I was personally contacted by the owner of the company who then came out to my location. He looked at our quaint and New England-style church and recommended the right products for us. We received a timely price quote for products and installation. I called a few of his references who had nothing but good things to say.Over the next few months, Charlie waited patiently for our reply. He understands that the gears of a church often turn very slowly, and especially when it comes to spending money. Once the purchase was approved, we worked out a mutually acceptable install date. His installers were prompt and worked quickly. They cleaned up their messes and completed a flawless looking installation on time.Charlie, the owner, then personally trained me on the operation of my new mixer and system. We spent over 4 hours on a Friday evening going over things! His attention to detail and his need to have everything correct were exceedingly clear to me. I was definitely glad I chose PSS.On our first Sunday service with the new system, I received nothing but positive reviews. The older folks could hear without straining. These gentlemen are pros in their work. They have refoamed two pairs (4) of 12 Cerwin Vegas for me over the years, and they are still pumping. Their work is unparalleled with the same service Ive tried elsewhere, they are fast, reasonably priced, quick and the drop off service is exceptional. Keep in mind they only do specific brands, but, they would be highly recommended by me to someone, looking for excellent service.
