I just leased a new Atlas at Quirk VW, and working with Yuri made it such a wonderful experience! Yuri was super helpful throughout the process, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured to move forward before we were ready. After my test drive, any time I texted with a follow up question, he got right back to me. This is our first time leasing, and Yuri was a huge help in making sure we understood the process and terms of the lease.I also appreciated that the pricing was clear and upfront, unlike some of the other dealers in the area. When I left today, I was so excited about my new car, and so happy about the experience. I hope more dealers will stop with the gimmicky high pressure sales tactics and be more like Quirk VW. My first experience with Quirk VW and I wish I could give more than five stars to Jason and his team!From the get-go to the end all my questions and concerns were addressed by Jason, Rob, and Yuri.No haggling and back and forth and let me see the manager or any other gimmicks.The vehicle’s price and standard fees (registration, title, delivery) were fully disclosed when I initially talked to Jason and it didn’t magically increased with some silly market adjustment fees when it came to signing the papers and I received a fair value for my trade-in and also got an excellent rate for the loan.A few days later (earlier than expected, thank you Jason & Team!) Ive been a customer of Quirk VW for almost 6 years now and Im always impressed with the quality of service. Everyone in the Quirk team is very responsive and attentive. They are easy to talk to in-person and always available over phone or email. The prices are always great - Ive renewed my lease with them several times and every time the price I get is the best I can find in Massachusetts for a VW. They value their relationship with customers and even installed my roof rails without additional charges when I needed them for a trip. I really cant recommend this dealership enough: in terms of people, prices, and service theyre the best in the state.

Liars. They said not to worry about the condition (cleaning) of the car I was returning. They said that so that I wouldn’t leave to have it done before retuning to lease another car. They wanted a quick sale. Then they charged me over $1000.

I came in to look at a used car they had listed on the quirk VW website. When I got to Quirk they told me they had listed the car incorrectly and it was a lower trim level then advertised. I was a little annoyed about that but my salesman, Yuri, showed me another car that I loved and worked out a great lease deal with me for the trouble. I bought a VW ID.4 1st edition which is mostly sold out around the country. We called ahead to ask about a test drive, they had it ready to go when we arrived and let us put our car seat in. They werent super knowledgeable about the vehicle but gave us the literature we needed to answer our questions. They sold it at MSRP without unnecessary dealer upgrades, didnt pressure or rush us at all, tolerated our rambunctious noisy 3yo, and generally made it an easy experience.

I went there today to buy a car. They gave me a price for that car but that price wasn’t reasonable for me then i fixed a price as i want but they wasn’t agree with me. When i was leaving from there they said okay you can have it. Then i did the test drive. When i am back to do the paperwork they changed the price again. That was worse experience in my life where I spent more than four hours.

A couple months ago I brought one of my cars here for a 50,000 mile service. It ran me about $500. A lot of people may think thats a high price for a routine maintenance, but not everyone understands that cars need more than fuel and oil changes. Anyways, I dropped my car off and walked down the road to a nearby bookstore and spent some time there before receiving a call from one of the men at the service desk telling me that I had a bubble on my tire and to mount and balance a new one it would cost a little over $200. I had just recently had these tires installed, so I was a little wary of this. I informed him that I would think about replacing the tire and give him a call back before the service was completed. Then I got a text message with a link to the video that the technician looking at my car had sent me. He pointed out exactly where the bubble was as well as the general wear and tear of the brakes and other tires. I was very impressed by this simple but functional feature the dealership utilized. I called them back and told them to go ahead and do the tire. A little later I walked back to the dealership and picked up my car and talked to a few of the people at the service desk. They were extremely knowledgeable about any question I threw at them and very friendly on top of it. My experience at this dealership has been one of the best Ive ever had, and I would definitely recommend anyone who asked me to use this dealership for service. Recently purchased a 2017 Jetta GLI with the help of Yuri. The entire process was super quick and smooth. I made the purchase Friday and picked up my car on Tuesday (due to my insurance having some issues and then being closed over the weekend) other than my insurance, I would have been able to pick up my car on Monday. Yuri made sure, the car was ready for me to pick up by Monday (we didn’t know I would have issues with my insurance, so it was ready by Monday). Any questions that I had in person or through text, Yuri was able to answer instantly! I’m super happy I made my purchase at Quirk VW, and thank you Yuri for making everything easy for me!

We agreed with a price for 2021 VW. When we are finalizing the price and start paper work they are demanding 500$ more for the vehicle so just wake way with the deal. So be careful when you go to buy cars from them.

Boyfriend bought a Volkswagen Jetta from this place at the beginning of 2018. He test drove a 2017 to get the end of the year deal. When he went to pick up the car (a month later! Because of all the issues they were having on their end despite him already putting a down payment on it) it was a 2016 and smelt heavily of weed.Fast forward to all the maintenance and they told him he needed some filters replaced and his front brakes but his rear brakes were completely fine. Now next time we go in the front brakes are fine (haven’t been replaced yet) and rear brakes need to be done. He says ok that’s fine. They call 30 minutes later, only an hour before the close and say the rear calipers have frozen and those need to be replaced.Not only were they extremely sketchy about calling every 30 minutes to update him on things that needed to be replaced or done, but they also only had 1 caliper and need to keep his car over the weekend until Tuesday. Had they been efficient at his 9am appointment they could have fabricated this problem earlier and fixed it so he could have his car back.It’s called a stealership for a reason and I have never had a good experience with quirk. Never going there myself and he’s never going back.To edit my last post because the person responding to reviews is very callous and lacks customer service skills: when I said fast forward it obviously means recently. As in, dropped car off on Saturday and not getting car back until Tuesday because they didnt have a part.They did and charged things that he specifically asked them not to do because he didnt have the money to do the rear brakes, calipers and the extra stuff they wanted. They also appear to have random labor charges on there, things that dont make sense.Their prices are insane, their customer service skills are no where to be found, and they are sketchy.DO NOT GO TO THIS VW AT ALL COSTS. They will screw you.
The usual cast of characters for an auto dealership. The sales representative knew nothing about the features of new models, i had to rely on google. Repairs are overpriced and sub-par. Attempted to have my seatbelt repaired because it was ripping. They accused me of allowing my dog to chew it and thus voiding my warranty. I end up with a bill for 400+ dollars to replace it. Additionally, they changed my oil and didn’t reset the alert. Wont ever use this dealership again, skip this place.
Both Matt, car rep and Xavier, manager are super pleasant to work with. They were professional and helpful right from the beginning. It was a smooth transaction from the beginning to end. They will go out of their way to meet you right in the middle. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great deal to come here. This morning I went in to see how much it would be to have a part replaced. Turns out it just needed to be adjusted and reattached. They didnt charge me or anything. I wish I knew the two mens names that helped me. Very friendly and super helpful
Ive just moved to the US and it was my first big purchase in absolutely different country. I was nervous a little bit :) because of language barrier and also I heard that sales people are pretty aggressive here and may really push on you. But Chuck Williams completely upended the way I think of sales people, he really helped me to pick up a car and trim by my needs, proposed me a good discount and his attitude was very good and friendly.

They require you to pay for your rental even there is a recall from VW! Fantastic. I guess you have to try everything once! Enough of VW and this dealership for me. Any damage due to this recall to the vehicle or my personal property will be the responsibility of VW and this dealership. UPDATE; read the response from them below; Let me make it clear, I DID NOT request this service. I have already contacted VW USA and let them know of the situation. I did my part; this is a leased vehicle and everything is documented for this recall. You guys need to learn customer service but that would be a long shot I assume!

Horrible dealership. Bought a vehicle and they didn’t set up the two year oil maintenance correctly where I have to do the oil changes through them only for they can get the $$$ from VW for the service. Also at completion of sale I never received sales documentation and I have been requesting this for the last six months I finally got the documents today. Avoid this dealer if possible. They are just a headache.
I worked with Xavier while purchasing a VW Atlas as my Toyota Highlander was coming off of lease. He was extremely professional during the purchasing process and did not use the typical high-pressure sales tactics used by other dealers and Quirk seems to make sure none of their salespeople do this. Given the limitations with COVID, Xavier did all he could to facilitate the purchasing process and everything was ready to go when I picked up the car. Would highly recommend!!

Leased a vehicle with warranty plan extra $100 a month to cover wheels tires scratches and small dents. Returned vehicle with small scratches And a small dent. Then was billed 3 months later for over $5000 dollars.now claiming they will not cover small scratches And dents which I paid monthly for so I wouldn’t have issues at the end of my lease. Do not do business with dealership all a scam to take more money. Very inappropriate and unprofessional

My wife and I came in on Sept 11 and signed a purchase agreement for a car. I decided to finance through my bank and the sales staff did everything possible to submarine this and strongarm me into financing through them. I rolled in just Yesterday to pick it up(Nearly Two weeks later) JASON amongst the others said, you should have just financed through us and you would have been all set., confirming that this was deliberate. Now the dealer has my money and my car as it failed inspection and I still havent recieved my car. I would very much like to speak directly to the owner about this. This has been the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Still waiting for my car. 9/25/2020.Update:9/25-2020 I recieved your 1st response which included an email to reply to but, it seems that you have spoken to your sales staff and decided to edit your response. My response to your comment are #1:The Dealer funding request is a 1 page form with clearly printed instructions which any person with a high school reading level can follow. 2: there were several attempts to contact the bank and sales staff by myself to prevent further delays as your sales staff made more than one mistake filling out the 1 page form along with the Title request for the state. 3. Your sales staff sent the form to a completely different state and city via fax when in fact it is on the form what fax number to send it to. 4: your sales staff misprinted, misspelled or ilegagably wrote info on the form. 5: this has been well documented by my bank and myself.I would still like to talk to you regarding this matter and the rude and disrespectful way I was treated. Unfortunately, I will be too busy sitting in your service department trying to get the check engine light fixed on my car that I have owned less that 48 hours after I recieved it. Quirk was absolutely fantastic to work with in the midst of the pandemic and while I was dealing with a sunroof leak. They advocated for me with VW of America to get repairs covered since the issues were caused by a manufacturing defect; VW originally did not want to cover a substantial portion of the cost, but Quirk had my back and did an excellent job with the car. The Worst Sales Experience of My Life - Longstanding Quirk ClientMy recent experience leasing a 2019 Jetta from Quirk was so poorly handled I wonder how they can stay in business. I have leased multiple vehicles from this dealership over 10 years and spent thousands of dollars with Quirk, and yet I was treated in manner which can only lead me to conclude that they do not value my business in the least. The sales representative lied to me and told me that the vehicle included a satellite radio, an issue we reviewed at least 4 times, and then AFTER I signed the contract I was informed that the vehicle did not include a satellite radio - literally the ONE specific capability I had asked for in the new leased vehicle. So either the salesperson deliberately deceived me, or had paid no attention to my request. Im confident we would all agree that neither alternative is acceptable sales behavior, by even the lowest standards of professionalism. Then when I asked the Sales Manager for assistance, he expressed sympathy but offered to do absolutely nothing to address the situation. When I asked for assistance with installing the satellite radio - which I had to purchase separately myself! - he stated in a rather cavalier fashion that the dealership would NOT provide any assistance with the the installation of the satellite radio and this was not his concern. No further form of redress was offered, and the one request I made was turned down flat. Based on this experience I would caution anyone from investing their money with Quirk as it seems likely that there are other dealerships that will treat you with honesty and respect for your investment. They clearly have no qualms about losing a longtime customer through dishonest behavior. Overall a very disappointing experience, and I shall not be returning.

The sales team was great, pleased with price, and car choice. I love my Passat even though I initially wanted black, I fell in love with the red color on the showroom floor. The team went above and beyond to move all of the showroom cars to so I could drive home in my new car. I did not realize how long it takes to purchase a car. It took several hours which was not my expectation. I thought couple of hours.
These guys are great . Not very pushy and happy to answer any question.Most importantly these guys are very transparent about pricing, what u see on their website is what u get. Most other dealers just lure you with online pricing and show a different face after u go to the dealership.My car buying experience with these guys has been the best!.
