Found Suncoast online and called inquiring on a 20 wheelchair for my dad as his was literally falling apart and broken. Spoke with Shannon who confirmed they had one and I came in and spoke with him. Ended up buying a couple things, but to make this a bit shorter, I was taken care of as customer with above and beyond service rarely seen anymore. Not everything goes as expected in life and with this situation in particular, the two people there made me a customer for life. The communication, the follow up, the care, customer service, and overall just amazing experience they provided should be what other businesses strive for. They are not the biggest location in town, but they are hands down the best. 100% Recommended. 100% will pass the word on to anyone looking for this type of place.

Wonderful place! Employees and delivery—honest, caring and most of all FAST!I went in at closing time on Tuesday and Shannon stayed open for me to try the lift chairs —even called his warehouse/store after hours to check on supply where I could hear and confirmed he had what we needed for my 94 yr old mom in an ALF who is recovering from a fall. He handled the payment Wednesday morning at 9am and delivered today on Thursday. If we had wanted another color, I’d been able to have gotten it the same day even! Now that’s service! Wonderful Pride brand chair and the same price as even Amazon (which would come unassembled and take longer) Karen explained how to have our doc send a prescription via fax so we got it sales tax free even. I highly recommend!

The cashier was a rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Id never spend my money here ever again. Their products are over priced. Shop elsewhere people!

Jeff and Karen went out of their way to explain all of the equipment and took more than enough time to help answer all questions. They go above and beyond all day to ensure that customers are taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone who has a loved one that requires home health care or home health aides to see them at Suncoast Medical. These are the people to trust!

So discussed by the owner or employee who ever he was I went to see if they had medical masks since heim a CNA he said yes price 2.50 a piece and the box of 50 for 99.00 dlls .wow 😠

Great place for your home health needs. If they dont have it they can order it for, but they have a very large selection in the store.

BUYER BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!When you sign papers for receipt you will be signing that merchandise has been special ordered and CANNOT be brought back under any circumstances. This is a two bit operation waiting to grab your money and run !!!!!We tried out a chair in the store and had it delivered but it was not the same chair we sat in. “The old bait and switch”. I I’ll be purchasing other merchandise from there with the intention of building a lawsuit.
