Thorough and complete repacking wheel bearings and adjustments grease seals everything done excellently. Appreciate a good service... However after a short trip, the seals leaked and it had to be redone.

They were ok. Did the main job, but failed to do a few of the other things I asked. On top of fixing the pipe, I asked that they recalibrate my brakes and dump my tanks. I also asked for the photos that they took, 3 times. I have not gotten them yet.

Randy, Jim and the rest of the crew were very processional, helpful and fun! As a professional contractor myself in another field, it sure looks to me like theyre doing things right!

Terrible experience!1. Drilled and mounted plate for sway bar on wrong side of frame!2. Oven didnt work after repairs.3. Only warm air from furnace after repairs.The only thing they got right was a latch on the screen doorI would not recommend!!

We contracted with Hilltop to move our park model trailer from McGregor to the Breezy Point area. The day of the move Bob and Chad showed up on time and worked their tails off to get our trailer ready to transport then drove it to our new lot and set and leveled it. This took all day, they overcame obstacles, and were very professional and great to work with. Jim R. came out to finish off the plumbing portion, converting our attached holding tanks to our new septic hook up. He called with questions and even moved a water line to accommodate our new toilet. Mikaela and Randy in the office coordinated all the work and follow up and were great to work with. The final invoice given was very close to the original estimate, even though there were some extras that arose. Just a great experience over all. Thank you Hilltop of Baxter for making a stressful move easy. Thank you for your attention given to us. We will recommend Hilltop to anyone we can. Everyone we worked with was great!

We wanted to run to Brainerd to get a couple of items. It was blue skies, no wind; so we left canopy out.Got the items, decided to eat in Brainerd. Just aa we finished, sirens went off phone alerts. We were in a TORNADO WARNING. We headed back, on way we actually passed near 🌪. Got to camper, yep the canopy ripped off, support arms bent.Called Insurance company, next morning called Hilltop Camper in Brainerd, spoke with Randy. Got everything (EVERYTHING) set up that morning. I called and spoke with Mikaela for updates. If no Covid-19, the fabric piece would have been available.Hilltop would have been able to get it sooner and replaced sooner.Once again, I am giving HILLTOP CAMPER a glowing 5 star review. Picked up exactly what I needed.

I went there for a Spring Tune-up earlier this year and I was very disappointed with the service. They went ahead and started repairing things without my approval. The service provided was very poor in general and they need to improve their communications with the costumer. I will definitely not do business here again.

We took a chance and drove almost 900 miles to look at a camper we saw online. Rod was over the top friendly. The camper turned out to be better then we could have imagined. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Had what we needed and more

My wife and I decided to try camping and found the perfect camper at Hilltop. Jeffery, the owner took great care of us as did Tom the finance manager. The whole process was easy and laid back. When it came time to pick it up Tom in service did the walk through with me and explained everything about the travel trailer and answered my many questions. I would recommend them to everyone and will be back when its time for a new Jayco!

Last Wednesday, my boyfriend and I went to buy a camper that we had been looking at for a week on the Brainerd lot. Cheryl was great and showed us the camper. She helped us fill out the paperwork and said we could add a co-signer later if our application for a loan was not approved. The following day, Christine called me and told me that our application for 10,000$ was not approved and I told her I didn’t need a loan for that much that I would put 1/2 down. She said she’d call me back after 3pm. I called at 4:30pm and got a voicemail and I called the following morning and left a message. It has now been a week and nobody has gotten back to me and they took my credit card information for a 500$ deposit to hold the camper.

We didnt purchase anything but looked at new and used... mostly wanted used but didnt want to rule out new if there was a great deal. The layout of the lot in back wasnt the greatest. There was almost a pattern with every other trailer being locked in back. One we were interested in seeing from the website was locked. We were there too close to closing I guess as the only sales guy we did see didnt seem to happy that day so we decided to go elsewhere. I really feel the layout of the lot, especially in back could greatly be improved. Also, if trailers for sale are going to be locked, at least have additional pictures on the website or people willing to show them.

Very friendly but be cautious of repairs done check out your repair work on camper really close before leaving. We didnt and could of lost our whole camper to a fire 2 summers ago.We were in Nevada at the time so could not return to Hilltop to show them.

Was charged 440 in labor and didn’t fix anything that really needed fixed,my mirror was cracked when I picked up the RV and not when I dropped it off,next time I will just buy the parts for 200 and do it right myself,don’t bring your RV to a dealer to be fixed!!!
