Took my old phone and a new phone in to get info from the old phone transferred to the new phone. The young lady that did it was very quick. Answered several questions that I had. And in about 10 minutes. Awesome young lady !!!

It’s was a ok experience other than I’m now getting all my moms text and calls plus mine and her phone doesn’t even work and she doesn’t even have a iPhone and some how her phone was connected to my apple account like I don’t understand how that just happens.

Horrible Experience. Already have Cricket and was looking at getting a new phone. Ended up leaving the store because they were unable to lookup my account. The representative had to call his manager and even then couldnt access my account. I called customer support without issue. This store needs some serious training and new employees. Little do they know that word of mouth travels in this area.

Worse Experience!!!! I broke my phone and needed to get a new one. After having Cricket for 3 years without a store nearby it was a relief to see one opening nearby. WRONG! I called prior to making the 40 mile drive to see if I could get a phone without paying an activation fee because Im not activating a phone, only purchasing and swapping sim cards. Desmond, the cricket representative, initially stated there would be an activation fee but after stating I would order online he said he would waive the fee. Just ask for him when I arrive at the store. After getting to the store he refused to honor his agreement on the activation fee and wasnt knowledgeable enough to lookup my account. Had to call his manager to try and find my account. I recommend EVERYONE to save there time and order ONLINE! This store needs to go!

Sorry guys, that commented saying youve had horrible experience. Desmond no longer works there so if that makes any differe5we are right here to help with any issues. And by the way yes there will always wither be a activation fee or upgrade fee of $25. Unless you order only and pay shilling and wait 2 days. And or get an unlocked devices for att or obviously cricket. BTW best service MN no hidden taxes fees unless you are late on a payment. Then there is a fee.

Its a good place location wise but the staff is terrible! Not helpful at all and even Said Out Loud You probably wont buy anything anyway.

Very poor customer service went with cricket for one moth was looking for a cheap but good data plan thought there plans were reasonable priced went with the unlimited plan and they told me the data was not capped later i found out on my own they lied to me in the brainerd store it is capped at 22gb after that i had heard about metro pcs there plans are throttled at 35gb while is enough where 22gb is not for me not only that they had way better customer service and i had a chance to interact with the owner gave me free cases and screen protectors way better bang for your buck and just a all around way better experience
