Picked up a new Kubota (SSV 65) Skid Steer from Kyle at Quality Equipment. The buying process was seamless. There was no pressure and my sales guy (Kyle) was awesome! He didn’t try to oversell me and focused on the job I wanted it for. I was also set on a certain grapple hook and he could have just sold me that one. But he didn’t, he took the time to ask me some questions and made sure I ordered the best one for me. That’s the key. Thank you. The whole team accommodated my schedule, made the paperwork easy and delivered it to my house! Had the machine for a bit now and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thanks for making it easy.

Good equipment great staff

Being a first time tractor owner, we were the typical city-ots I guess youd say. Will admit to being a little intimidated not knowing all the lingo, jargon, terminology of heavy equipment. I went in KNOWING I wanted, or needed a skid steer. Kyle greeted us and started asking questions on what our use was. After going through that, and him asking more questions, he suggested we look at a tractor. And he explained why that would be a better piece of equipment for us. All along, he never pushed us, he answered our sometimes lame questions, and was extremely patient with us.We shopped at 2 other places in the area, and one in the cities. The one in the cites also carried Kubota, the line we landed on. None of the other stores explained things as well as Kyle did. It took us 2 more visits to make our decision, thats how we roll, lots of research. When we finally did decide, and we found out that it would fit in our current garage, we wanted it right away. Our original plan was to wait until our new shed was built. Kyle was able to find one at one of the other stores, and get it to us with a few accessories installed in 6 days, including a Sunday. He delivered it to our place at 9 am on a Friday, and this city boy had one of the most fun days in his life on the new tractor! Id say this is my first and last tractor, but you know us guys......If I do trade up for a bigger (duh) tractor, Ill be sure to come back here to Quality Equipment in Baxter.

The staff is amazing,they are very concerned about keeping the customer happy. They sold me parts off a display model on the floor just to keep me on track with my work schedule. Huge saving for me to have the equipment when you need it. Thank you so much and you now have all my business moving forward. Great store, lots of inventory and very knowledgeable group.

The store staff are fantastic, Kyle was Amazing. Very prompt Service. But the Kubato loan company is the poorest I have ever seen. Been trying to establish a direct withdrawal since January. I personally took the requested paperwork to the post office and mailed it. Today they say they never received it.
