices from?? Besides that the salesman wasn’t interested in us at all. Very unpleasant experience.
I walked into Quirk Subaru and was greeted right away. I worked with Charles. He showed me the key features in the car and then we went for a test drive. He made my car buying experience fast and simple. I drove home in my new car the same day! Thank you Charles.
The service department is top notch! Brought my car in to diagnose a couple noises that started happening just after the powertrain warranty expired (tough luck, huh?), and they were great about getting the issues diagnosed, fixing a couple minor things for free, and then working with Subaru to get the repairs covered at no cost to me since the warranty had just expired. Great experience working with these guys, and would definitely bring my car here again.
Simply the best. Cannot say enough good things about Quirk Subaru, their managers, and staff. George has taken care of us many times over with multiple cars. We’ve been pleased from start to finish every time. Highly recommend this dealership.
Didn’t lease our Subaru from quirk but have worked with their service department. Excellent crew! Will definitely buy from quirk in the future solely based off of my experiences with the service team here! Thanks again!
Initial greeting and prep for test drive was great. But, my visit quickly soured as it became apparent that their sales approach is based upon deception. Before I came in (fully prepared to buy a car that day) I had extensive discussions over email and phone with 3 different sales reps. I was promised big discounts. I, more than once, asked about the terms and conditions of those discounts and was explicitly told each time that there was only one condition - to have a trade-in newer than a 2005 (which I did). However once I arrived, the discount vaporized for seemingly arbitrary reasons (for example, I didnt already own a Subaru). I showed them all of my email exchanges and they said it was a miscommunication. When I asked for proof of their requirements for the discount - they could not produce. Simply pointed to a sentence on their website that says Not all will qualify - but doesnt list the terms and conditions in order *to* qualify. In other words, they can invent any reason to not give you that great deal. I guess they are counting on a certain percentage of customers that arent either smart or courageous enough to stand up to their tactics. Went elsewhere and bought a VW instead.
If I could give a zero star rating it would be more appropriate. Do not take your Subaru to this dealership for service ! Our 2006 Outback was driven to Massachusetts in July by my wife. Enroute it developed a check engine light issue that indicated a Mass Air Flow problem. (This is commonly referred to as an Oxygen sensor and has to due with emissions). We left the car with friends in Weymouth Ma. Planning to drive back to Mass from North Carolina to pick up the car; our plans were derailed by the COVID quarantine restrictions put in place in the northeast states. On August 13, 2020 I booked a repair with Quirk Works, fully explaining the issue. The next appointment was not until August 27th. On August 26th at 10:30 I received a call confirming my appointment. I advised that since I was stuck in NC, a friend would be dropping off the car. Within an hour I received a call back from the dealer advising me that since my car (1) had a check engine light issue, (2) did not have a service history with the dealership, and (3) was over 10 years old the, the Service Manager/dealership would not work on my car. My first response was, “and you’re telling me this now”, after I waited two weeks for an appointment. So, if you did not buy your Subaru from them, screw you! If your Subaru is over 10 years old, screw you! If your Subaru has a check engine light issue, screw you. I’ve owned two Subaru’s, my daughter just bought a new Subaru, as did my son (from other dealers). This is the worst treatment I have ever had for a Subaru dealership. No matter what their response, should they so incline; Quirk Works Subaru had me wait two weeks before they gaslighted me! Do not do business with these people!!
My experience at Quirk Subaru in Braintree could not have been better thanks to the great service from my sales agent Mach. I had been searching for a vehicle for awhile and kept getting the runaround from dealership after dealership. Mach was straight forward, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Over a year later and I am still very happy with my 2017 WRX and would refer Mach to any of my friends or family.
Great service!! We had an issue with our Outback not starting, 7 tow trucks later and we couldn’t get any assistance. After one call to the dealer Rob and Leo made a home stop and got us up and running. Nice guys, great service. Recommend
Not a great experience here. I had the same experience as many others - went to Quirk to get a deal I had seen online, but was told that I didnt qualify because I had to meet various criteria. The salesperson didnt actually ask or check and was splitting time between myself and other customers, so I never had his full attention. I had read the terms of the deal online and I did meet all the criteria - had a trade in 2005 or newer, owned a Subaru etc. When I explained that, the person said they could probably knock $1000 off the price, but couldnt give me the $4500 rebate they were advertising. What I ended up with was a quote well above MSRP and then the guy started telling me there were other people at the dealership looking at the same car and I should sign if I didnt want to lose it. I decided to leave and try to finish purchasing the vehicle through their online sales, since thats where I had seen the vehicle and I had already test driven it. I cannot even get a response from them. Emails and texts are unanswered for days. I dont necessarily need the crazy deal I saw online but there has been zero effort from these people to sell me a car. They lured me in with the promise of a great deal, then tried to get me to pay over sticker price. At the first sign of objection over the price, they just ignored me.Update - Appreciate the prompt response. You are correct. There have been only miscommunications throughout my interaction with your business. That is the point. No clear reason was given to me as to why I didnt qualify. They didnt run my credit, which is excellent, so definitely not that. I wanted to pay cash anyway. I still have not received any responses or follow up on the vehicle in trying to purchase. Again, appreciate the response but all of the above remains true.
Car was great, salesmen did not seem interested in accepting that I was not about to buy a car the instant I test drove it. Also, most employees were not wearing masks at the counter.
This is one worse dealers they call you saying they have the car that you one but when you show up to the appointment they tell you that they don’t have the car
The worst experience ever. Came in because of an online price they couldnt give me without a trade or finance. I was still willing to be a customer and decided I would try a lease. The next morning, I decided that I would prefer to buy and the sales associate said they took care of it for me. I eventually got a call from the sales manager Tom who attempted to bully me over the phone for 45 minutes telling me that I could not get out of the lease deal. After being treated so horribly, I decided I would not even buy a car from this dealership. After stating that I would call the bank and my attorney, all of a sudden he could reverse the deal. I did buy the car from another reputable dealer. I would give no stars if I could. I absolutely did not buy a car from Quirk. It appears that you left it on the books in order to get credit from the sale. I would love for you to reach out to me directly to discuss.
We visited Quirks today. Tim was very friendly and sincere. The general manager Tom knows his stuff. We were looking for a Forester Premium which was a great ride. We couldnt finalize our decision since we also wanted to look at other SUVs. Overall good interaction at Quirks.
Very helpful and knowledgeable service staff
Excellent service from start to finish. Walked away happy with our new car.Tom is the best.
Just bought a car here from Charlie. Its the second vehicle Ive bought at a Quirk dealership. The experience was no-nonsense, respectful, and FAST.
My daughter had been planning on purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek for almost a year. At the last minute another dealer refused to honor the deal she had struck with them in advance. They tried to shave off around $3,000.00 from her trade among other things. We found Quirk Works online. They had the exact color and model she was looking for with more features. George Valentas was fair and upfront with us about the aspects of the deal. He gave us a very competitive price and a fair value for our trade. We traveled about an hour to complete this transaction. We were treated very well by Xavier Rivera. He was professional and courteous. He made sure the car was immaculate and ready for delivery. My husband also has a Crosstrek and you can be sure we will be coming to Quirk Works when his lease is up and its time to get into a new car! Thank you George and Xavier!!
Terrible prices and they wont stop spam emailing me! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION.I have asked multiple times to stop emailing me... They Blatantly violate the CAN_SPAM Act of 2003I EMAILED THEM TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LIST AND TO THIS DAY (MONTHS LATER) I AM STILL RECEIVING SPAM! I ALREAYD HAVE A CAR LEAVE ME A LONE
A little disappointed with COMMUNICATION! Had a recall made appointment.Got a text two days before to remind me of appointment.I called the day before to make sure still on. I took a day off from work to get this done. When I got there at 7 a.m I was told part is back ordered?????? Why didnt they know this when I called???I feel annoyed. Then they said I had too much gas in car, they wouldnt have done work?????? WHAT??????
Hoeun was amazing! Just bought my first new car and was very nervous at first. Hoeun took the time to explain the process and we worked together for a great deal. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Ill definitely be going here again for my next car and will recommend it to friends. Thanks, Hoeun for making this so quick and painless!!
I ended up not buying a car here): but a shout out to my sales rep Vic Skorapa. He was SO AWESOME! He put so much time, energy and care into helping me figure out what kind of car to buy, a good price range and financing. Thank you, thank you👍😊
The most hassle-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I left with a fair deal and a great new car.Pros:-Friendly salespeople-Fair our-the-door price-Lots of selection that other Subaru dealers didn’t seem to have-No pushy finance and insurance agent trying to sell you expensive and unnecessary maintenance packagesCons:-Online list prices include discounts that you may not qualify for or even want to take. In my case, I “lost” $1500 of discounts by opting for 0% APR.-They make up for part of their well-below-market list prices by lowballing the value of your trade in.Go in expecting that Quirkworks will ultimately not be giving you the mind-blowingly good deal that you see on their website for the above reasons. Go in knowing what the fair market value is for the car you’re buying and the car you’re trading in. Request fair market value or something close to it, and Quirkworks will deliver.
Can’t say enough about this place! I had the pleasure of dealing with Andre Anez when I stopped in to test drive the new Subaru Forester. By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and that’s all thanks to Andre and his team at Quirk. If your in the market and thinking about a Subaru do yourself a favor and go see Andre at quirk works Subaru you will not regret it!
I dont normally leave reviews but I had to after my wonderful experience here at Quirk Subaru with George. As a mother of two and one on the way, not only were we concerned about finding a car that meets all of our needs but also, to find a day and time that would work best to look at cars and be in and out. As a growing family, safety as well as room was a top priority of ours in a car. After looking at consumer reports, we were drawn to Subaru because of all the safety awards it has received over the years. My husband and I ended up here at Quirk by a recommendation of his co-worker due to how great of an experience they had there. They were completely right! We were helped as soon as we walked through the door. Our salesman was awesome but I’ve honestly probably have not seen such a group of individuals that worked so fast and efficiently together as a team at a dealership. We were greeted with smiles, water and the knowledge of knowing exactly what my family and I needed and wanted in our car. They completely understood that we didn’t want to stay long at the dealership since we came with a decent idea of what we wanted (and two grouchy toddlers in which they gave them coloring books). Thankfully, we had spoken to our insurance company beforehand about possibly buying a new car and with the help of the Quirk Subaru team, they had our brand new 2018 Forester inspected and registered within two hours of us walking through the door. I have never been more impressed with a dealership before and I will certainly be a returning customer in the future. A big thanks to the Quirk Subaru Team; especially George!
Excellent salesperson and service reps.
Always a pleasure to go there, staff very professional, the driver seat was covered in plastic, so was the steering handle and the shifter, impressive
Excellent service, very friendly staff.High quality work and never had any problems after they fix something. The service price is very reasonable compared to other Subaru dealers
Truly the best car buying experience i’ve had yet. I can’t thank the people in finance, the GM George and my salesman Jorge for making the whole process stress free and exciting. Thank you for getting me in a safer car that’s good in the snow!
Excellent experience with Jorge. He was professional, pleasant to deal with. and very patient. His explanations were clear, easily understood and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car.Any further auto purchases will certainly be made at Quirk Subaru, and I will ask for Jorge
Just bought a Subaru Legacy. Excellent experience. Xavier Rivera was the sales consultant and I could not have had a more knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Super friendly with no sales pressure. I went in intending to get a Forester but Xavier found me a Legacy which was less expensive and suited my needs better than the Forester. He was so patient going over details several times without making me feel foolish for not remembering. He wanted to be sure I had exactly what I needed and even followed up days later to be sure I had no questions or concerns and told me I could call anytime. Cant say enough positive about my experience. Love the Legacy too! Great car!!
I did most of the checking and communication via the internet and emails with Kristie. She was extremely helpful and explained the requirements to get the sale price listed. Since I did not meet those requirements, I couldnt get the discount. However, she was still able to offer a significant discount t, so I bought the car. My sales representative Oscar at the dealership was also great and made the purchase easy and enjoyable. He explained all purchase options and took care of the transaction promptly.promptly.Many thanks to the entire staff at Quirk Works Subaru. So far I love the car!
I am writing this review to share what a wonderful experience I had! I purchased a vehicle the other day and the service was excellent. Ryan took very good care of my husband and I. He was very informative and did an excellent job answering all of our questions. It was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru! We felt extremely comfortable and at ease in making a decision. Thanks to Ryan we believe our decision was a good one, and we will be back to visit him for future purchases! We will highly recommend Ryan and quirk works Subaru to our friends and family as a whole!
Had the best experience with Jorge today. Went in to trade in our Legacy and Jorge could not have been better. He was patient, helpful and clear on all of our options. He really listened to what we were wanting and helped us leave as happy customers. Looking forward to working with him on our next purchase!
Jorge Nuguid was excellent!!! He got me the exact model and color I was looking for. When I went to the dealership, he had me out of there w/ a brand new car and new insurance policy- in about an hour. Unheard of these days. He friendly, considerate, and extremely efficient. Should be ten stars, really. Highly recommend this dealership
After much searching of various dealerships, we communicated with Kristie at Subaru online and then by phone. She was extremely helpful and offered us a great price for a 2019 Subaru Forester Limited. A few days later we traveled from the Cape to Braintree and met with Owen, one of the sales consultants. I cannot say enough about Owen and the Quirk dealership. Owen was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The buying process was quick and efficient, much less painful than we have experienced in the past. We had done our homework and knew what we wanted. Everything happened at one desk, no shuffling us around from dept to dept. No sales pressure to purchase extras such as extended warranties. Owen explained everything in great detail especially all the new technology of our 2019 Forester Limited. Obviously we highly recommend Owen and Quirk Subaru!
Mach was wonderful and made sure I got what I wanted at a great lease price. He went out of his way to help me return my last lease, and made the whole process (which stresses me out) as painless as possible. Thank you, Mach! I love my new Forester!
These folks are great. I recently came in and Traded my 2014 Impreza for a 2018 WRX. Tim and Tom treated me excellent. Tim allowed me to take the car for a full test drive around the town. I never felt pressured during the test drive. Then Tom sat down and ran some numbers for me. He really seemed willing to find a way to get me the deal I was looking for. Nobody tried to pressure me into buying a bunch of different insurance policies etc. All in all it was a smooth process and a pleasant experience. I’ve had the car for a couple months and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are top notch and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thanks Tim and Tom and everyone at Quirk Works Subaru of Braintree Ma.
Excellent experience! Jorge was the best salesman Ive ever had! He did everything with ease and made it a very pleasant experience. I was able to drive my new car home only a couple hours after test driving it which has never happened before. I Love my new car! Thank you Jorge and Quirk!
Recently purchased a 2019 Subaru BRZ from Quirk but there were some defective paint spots on the hood. The sales associate who sold my family the car, Andre, honored his word and got the car into their body shop for repair. The sales manager Tom called to give me updates on the car while it was being repaired and everything was taken care of.
Jorge Nuguid and the Quirk Works Subaru team have been very accommodating, patient, professional, and responsive with my lease of a 2019 Subaru. I made multiple visits and inquiries before leasing. Jorge worked with me assessing my driving needs and made me a deal that worked with my budget. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.
Friendly and curious, great customer service. I wouldn’t trust my Subaru with anyone else. Simply the best!
We bought a new 2011 Impreza from Quirk 6 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. We have received excellent service from Quirk all this time with absolutely no complaints. I came in last week for some maintenance and was assisted by Brian Rose, who patiently educated me on all the levels of maintenance (Ive been somewhat neglectful recently). He was new to their staff but really knew his stuff. He was a great front office personality to deal with. He and manager Amanda, as well as all the other staff were very kind and accommodating. The mechanics observed a serious problem that was very competently repaired the next day. We can tell the job was well done because the car definitely runs smoother and quieter now (and no doubt safer). My husband has been tinkering with cars since 1955 (seriously) and he has always held Quirk in the highest regard and was also very satisfied with our sales experience back in 2011. Speaking of Sales, I happened to speak with a very compelling salesman at Quirk while I was waiting who made what we thought was a terrific offer on a trade-in. His name was Xavier Rivera and I found him very easy to speak with and he laid out a couple of alternatives that I would love to follow up on some day (not in the cards now). Its easy to bash on car dealerships but I would encourage people to understand that for every one thing that was perceived to be wrong there are 99 things that are no doubt done right at any given time. I wholeheartedly recommend Quirk Subaru.
Worst Service department in Mass. Guy who answered the phone was one of the rudest people Ive ever talked to, and I worked as a Service manager at a different dealership. Sad they let people like him answer the phone. Will gladly drive further to a different dealership to have any recall services done.
I went to Quirk just to see the new vehicles with no intention of buying one for the next few months. Iwas greeted by Ricky, whom I told that I was just looking around. He asked me if I’d like to go for a test drive in a new Subaru Cross Trek, that I had been drawn to. We took a 2019 vehicle for a ride; I was amazed at how well it handled, very much like a sports car. Ricky explained everything about the grade levels of cars, options, and equipment. I loved the car and decided to trade my Honda. It went smoothly, we bartered a bit and I believe that I got a fair trade on my Honda and an all around good deal on the car. I drove off in my 2019 car, with many extras. I couldn’t be happier. The salesman was very professional as were everybody associated with the dealership. Ricky made buying a new car fun. Hecwas very helpful and could not do enough for me.
Mach was very helpful with setting up the lease on my 19 Subaru Crosstrek. Overall the environment was friendly and I wasnt greeted with a forceful salesman like in other dealerships. I would recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to switch to Subaru.
I just bought a 2019 Ascent from Bobby Bryson and had the most pleasant & smooth car buying experience. I would highly recommend Quirk and Bobby. My new Ascent is a pleasure to drive! Fantastic car! So happy that Subaru has finally made a 7 passenger SUV.
The Service Department at Quirk is great. Courteous, timely customer service even on recalls that they arent making much $$$ from. The sales reps are no better or worse than your typical car dealerships. We purchased an Outback at Planet Subaru in May 2018 and a Crosstrek at Quirk Subaru in July 2018. QUIRK has be FAR SUPERIOR in customer service relating to follow up maintenance recalls.
Came to look at a new 2019 Outback we had found online. Worked with Anthony and he was super helpful. He knew exactly which car it was, and had it brought around so we could take a look as it was a ways from the building. Anthony gave us plenty of time to go over the details and make sure this was the one for us. Very low pressure and laid back. Will absolutely be back in the future.
I wont take my car anywhere else. Ben is very kind and friendly.
I got a great deal on my Forester and they were very easy to deal with. They beat some other dealerships offer by a substantial amount and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend George and his staff to anyone in the market
We met with Jorge Nuguid Jr who did a great job listening to what we are looking for and then showing us how the Subaru Ascent met each point. His demonstration and explanation were clear and easy to understand. We didnt make a decision tonight because we have plans to check out a couple of other cars, but Jorge, Subaru and Quirk Works all left us incredibly impressed.
Bought my car from here. Seamless and very good service by sales associates.
Service department not very accommodating or upfront on service. Can towed in today due to car dying in the middle of traffic and all dashboard lights flashing. It will not move forward or reverse. Car dropped off around 10 am. By 1 pm car had not be diagnosed.Had to secure a rental. They didnt disclose that they close on Saturday and i would not get my car until mondayThree days forced rental and car repair fees. Purchased two cars from them guess i am not a valued customer!
Sean in the service department is the best! He was super friendly and helpful at explaining what I needed to have done. I really appreciated how he communicated with me throughout the process. I had all 4 tires replaced in a blink of an eye. Id recommend Quirk Subaru to anyone.
Loved the experience at Quirk Works Subaru! They made sure we had exactly what we wanted and did it in the best way possible! Worth the drive! Would definitely recommend Oscar V for a salesman! He will take care of you!
Best car buying experience we ever had. Ryan M. was fantastic. No pressure. We came to terms quickly and best of all the lease signing process to 30 minutes tops. They returned my Nissan for us and even handled the plate return. Well definitely be back and recommend you give them a try.
My wife and I went in to lease a car, gave the salesman our info, and he wrote it down. We test-drove a vehicle and liked it a lot, but told the salesman that we needed to think it over and wed give him a call.We went home, and thought about it, did some math, and came back to the dealership within about an hour with the intention of leasing the car.The salesman reached down into his garbage can and picked out a crumpled piece of paper, upon which he had originally written our info.Bad sign.So whatever - we leased the car, and the dealership seemed less important. A couple of years into the lease, we got mail from the dealership, as sometimes happens, saying hey, trade in your lease for a new one with better rates! So we went down to ask what they could offer us. They gave us options to trade in our lease early and re-lease another car - but all for much higher prices than we were currently paying. That would have been fine, but the mail we got was very clear that they had better rates for leftover last-year models. So, they dragged us down to the dealership with a flat-out lie.Not a great experience overall. We will not be using another Quirk dealership.
I made an appointment online for a test drive at 10 AM on Saturday. When I went there, it seemed like they had no information about me, even though I was told the car I wanted to test drive will be in the front. One of the sales guys came over to ask the things I liked and color, etc. Super disorganized since they were understaffed. In addition, their employees were not wearing masks all the time while they were walking around.
Know what the car you want goes for and know what is a fair price -- you will have no trouble here. I shopped around at least 5 Subaru dealers in the area and Quirk had the best price. I am a 26 year old female and I felt very comfortable during the whole experience at Quirk. I started by talking to Joanne via text - she was very helpful and it was so easy talking price via text. I was introduced to the salesman Jimmy Ly the next day when I went in to finalize my deal. I spoke directly to the manager Tom who was happy to show me any and all paperwork & receipts that I requested to prove to me that I was getting the best deal. I purchased the car on the weekend and my salesman Jimmy Ly handled everything else and had it ready for me to pickup Monday. Everyone was easy to talk to and work with. I will be in the market for another car at the end of this year and Quirk will be the first place I check out.
