I was told about this small engine repair shop and I was told that my pressure washer would not cost more than $150 and it was less!! They were the best to talk to and they told me what could be wrong with it and we’re right!! Great price and Great people!!

Very satisfied with the service to my Husqvarna trimmer! I dropped it off and received an estimate a few days later. It looks like they receive a lot of business and my trimmer was in the cue to get looked at. The manager let me know to expect it to be about a week. I appreciated the info. The result of their work was excellent! It looks and runs as good as new! Cleaned up and serviced perfectly. I recommend their work and will return. Keep up the high standard of service. It was worth the short wait.

They have been great to deal with as a customer. Have my Husqvarna zero turn maintained there and purchased a new chainsaw from them. Great deal on the chainsaw kit - case included /chainsaw oil/oil mix. Had a question on the adjustment for the chain and they dropped everything and took the time to ask questions and showed me my error. Ha! Recommend them for sure.

Amazing Customer Service!!!Brought my Troy Built in because it wouldnt start for me, within 5 minutes they had it up and running and told me what the issue was. The problem was so simple they didnt charge me anything!! You cannot find customer service that really is out to help you but these guys are really their to help you not just make a dime. I would 100% recommend using them. Best experience I have ever had.

Brought in a one-month old Murray edger that started leaking fuel, after Murray said this location provided warranty services. Jimmy, without even looking at it, said it was a problem with the carburetor, and not covered under warranty, as ethanol-free fuel was not used. Said there would be a substantial charge just to look at it (more than the price of the unit). More charges for any parts and labor.Had called him before driving an hour to the shop, and told him the situation. He never said anything about the fuel, nor did he ask.Still cant get over he wouldnt even look at it. He already knew the problem. Murray should remove them from their Authorized Service Centers.Took it to M&M in Tampa, they said it there was nothing wrong, maybe just pushed the prime button too many times. No charge - all running fine now.

A buddy of mine took a lawn mower in and they gave him a price of 225$ to fix it, because it wouldnt start, which is what you can pay at Lowes or home depot to get a new one. So he said screw that and let me go and pick it up. When I picked it up for him they charged a 35$ diagnostic charge which is bs. So I asked them what they had diagnosed, they said the self propelled cable was broken and the oil was black. I got it to my house and called him and he said that he had just cleaned the oil, and yes I looked and it was perfect. I just took out the old gas and put some fresh stuff in and it purred like a kitten. And i do not know what he said about the self propelled being broken, because it worked fine. I dont know how they could of diagnosed that in the first place since it did not run.But the inside of the shop was nice, and the people working there are nice even though they are trying to pull a fast one on people that do not know anything about engines.

I have taken several of my gas powered machines here for maintenance and the work and service was always great until today. I had a pressure washer with low output and a chain saw that bogs under load. The first technician to come up and begin to fill out paperwork was evidently in a bad mood because all I got was attitude as he abruptly told me they dont clean carbs so the chain saw will need a new one. Not that I cared, it needed to work and I was more than willing to spend the money but I dont reward bad service and I can clean and, if necessary, replace the carb myself, and told him okay, I will clean it myself, more attitude. Another technician then came up from the service area asked me about the pressure washer and I mentioned it needs a general engine service and the pump pressure was low, and the first technician lets fly with, it needs a new pump, we dont rebuild pumps. Again, I dont care, I needed it fixed and although I am more than capable of making the repairs, my personal time is valuable and I am more than willing to patronize another small business. While the second tech proceeded to explain the possible cost, which I was aware of, the first tech made a display out of ripping up the service ticket at which point I made my mind up to go but asked if there was a problem, and got another snarky comment from the first technician, and an attempted explanation from the second technician. As I rolled out the door to a snarky Have a Nice Day, I pulled out my phone and Googled the pump model and after loading everything in the truck, I pulled out and while sitting at the stop light I ordered the new pump, it will be here on Wednesday. I got home and, in less than an hour cleaned the carb on the chain saw and it now runs like new. The old washer pump was off and in the bin in thirty minutes. The attitude cost them a customer, and will cost me about a total of about four hours. Four hours that I was willing to pay them for...

Knowledgeable staff, repaired my leaf blower and called before replacing carb on weed eater, recommended I buy a new one due to repairs would be about half the cost. I purchased a new Echo trimmer with edger attachment and couldnt be happier! Thank you Small Engine Repair for all your help!!

My wife brought in my Simpson pressure washer while I was in tech school for the Air Force, under warranty as they were a certified service shop, big shock just like the other people that reviewed them on here, they said my pump wasnt covered under warranty because the only way it could fail is if I dont do the oil changes. This thing has maybe 15 hours of residential use on it and Ive already changed the oil once. But of course they could charge me $600 to replace the pump if Id like (pump is $295 brand new online). They also charged my wife $3x.xx as a “service fee” and refused to return my washer until she paid it, and again I was away in the military and unable to deal with the situation myself, so unfortunately she had to pay it, although no service was provided. This place is a scam shop and should not be used for any companys warranty work. They just want to make more money by price gouging out of pocket repairs then make the honest money that the company pays them to do warranty work. Do not give them your business.Edit: in response to their “reply”, you would think that a place that specializes in small engine repair would know that a pump failure at under 15 hours of use IS a mechanical failure. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs; what a joke.

I had problems with my Snapper rider stalling that was very hard to find. They worked with me till things got sorted out. Very nice shop.

They were honest with me, and friendly. I had one of my problems fixed right away with my weed eater. It was trivial enough problem that it was done free of charge. I will go back to them again if the need arises.

If you looking to have any warranty work done you better find another place. And that where very arrogant.
