They had the parts I needed for my commercial Windsor Sensor 12 vacuum. There are only a few sources of these parts other than manufacturer. Free shipping is nice for order over $20. Their prices were much better than elsewhere and the stuff arrived quickly ans was exactly as expected.

Spent 1500 dollars on a vacuum that was sparking and putting out smoke within less than an hour. I called customer service and they sent a new motor out to me and told me to call them if I needed to find someone to fix it. Called back and was told to install it myself or to go pay to have it fixed. They said that was my only two options.Update July 20 2021Have called in multiple times. Never received a motor. Said its on back order and no way to get an update on parts. They wont replace the unit or do anything to back their products if you get a defective product. Dont do business with them. It has been over a year that I have been trying to get the store to do something about a vacuum that I purchased there. With in less than 4 months from purchasing a vacuum there, the outstanding Electrolux Ultra Deluxe stopped working. I brought the merchandise (vacuum) back to the store for which they kept for repair at the time. The repair has never been performed, the vacuum was never returned. They provided Electrolux email, which has been promising a refund every couple of weeks, but I have never received.The customer assistance for this store is ridiculous. I do not recommend.

The inner box containing the motor should have been properly labeled to avoid me shipping it back the first time. The motor itself was fine, installed easy and runs like a champ.

Very displeased with this company. Used google many times to make sure i was ordering the right poles. Kept getting on their site and matching what I was finding. Ordered and items arrived. Did not work, now they wont allow me to send them back without paying for the shipping back. I will never do business with them again, nor will i use them because of the no free shipping back policy.Suggestion would be to update your site to have a parts fit feature like most stores do.

The bags I ordered the first time were perfect the second time not so good. They were what I returned due to wrong bags. I use type c for my vac.electrolux.

I sent customer service pictures and specifications of the replace want I needed. I then received an email with link to the wand I needed.I then ordered the wand and has it delivered with no problems.

I ordered to parts for my Electrolux Vacuum and one was the wrong part. So you are supposed to call and request an RA# and every time I called and requested returns I was told all were busy and they would return my call. Well they never return calls so I called back a third time as if I was placing an order and they answered right away and talked to Mike and he said use the Order # as an RA#.I went to the UPS store and paid $11.00 to ship back a $21.19 part and they credited my account $11.24. I wonder how many times they send the incorrect part only to get it back and make money on it once again. I called and was told I ordered the wrong part. I did not know what to order so I ended up calling while I was on there website and giving them my model # and they placed the order for the parts I requested!!

The prices and the parts I ordered were both great, but the shipping was really sad. There were no updates on my order or the shipping until the day i recieved the package i had recieved an email that it had shipped. It took almost 12 days to receive my parts which in turn made for an upset customer. When it comes to the product and price I give it 5 stars. But when it came to the shipping it was very dissapointing.

The vacuum belt seemed small at first but after it was put on it works like a new vacuum. I will change my belts more often now and will lead to longer lasting vacuums.
