OMG, such a great store, so much to see and such great deals. I went in looking for a few items but they had deals on reams of color paper, bulletin board paper rolls were on clearance, and a lot of other great finds. Cant wait to go back very soon.

Staff is likable. Frame shop needs work. Had an expensive frame job done. Lighting not good in the store for inspection. Took artwork home and found fingerprints under the glass. Had to return to get it removed. Store Manager showed no remorse.. Had fingerprints on outside of frame I had to remove... I Like Michaels generally. but will visit another location in the future.

My experience in the store until now has always been wonderful. This past week I ordered pick up to the store due to my hectic schedule I never received an emails saying it was ready so I went to the store on the 7th day after my order to see if it was there and they told me the order was canceled because their only hold it for 7 day. So apparently on the night of the 6th day they cancel they return the order to the shelves not the 7th. So I said well since I’m here I’ll shop for the stuff asked that they honor the 10 dollars rewards and coupon I Initially used, I was told that I couldn’t until it was reloaded to my account which takes a couple days. So I would have to make another trip if I wanted to use that, more time that I don’t have. Needless to say I went across the street to hobby lobby, I’m sorry micheals you had my heart until this.

The store was very clean, well lit and well stocked with excellent signage. I was able to find exactly what I needed and get out quickly.

Jim the frame guy was super helpful. Even though the guy was busy as hell, he made time to answer my questions and show me my options

Michaels is my jam but it seems each time i go to this one they are lacking in Happy Planner and the like stock. I end up having to travel to another further away. Yet, the people are really nice and helpful all the time.

This is a great spot also for arts and crafts and more ... and they come off kinda $$$

Worse customer service experience I have ever had when doing a return that clearly falls within written and advertised company policy! Never shopping at Michaels again and will make sure everyone I know hears about it as well. Wish there was a 0-Star rating.

Seems to be lacking a ton of stock right now.

Went on their website, to see if they had what I was looking for. Website said yes, so went to location to see if it was what I wanted; only to not see it anywhere in the store. Went to cashiers to see if they could help. The cashier wasnt sure so requested help. Eventually, what I was looking for was found. During my wait, the customer service gal kept the cashier informed of why it was taking so long & she apologized for the delay. CS gal finally finds it & rings up my purchase in a new register so I didnt have to wait in line again AND apologize also. This type of customer service is hard to find nowadays. I commend these ladies who was working on 1/1/2020 pm. This is my new go to craft store. THANKS ladies!

The young lady I asked for help was polite and had knowledge of where the item was I was looking for. Even though the line was long, it moved very quickly. And again, the cashier was very pleasant also.

Ive never gotten custom framing done but thought to head to Michaels and get some expert help. Bob was spectacular. He scanned the puzzle I was getting framed into the system so as to show me how everything would look. He helped me pick out the main frame (black wood finish) and recommended sizing and colour of the mat frame which has a very nice texture and hue to match the puzzle photo. Im really happy with my first custom framing experience and would definitely return back to Michaels to work with Bob for future projects. They have a price match policy all so (not that I plan to shop around). I love Michaels and their expert professional services and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The person who answered the phone wasn’t helpful at all. I informed her i will be driving over 45 minutes to this location and just needed some information on whether some jars were in stock. She mentioned “i believe so” and when i asked to place me on hold to confirm, she mentioned. They can’t do that. I wasn’t asking for the items to be placed on hold, just wanted to confirm before driving 45 min there and 45 min back potentially empty handed. Not great customer service at all.

What a place to get all your crafts. Dangerous too because you can spend so much mone. Went there looking for T-Shirt to do tie dye and couldnt find any(😔😔) I could have stayed there all day!!

I really do love this place. Its great, I just got my first planner and I love it. If you are an arts & crafts person I highly recommend it. They always have sales. However I notice they give you a coupon everytime you buy something but the problem is the coupon lasts only a week. That way you feel like you need to go back. Thats what I dont like.

2 items I was trying to find employees had no idea where in the store they may be....come to fine out after walking all over the store to find 1 which Michaels does not carry I did not look for the other....and a third product, smooth light colored rocks to paint on, I looked for and you only carried them in black....rock painting is very popular so it might be a product youd like to carry

Larger store and selections at this branch than others in the area. Which means to someone not accustomed to craft stores to be overwhelming. I am always so glad to find someone who works there...always helpful regardless of location. Of course as 62 yr old male I am going to look lost, and staff arent blind....

Great location of a Michaels. Visited during the annual Black Friday sale and everything was great. The staff was attentive and kind to the gaggles of grumpy shoppers. The store itself was clean and organized which is a God send during a sale. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Decent sized store with a lot of options for crafts. I do wish however, that the store had more options for crafts but otherwise, its cute and convienent!

A very clean arts and crafts chain store. Sales representatives are courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. There are water fountains and the AC feels great on a hot day. This store is the highlight of Pearl Plaza.

Just ok. Was looking for a chalk board but wasnt impressed with the selection. I bought one nonetheless. Thank goodness there was one staff who knew exactly where to direct me to find the item; others not so knowledgeable. During check out i had to share my knowledge of the location with staff.

Kids Christmas Craft Workshop canceled! No notice, no announcement on their website or anything! Drove 40 minutes to the Braintree atore to be told that the person running it called out sick. Not happy. Redeemed somewhat by the sales and the nice young lady at checkout

I’ve went to this michael’s location quite a few times, and i deeply recommend it to any artist or crafter at any level. they have a spacious store with a decent amount of variety, have AMAZING coupons on the app, and the workers are super welcoming and patient when it comes to the customer. I think the pen and marker aisle could use some restocking a little more often, but other than that, this location is absolutely amazing.

Love Michaels. This is my go to place for crafts, craft tools and decorating ideas and supplies for every holiday.

Michaels looked very festive, neat and clean. However, at the register the young woman (Braintree, ma) seemed bothered to ring me up. No hello, no greetings at all, when I left I wished Happy Thanksgiving. Only then did I get a plesent response.

Nice place to buy stuff for arts and crafts. Ample parking space and located in a centralized area.
