Just went in for a simple wheel alignment on a pretty old car. Was told ahead of time that they were short staffed and it may take awhile, which I was fine with. Dropped the car off, picked it up later, drives well, good communication.

I had amazing service! As soon as I can in with my tire they took the time to look for an affordable tire within minutes. As soon as I found the tire that I want they also took the time to install my new tire onto my rim immediately. I am more than satisfied with the service I got!

Tires had to be ordered, but even though they are short staffed, they got the tires we needed and the person changing the tires is going the extra mile to make sure it gets done.Decent shop, decent people. The guys there were great. Went yesterday 6/19 around 440; just 20 mins before close. They didn’t rush me or push me out the door. They helped me get a new tire for my Ford ranger and got me back on the road. Thanks to all of them; I’ll definitely be back!

Always take good care of their customers and warranty their work. Had a blower motor replaced about 6 months ago and the part went bad. They replaced it free of charge and it works better than before. Definitely recommended if you live in the Kankakee area.

Mgr. is is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your car needs. He respects his own staff as to their scheduling and supports their attention to details of each car that comes in.. He addresses any concerns and accommodates the customer with sincerity and respect. My go to place to service my tires and etc.. so that I am able to go to....😊

Jeff really helps you understand what is wrong with your car, is honest, and gets the job done quick. They had a good balance of doing what was necessary for my van while at the same time not making you feel overwhelmed at everything that eventually needs to be fixed.

Brought in my truck for a simple tire rotation...they rammed my tires on there lift and left a big rub mark and gouge in tire. Then they refused to be blamed when clearly you can see a fresh rub and gouge even on a dirty tire...i wouldnt go here if u have nice stuff! It will be ruined...Now after driving on the tire for a month the steel bead has broken in the tire and needs to be replaced. Customer service was as much of a joke as the shop itself. Definitely wont be going back to any goodyear!

Well, we had the tires rotated and aligned for our trip South for the winter here at Goodyear. A few days later we packed the car and left, well we had a rough ride for this trip. The car shimmied all the way, especially at 65-70 mph, which made it difficult to keep up with interstate traffic. Dont think we will use this auto service again! UPDATE: I was quite pleased when I read the response to my review. We will be giving you a call, and thank you for your concern, that does make a huge difference on how we feel about your business.

My daughter picked up a couple nails in a tire at school. These guys got her tire fixed and on her way. Fair, honest, quick, and reasonable.

Ive been a customer since about 2005, and they are always professional, friendly, and their pricing is fair. Always quality work. The first place I call for tires.Fast forward to December 2018. Im once again blown away by the great service and fair pricing. I wont go anywhere else for tires or alignment.

The deak guy or manager seem to be really angry not at me but about the product i dropped off even shouting in front of a customer

8/5/19 Changed my review from one star to four stars. The Bradley Goodyear store manager was very responsive to my complaint. He worked with my son-in-law to get the wheel alignment corrected, and has ordered a replacement center hub. Thank you!7/28/19 This past Friday, I paid just under $1400 at this Goodyear for tires and an alignment on my son-in-laws truck. Ive done business with this Goodyear in the past, with mixed results, but primarily good. I realize the quality of work varies with the auto technician who is performing the labor. That evening, after picking up the truck, my son-in-law noticed the trucks steering was pulling to the left. He took the truck back to Goodyear on Saturday to have the problem corrected. He also noticed that the center hub was missing from one of the wheels. He brought both issues to the Goodyear technicians attention. From the technicians response, Im lead to believe that the technician is incompetent and a poor communicator. The technicians answer was that the center hub had three stripped retaining clips and that he did the best he could on the alignment because there were a couple nuts/bolts he couldnt get loose. None of this was reported to my son-in-law when the truck was picked up on Friday. When the truck was put back on the alignment machine, it showed the wheels way out of the acceptable alignment range. The technician attempted to align the wheels again with about an 80% improvement over the first alignment. We are still not happy with this outcome. Any problems encountered during the service of a vehicle should be brought to customers attention immediately, and not told to the customer after they report the trouble. I will reach out to Goodyear on Monday to give them the opportunity to remedy this example of poor customer service. Ill update this post as needed.

Tire went flat on a stop in town during 5 hour trip home. Chose this station based on Goodyear name. Lived up to all my expectations! Great service. Friendly staff. Clean front area. Highly recommend!

We were broken down on a Saturday afternoon. Other mechanics wouldnt take our care. Goodyear not only fixed the car, they did it by closing and help us throughout the entire time. If I lived in the area, I would go to this shop again.

Got four new tires, didnt tell me anything about my brakes (free inspection) told me 85 for alignment. Then tried to take me for a ride for quoting me over 200 for cam bolts with the alignment, what a joke. What are those cambolts made of titanium?

They werent willing to rotate my tires on my truck. When I asked to get spark plugs changed they wanted $400. Not sure if theyre commission-based, but beware of any that are.

Called and was quoted one price. Once we picked up the car they added another 100 dollars and said they could not honor the quote on the phone. I would have went with the competitor if I had known this was how they did business. Very disappointed.
