As someone whos purchased numerous used/new vehicles, Id like to consider myself as a well-educated buyer whos familiar with the whole car-buying experience thing. Which is why I truly hate shopping for a vehicle. Sure, its fun to drive the latest makes and models, but why does it seem like it takes a whole day just to look at 1-2 cars?My experience at Edmond Chevrolet was, however; quite different than what Ive experience all-too often in the past.Instead of being pulled in different directions (in an attempt to wear me out, frustrate me, and just get me to sign), the staff at Edmond listened to what I wanted, looked at my offer, made a fair deal based on that info.I was in-and-out in less time than a typical doctors appointment! I realize not all buyers are as prepared as I was, but my experience at Edmond Chevrolet has (finally) proven to me that car buying can be efficient, stress-free, and even a little fun!Thanks to Jayson, Bobbi and the team at Edmond for getting me in the car I wanted, pain free and with no regrets :-)Follow up April, 2021. I spoke with the GM about a 2021 Yukon. Turns out they didnt make enough money on the first deal to want to work with me again. At least thats the only explanation that makes sense. Yes, I put too many miles on a loaner car traveling back/forth to funeral and family. Wouldnt have been an issue if my vehicle wasnt in the shop for 3 weeks.
I needed a remote for my locks and trunk ( key faub) and they ordered it, programmed it and turned off a tire sensor that needed to reset all within less than a half hour total time from start to finish. Of course I had to wait to the part to come in, but everything was quick and people were very friendly and sociable!

Took my 2009 Cadillac DTS there to get heater fixed as its a big job the part that goes bad is the actuator mine was for passenger side Blend door . 95.00 part cost me 1100.00 labor . They said blend door was broke so they fixed it never gave me choice of anew one the carpet was cut screws loose trunk wouldnt open . Now 2 months later heater doesnt work and they want to charge me more to fix it.

There service is horrible! I bought 2 vehicles from them and sent two more buyers! When an issue came up and things need to be addressed your on your own! They got paid! now its time to move on!!! When the dollar bill turns in to change Edmonds wont have any of this! Also your new sales manager who I guess is I taking Edmonds to great new heights tells me because of the vehicle that it is I should know it is going to rust! Its a 2017 and your answer well speaks levels to how bad your business ethics are!
Some of the worse customer service I have encountered ever, in any country, and thats saying a lot. Would not send my enemy there. Sales Manager acknowledged problems with vehicles and blatantly refused to fix them before purchase. Vehicle was over 25K and he had a take it or leave it attitude, so I found another dealer who was quite happy to take my 25K.
Called friday night got me in for 2 inspections on saturday morning very quick professional service department.
IWe like doing business with Edmonds staff, our visit went perfectly . Thanks again.

Daughter bought a car took it back in to have cleaned because it was dirty, and left it at around 9:30, went back and it was washed on the outside and still looked dirty inside, so they took it back in and must be cleaning it again, and here we sit, and no one tells us anything, and now its after1 pm... really...
