I need to purchase a SUV that could tow 7200 lbs so I could safely tow my 4500lbs boat, but I didnt know anything about the engine size or how to get the best towing capacity from a Grand Cherokee. I went to Quirk and met with the Manager - John Karaaslan who was outstanding in making sure I got in the correct vehicle to tow my boat. There was no run around - no trying to sell me something just to make the sale. He really listened to my concerns about how I was going to use the vehicle and he was right - he sold me the perfect SUV! This was really important because if I was put into the wrong vehicle that could have been a dangerous situation for my family and other drivers on the road. And there were other dealers who I visited who were giving me the sales pitch and trying to put me into a vehicle that would not have been safe.Also -The day I bought the car - I just went in to kick some tires, but John and Quirk made it so easy to buy right then and there - I drove away with my new car that day!! They took care of all the paperwork with the registry and set me up with financing!! This was incredible because the brakes on the other vehicle that I was using to tow my boat were bad and I had a trip planned to bring my boat up north in a few days but no vehicle to tow it! So their fast service and no nonsense sales approach totally saved my boating plans.I would HIGHLY recommend Quirk and even more highly recommend John K. He was just a great guy to work with! I can not speak highly enough about my experience recently at Quirk Jeep, Braintree and sales manager John Karaaslan! If I could give more than 5 stars..I most certainly would. He was outstanding in every way possible. Above and beyond to make our purchase smooth, thorough and easy. We have purchased many vehicles and we have never wrote a review because most times it was difficult, time consuming and messy. Battling to make a sale! Not with John.. I went to several Jeep dealerships before landing at Quirk. I was tired, irritated, and skeptical. Johnny Rodriguez was understanding and patient. He gave me a fair trade value on my Suburban, a reasonable price on the 2021 Jeep Cherokee L, and worked to get me a great interest rate. The whole experience was stress free even though i kept waiting for some dealer trickery (there wasn’t any). I wasn’t asked to do to a review here but I read the reviews while I sat in the dealership. Save yourself the trouble and just go to quirk. They had the best selection, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. My only complaint was the weak coffee in the showroom😉

Rafael and Jon,I just wanted to follow up after my disappointing experience over there today. I was under the impression coming in by Jon and the “TRADE IN” estimate from your website that was emailed to me that I would be offered a trade in price within this range if I filled out the estimator accurately, which I did. I didnt want to waste my time and specifically confirmed this on the phone with Jon. Rafael then offered me 4k and then 2k below the low end of this estimate once I got all the way out there and drove off cape during the 4th weekend. He indicated that the estimate I had received from your website was the retail price and not the trade in price. As you probably already know it clearly states “trade-in” estimate above the range and doesnt indicate anywhere about it being a retail price. He also stated that instead of the Quirk website estimator, that the dealership uses CarFax as its trade appraiser. This seems like you provide people with what they want to hear to get them to come in and then flip the script, classic bait and switch. Luckily, I was able to head up to McGovern after leaving and get my number without much effort and drove home with my new Gladiator this evening. Was the easiest purchase Ive ever made, in and out in an hour. Just wanted to give you guys some feedback as this stuff doesn’t make you look good and leads to a bad rep. No hard feelings but maybe try to better for the next guy or change your online estimator to match what you use in-house so everyone is on the same page. Transparency goes a long way, especially when asking for MSRP on the other end.Good Luck, Liam

Ive been buying vehicles from the Quirk family of dealerships, along with other members of my family, since 2001...weve never had a bad experience! Recently, I decided to go out for my first brand new car, a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the Wrangler to walking in the door, Rafael was awesome! He made the experience quick and easy, he was not pushy at all as can be typical with salesman at times; he simply provided me the details I was looking for and explained the features available based on what I was looking for. He walked me around the lot, and took his time. Ultimately, I bought an incoming vehicle that was not yet on the lot, and again Rafael moved me through the process with ease. I had to upgrade my wrangler to the four door. Jovan was extremely helpful in outlining my options that were within my budget. I have nothing but rave reviews for Quirk Jeep and it’s extremely knowledgeable employees. This is the third Jeep we have gotten from them and it has always been a friendly experience. The prices and selection are second to none.

Getting our car was an average experience but their service department is awful. I asked them to fix a slow leak in the tire to which they said they can only replace, not repair, fine… the auto high beams stopped working and they had no clue how to fix it and couldn’t give me a time window and then when I asked for a courtesy vehicle so that I could get home, they didn’t even check, they just said no.

We recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee here and could not be happier! The process started online with an inquiry about a specific vehicle, 2 minutes after my email, I received a phone call to set up an appointment. There are a few follow up emails to confirm the appointment. I walked in and was introduced to Eric Nelson, who we ended up buying the car from.Eric was a pleasure to work with from the jump, no b.s. We had an honest discussion about what we could afford and what the car I was trading in was worth. I feel like got fair value for my trade in and actually a bit more car than I came in expecting. He also did a great job if showing us the features of the car as we test drive and after we picked up our new vehicle. We had grate communication with Eric throughout the process. The thing I liked most about this experience is they listened to what I wanted and found the perfect match. Other dealerships in the area better not so accommodating and downright rude. I will definitely buy again from here if I get another Jeep!2018.11.13 - Service UpdateRecently had my car serviced for the 2nd time here and happy to report the excellent service has continued on the service side. One particular example is Jennifer B. She accommodated me as i walked into the service dept to pick up my car as they were closing. She was willing to take the extra 10 minutes after they closed to make sure everything was squared away with my vehicle and i could go home in my own car. This is greatly appreciated, definitely going above and beyond!

I was toying with the idea of trading in my sweet 2 door Jeep Sahara, my cousin said I should go talk to Eric, the Sales Manager. We took the 2018 for a short drive, so I could get the feel of the 4 door. That was it! My daughter was looking to buy her own Jeep, we visited Quirk in Braintree and was surprised by the professionalism displayed when we walked into showroom, Raj was our salesperson and was awesome, My daughter told Raj what she wanted in her Jeep, she knows all the models and packages so Raj knew he was working with a knowledgeable customer, the Jeep that fit into her budget was unfortunately an exterior color she really did not want (white), Raj worked some numbers and came up with a good deal with a Jeep Wrangler in her wheelhouse with the color she loves. Brought my 2020 Ram Laramie sport edition for the Audio controls, menu control, and volume buttons not working, just stopped working. Stopped by Quirk jeep in Braintree to see if they would work on Rams and spoke to Mike Grisolia the manager and said no problem we can take care of it! Set the appointment up for two days ahead, brought my truck in first thing in the morning set me up with Jeff Wilde the service writer who was fantastic, detailing everything on keep me updated on progress and what initial steps needed to be done. And for my inconvenience because its a brand new truck they supplied me with a rental. Later on that day Jeff called me back to let me know the truck is fixed and ready to be picked up. Jeff actual showed me photos and the actual TSB of the repair which was fantastic. Billy Holmes the technician that worked on the vehicle personally explained to me and showed me on my truck where the issue was and what he did to repair it. Top Notch A+ technician!! Thank you Billy. From the Service desk to the Technician, it was a fantastic experience and top notch customer service. Thank you Mike Grisolia for getting me in quick and making me feel comfortable on not to worry about my truck and Thank you Jeff Wilde for the excellent updates and being very thorough and detailed on the findings, and esp Billy Holmes the technician for fixing my wiring issue and going that extra mile of showing me exactly where in the truck the issue was. The staff is always friendly, and they usually greet you with a smile. I never had a bad experience however my last service I had done was 4 new tires. And once I got back to my car to see the tires there was white stuff all over my tires from the sealant. I felt let down because I just paid nearly 1,000$ for this. And the tires just looked like someone didn’t do their job to the best of their ability! However Yvette is super cool and even cleaned the wheels for me.But the next day I went to the car wash and it blew out all the excess sealant that was between the rim and tire and my tires just look messy. So I would suggest the newbies get well trained on how to clean up properly especially when a customer spends that much money every detail matters in customer satisfaction. Other than that I love it there!

I am really upset at how Quirk Jeep treats their customers. I went there on Monday to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and an emergency brake fix. My emergency brake would instantly go on after putting my car in park this was a recent problem that had never happened before causing my car to rock back and forth. The man had told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my emergency brake and talked down to me as if I was a 20 year old girl who had no idea what I was talking about. After he realized that there was a legitimate error with the emergency brake it was then fixed. Later on I got a call from the service man saying that my car tires had no tread and my alignment was bad. He told me that I need to spend $800 for 4 new tires because the front two tires had no tread. I was in complete shock because my tires have been rotated consistently every 5,000 miles and I only have 24,000 miles on my jeep compass. If my tires were “rotated” like Quirk Jeep said they were I would not be needing new tires because factually new tires are needed at 40,000-60,000 miles. My service man only wanted to sell me $800 and did not care for anything other than trying to make a sale. I refused the tires and instantly made a call to the Quirk Jeep service manager the following morning and noticed that he was also forcing the $800 tires on me and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. This is unacceptable service. I did not feel appreciated nor understood by the service department and they definitely did not go anywhere near above and beyond to please me.

Jeff is the guy that helped me when i got a recall on my jeep, he is very informed and knows a lot more than i could imagine about my vehicle from software to mechanical parts. I recommend if anyone is unsure if you are receiving fair judgement or correct info about youre car or repairs.

Had the best experience EVER at Quirk Jeep. Rafael was FANTASTIC. I had NO intentions of buying a Jeep, but a friend of mine suggested just checking it out. Not only did we buy one, we bought the first one we looked at. Rafael was perfect from the first second we got there. Car shopping can be nerve wracking if you think about the stereotypical pressure from car salesman. He was the total opposite. He bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed, made follow up calls to make sure we did everything we needed with plates, sticker, etc. There was no pressure at all. He was so polite and helpful. I absolutely LOVE our new Jeep and will be coming back here again when my husband needs a new car. They have so much inventory, plus they do everything in house, and it gets done almost instantly.I will be telling everyone I know to go to Quirk, thanks to Rafael! This dealership is top level in every way. I dropped off my car this morning without an appointment and they said that they would be glad to take it in as long as I knew that I may not get it back the same day. That was totally fine by me but what was most shocking was that they actually cared and they knew enough to tell me that that could be the case. Also, they completely sanitized the inside of my car before they went in it and wrapped everything in plastic. They even sanitized my credit card and car keys when I went to pick up the car also. They had the appropriate gear given the current pandemic as well in terms of masks and gloves.My car is still under warranty because it is brand new, however, it was making a clanking noise from what was the bushings and they had everything fixed and repaired with the oil changed by noon time.Super professional, super friendly, extremely well oiled machine. I feel very comfortable using this dealership in that I know that they will back me up when needed.Great job guys! Thank you so much once again.Keith

My husband and I went by the dealership yesterday to purchase a car. The sales person was nice, but when we went into negotiations he offered a price and then recanted it. We tried to negotiate more because the asking price was on the high side and he came back with a laughable offer. We told him thank you and left. We then received a call from the sales manager today who asked us what it would take to get into the car. We told him and he agreed on the price, but we asked him for some time to think it over. We called him back within the hour to say that we were coming in to buy the car at the agreed price and hung up the phone. Before we could get out the door, he called us back and said that his General Manager would not allow the price we agreed upon. We will never do business with Quirk again and will not recommend them to anyone. Bring your business elsewhere!

The process was so easy! The Jeep was pulled up out front, I was able to test drive the Jeep, I completed a quick credit application and they emailed me the contract for review and signature. When I picked up the Jeep Raphael was amazing - he took the time that I needed to explain all of the functionality in the Jeep. It was clean and perfect. The overall experience was outstanding!

Ive been servicing my vehicle at the Quirk Chrysler Jeep in Quincy Ave, Braintree for many years. My 13 Town Country front heater blower stopped working. The manager refused to make an appointment to diagnose and complete the repair because the car has too many miles. So much for loyalty, what a horrible way to treat a customer.I took it to a local repair shop who did diagnose the issue but could not complete the repairs because it was a computer issue that can only be repaired by a dealer, referring me back to the dealer. I will never buy or service a car at this dealership again; new or used.

If youre buying a car, youve gotta ask for Gary-- laid back and personable, not pushy at all, and just gave me an honest rundown of what the deal was. Ended up with exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Great car buying experience.

He was great to work with, he was polite, and funny and very knowledgeable about our choice. He was a no pressure salesman which we really enjoyed.Rafael even picked me up at the train station and brought me to the dealership the day I picked up my vehicle because I do not live near by. I’m glad to have worked with him and would highly recommend him. So much for making it easy to buy cars online during this COVID pandemic...I requested pricing from their website for a specific vehicle. Was sent an email from them asking which vehicle I was interested in (all that hard work customizing and filtering is gone?). Then I provided all the information about the vehicle, trim, packages... I was asked a bunch of questions in their next email:1) Do you have any current or active leases in the household at this time?2) Is anyone in your household military or first response?3) Are you a member of the National Realtors Association?4) What is your zip code?To which I responded. Then they ghosted me and never responded to my email. I sent another email the next day just to confirm they got all the info... crickets...

I worked with Jovan and it was honestly the EASIEST and BEST decision I have made all year. I can’t believe I am saying that working with a car delarship was EASY but it was. I told Jovan exactly what I wanted for a car, what I wanted to pay, and what I could afford to put down and he made it happen .. I had the car in less than 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier. Great experience with this delarship would highly recommend (and I drove 45 minutes to get to it) I would do it 100x over.

Sales personel, service, greeters, personel explaining jeep systems etc. Were all very helpful and professional. Truly a great experience in car buying! I definately would recommend to others. And i will look forward to doing future business.

BRUTALLY BAD EXPERIENCEHad a real simple appointment scheduled for 11AM. Have 2 new key with key-less entry for my 2007 Jeep Sahara Wrangler. Called a few days prior and verified they could do the simple project. The service dept needed 20 minutes to verify and would call me back. Called back and said yes we can schedule the appointment. Who ever he spoke with said they have the parts to complete the job. Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I said I was here to have 2 keys made for my Wrangler. He said I dont think we have those keys in stock. I said I called and verified this couple be done today. I will check the inventory he said. None in stock. REALLY! When can you get me the keys? It would take 5 weeks! WTH! I can walk to Detroit in 5 weeks. Can you find a dealership that has the inventory? One in Marshfield has 1 key. I need 2 keys. I only have this one old key that is having issues. I dont want to be in the same predicament I am in now. You need 2 keys in order to program the alarm system. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT! After I expressed I was really upset that I wasted my day. The service man said it is only a few hours and not the whole day! Where do people come from. Apparently his time has ZERO Value. Calling ahead and verifying parts are in stock and they can do the project means nothing to this company. STAY CLEAR, FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT RESPECTS PEOPLES TIME

I leased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from Johnny Rodriguez last weekend who was easily one of the best salesmen I’ve ever interacted with. He was kind and not super pushy, basically the exact opposite of your stereotypical car salesman; the one you mentally prep yourself for prior to shopping. He was also incredibly patient which was very helpful for someone who is terrible at making significant life decisions. He had a great sense of humor and made this entire process a lot less stressful and I cannot thank him enough for that.

I recently leased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Billy Wong at Chrysler Jeep at the Braintree/Quincy location. Billy was an exceptionally knowledgeable salesman who made the process of trading in my vehicle to lease a new one seamless. I was able to sign the paperwork Saturday and pick up the vehicle early Monday. Billy took care of canceling the plates of my old vehicle and getting my new one setup with my insurance. From start to finish, I felt taken care of here. I highly recommend coming in and asking for Billy!

With the covid effecting supply chains, the part was on backorder for warranty work. I was between a rock and a hard place, just got back to work after being out for to long and not back to full hours yet.They were in a position to help me out with temporary transportation, that was huge. Thank you again.They kept me informed on the situation, they have great team of people, very happy with the work performed. With customer service like that, youll be hard pressed to a better place elsewhere.

I went to two other dealerships that were a lot closer to where I live on the North Shore, and Johnny gave me a much better deal, for less money! He helped me get into my first Jeep, and was able to answer and clarify all questions that I had, especially it being my 1st lease vehicle. Ive always had this stigma about leasing so I was completely against it, but after doing some research and having Ronald help me fill in the gaps, I was able to decide that leasing was actually the best move for me, and it was all in thanks to Ronalds knowledge.He also went above and beyond! I had set expectations and he did everything in his power to make sure my expectations were met, not the typical sales rep nonsense when they try to milk you for all you got.
