Billy and Matthew are fantastic and provide excellent customer service as well as long lasting repairs and upgrades! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. These are good people with stellar work ethics! They help us with a number of things including keeping our Grounds Keeper up and running (which we cant seem to live without). Thank you guys!

Brought a lawn mower to them to repair. They fixed it in told me it was ready. I did not pick it up right away because I was busy. They reminded me once to pick it up and then when I did go to pick it up they had sold it. Maybe there was a policy where they couldnt hold on to something for more than a certain period of time but it would be courteous to call someone one last time and remind them and say it would be sold or disposed of if it was not picked up right away. This was not mine it was somebody elses so I had to buy them another lawn mower. I was not happy! Very poor customer relations!

I went in to buy an Echo weed eater the guy who helped me was very helpful. He explained how to string the trimmer as well as entered the serial number to register them with Echo. I would definitely recommend using these guys for your lawn equipment needs.

We had a riding lawnmower that was 20 years old but kept up. Needed some repairs and they were totally awesome! They picked up mower and brought it back for a minimal charge ! Best money we ever spent Thank you !

Went into store and no one there to help. Had to wave and wave to catch the attention of a guy sitting in an office on his cell phone. He finally came out and said “you need something?” (Are you kidding me!? I wanted to say, no we came in here because we just wanted to get OUT of the A/C to stand around in your hot building - no a/c). He said I’m on lunch, someone else will help you in 2 minutes. 5 minutes later no one came out so we left. Waste of our time.

Love him, love him!! Had our pressure washer at Small Engine Repair for 7 weeks waiting for part. Got tired of waiting, picked it up, took it to Billy at BOE. He took one look, said we didnt need that part we were waiting on. He put a governing spring in it, cranked it up, connected it to water and whoosh it worked!! Took all of 10 minutes! Dont take your equipment any where else. We definitely wont!

These guys are amazing. They can fix anything! Many mechanics are parts replacers until they find the right part. These guys are true mechanics. Solving the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. I have done business here for many years and will continue doing so. I highly recommend them!!

Ok, I had push mower repaired here a couple of months I had not used it. Put into action a few days ago. The mower died on me. I took back this a.m. Same tech who worked on the mower explained to me what happens when mower just sets. He took the mower back and took care of the problem in 5 minutes. No Charge! I have found my mower repair location!

This place is easily the best shop in town....Ive dealt with them for years and they have always been upfront and honest in all my dealings with them...always eager to handle all my needs professionally and ethically...compare them to any shop in town who mostly put your stuff in the back for umteen days until you receive the surprising bill at the end of the transaction and or treat you like a huge inconvenience the second you walk in the door. Geez some people and the things they write.....Yes they have measures in place to insure they arent taken advantage of by unscrupulous customers looking to get a job done for free or close to it...and yes they eventually sold your mower to recoup some of the cost of running there business so as they can stay in business and keep doing a fantastic job for those customers who truly appreciate what it is they offer....if your looking for a good honest repair shop that says what they do and do what they say,look no further......

Took my cub cadet riding lawn mower for a complete overhaul and waited for 3 1/2 weeks took my mower home and after 30 minutes of easy lawn work my blades jam. Highly would not recommend this place.

Very rude and unprofessional! We have done business with them for many years and when we came in to have our new equipment serviced, they treated us like dirt because we didnt buy it from them. They told us we do not have priority anymore and would be sent to the back of the line with the rest of the homeowners. Never doing business with them again!!! By the way, their used mowers are way overpriced!
