Awesome no pressure sales! Mitch was phenomenal, kept in touch and answered all my questions. Happy new owner of a L2501 with several attachments. Thanks so much!

Zero stars. I sent my tractor in for an estimate for repairs. I got it back in pieces. Very unprofessional. Actually happy to never do business with them again, John Deere has excellent customer service and will not rip you off. STAY AWAY!

Simply, don’t use them! Why? Kubota ZT 725 was given over to Service to fix a problem: the tractor runs for about an hour, then stops. At times, after resting it for 30’ it will start again, but not twice. At other times it requires a battery recharge to start it. Have replaced the battery w new 3 times. Same result. The replacement batteries are being used elsewhere and working fine.Linder Service Mgr said “ We can fix that, bring it in.” After examining the mower he called me to say the gas tank was 25% milky water and gas mixture. Must remove the tank to flush. I asked that he send me a photo. He didn’t. He called again to quote the repair cost at $1545. I asked if the work he was proposing would fix the problem. Tim (Service Mgr) said “yes, “ I accepted on the condition that they guarantee it. Their proposal was to flush tank and perform a system service on the tractor. Tim agreed that it would.Tim called to say mower would be ready the next day, and “btw, it didn’t have as much water in the tank as we thought.” I picked up the mower the next day, waited an hour for them to get the paperwork in order, despite agreeing to the time I would pickup the mower. I brought it back to the ranch, where I have (4) tractors—2 ZT mowers, 1 JD 730 mower, and a Kubota 3400D w bucket n backhoe. I’m no stranger to tractors. The repaired unit (725 ZT) did exactly what it had been doing before the repair—stopped after about an hour of mowing, needing a battery recharge to get it going again. Clearly, the battery is not holding a charge. A number of things could be the cause of this condition, but flushing the tank is not one of them. All tractors are kept inside a climate controlled building when not in use.In speaking w Tim at that point he said he’d have to see the unit. I agreed to return it, but only if any further work was at no charge to me. A condition he wouldn’t accept. I called the home office in Plant City, spoke w the General Service Mgr, who said a VP would call me to discuss the matter. No one called. I called the same person a second time, who said he would again have the VP call me. No call to me was made. This is the 2nd repair of this tractor I have had since buying it at Linder (formerly Franz Tractor). The 1st repair was virtually the same experience. Even though their most senior mechanic judged the problem to be fuel insufficiency, they proceeded to perform a full service on the unit at $360, which did not fix the problem. I returned the unit to them for the correct repair at an additional $300+ cost to me. When I raised concern over the mishandling of the repair and the additional charge for repair w the owner of Franz Tractor (soon to become Linder) she (very surly) would only allow me a $30 refund.Unfortunately, most tractor repair shops, from Connecticut to NY,, Virginia, and Florida, are much the same. I’ve had farms in all those states. Among them Linder is one you should not use. They have a number of locations from Virginia to Florida. The problem w the Bradenton shop is upon taking over Franz they kept the same people, with the same performance model. The fault lies w management and the lack of proper staff training. “Management is cause, all else proceeds from it.”I’ll be taking the tractor to a new place next week. Failing that I will commit to fixing the unit myself, I’m a practiced handyman and willing mechanic, but no match for a trained professional. Would that I could find one.

Working with Cory Kukral as my guide through the world of Kubota, was truly a pleasure.Cory took the time to understand what my needs were, and made suggestions about the products available. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of implements, equipment, future needs and gave me options to choose from...based solely on MY needs.During one such discussion, Cory advised against purchasing certain implements; there was simply no need for the expenditure on the scale of what I was attempting to complete. He stated, ...simply rent that equipment when needed....Honesty and transparency throughout this entire purchase...as I stated...a true pleasure.Linder of Bradenton was recommended to me as a, great place to purchase equipment, and I agree.

Took 3 weeks to get seals ordered in and paid extra for shipping. Turns out they made a mistake on seals and the ones I needed were in stock. Was their fault and would not refund shipping costs. Told me I was lucky they were not charging me restocking fee and they have to much overhead to refund

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Kubota tractor. Cory K. helped me through every detail of the process and went above and beyond to show me every possible option in every possible price range all while keeping my budget in mind. He never tried to force me into buying more than I needed and even helped me look at other dealer packages when I was going back and forth between brands. During the first use I had a pin fall out of the three point hitch and Randy F. from service was on the phone within minutes and said he would send someone out to take care of everything the next day. They came and looked everything over and got me up and running with no issue. The following week I hit another snag with a dead battery Randy was again on the phone with me within minutes diagnosing the possible issues over the phone. He sent out Jason D. to look at everything and he ended up replacing my battery (but had come prepared for all other possibilities such as replacing a starter). Jason was very professional and took the time to go over the entire tractor to make sure everything was good, and it was just a bad battery. He then showed me a few tips and tricks for easy maintenance that would not be found in the manuals and answered even the silliest of questions I could think to ask.Overall, every experience I have had with everyone at Linder Turf and Tractor Bradenton has been fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone in the market.

Wish I had been warned so I am doing just that for others that may come this way. Please get a second opinion before having your equipment serviced at Linder Tractor. For example, a simple carburetor replacement for a Riding Mower with a twin V Kawasaki engine would set you back over $1000.00. ($400 for a new carb plus 7 hours labor, 3 of which was just for diagnostics). Does that seem exorbitant? For comparision, I recently had my Kawasaki 650 motorcycle carbs rebuilt at Precision Cycle in Sarasota for a grand total of $300. Adding further insult to injury, they were uncooperative returning my mower back to me after I told them I would prefer to pay the diagnostic fee and try to fix it myself rather than feel taken advantage of. In the end, I chalk all this up to a painful lesson learned about this company.

Just try sealing you things you just dont need like a new battery for your tractor after you just bought a new battery not from them but they never even look to see if it was still under warranty or anything or couldnt tell me if it had a dead cell . I had to go there pull my own battery and take it to AutoZone have a charge and brought back and for AutoZone to tell me you didnt have a dead cell

Make sure to not accept any order until you fully check it in. They have zero problem double ordering parts and charging you a shipping and restocking fee to return the parts their employees double ordered.
