Its drive thru only at the moment. The food was great. Hot just the way I like it. The strawberry milk shake was the best one Ive had in a long time. I am very particular about my milkshakes. Definitely recommend this Dairy Queen.

This was the disgusting experience. I was in this location with my family and ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard. As I started to eat this, I got something chewy in my mouth and found a workers gum that wA in the ice cream! The manager said it could not have happened because her workers were not allowed the chew gum! I asked her to smell it and she admitted that it was actually gum!!!!! How can this happen? Who is responsible? Covid! Aids!!!. I need to speak to someone from corporate about this!!

Only dipped the butterscotch once. The chocolate ice cream had much ice and no cream as if it was mixed wrong. There were 5 people working there so I am disappointed in the quality. Maybe the workers were having a bad day but my day was worse due to this issue. Should haxe went to McDonald’s.

Would be nice if they were fully open. This is the only DQ that Ive seen that doesnt offer hamburgers. Be nice if they did. The malts are so good which makes up for not serving hamburgers.

It’s really expensive for fast food, but the food is always fresh and the workers are by far the nicest and most friendly of any place in Bradenton. They are the reason I will continue to go there and pay more than I probably should, though the food itself is good too, I hope the workers get the recognition they deserve!

This DQ is awesome. Not only their food, but even more because their manager is the best, hes always (for years now) remembered my name and my order. Great guy. Thanks for making sure your customers feel welcomed

Everything was fresh and good! I had the BBQ chicken strips, fries and texas toast basket with a sweet tea.

I normally go to the one up on 41 and 70 which is always really good But at this 1 on 64 East of the interstate they messed up my dipcone how do you mess up a dipcone ?!

Horrible menu placement for passengers in a drive thru. Ordered a large cheesecake blizzard which had approximately three pieces of cheesecake in the whole container. Two stars because my wifes sundae was good.

2 stars because of the horrible customer drive-thru lane. This place was design to rip your tires and rims to shreds - seniors use with caution!!!

They need bigger space and more employees. They run out of honey BBQ chicken on Sunday and do not get a truck til late Tuesday/Weds. You can wait on the main road for your drive thru. Drive thru is small and tricky to maneuver if you have a bigger vehicle.

The drive thru is very small if you have a truck, drive safe.

Just got my dinner from there not even ten minutes ago and I’m writing this before I eat it so I don’t forget again because seriously this is the only place around here that I have had AMAZING customer service, 100% of the time. It never fails no matter who is working they are all so nice and friendly at this location. They get the food done in a timely manner I just can’t rave about this Dairy Queen location enough!! Hats off to the managers! You guys are doing something right :)

Awful location!!! Entrance into the drive through is a nightmare that’s if you happen to be able to make it in without blocking the main road traffic without triggering every ones road rage.

Slow as they all are but how can they get by with doing the blizzard flip with a lid on the cup.

Customer service is superior but these guys need a new building. Drive thru is Mario Kart at best.

Oreo Blizzard= heaven. The drive thru was fast considering it was 100°. The guy at the window was nice, and did the flip the cup upside down blizzard thing. Ill definitely be coming back next time Im there.

Overall the blizzards are always great and theyll modify anything for you. Only downfall is if theres a few cars in front of you in the drive thru it can take quite a bit of time...

I have been to this DQ so many times and every time I have a wonderful experience. The Manager is always friendly and the service is fast and great. This is a family owned DQ, which makes me love the place even more. They have great Covid precautions in place. The food is always hot and fresh and the Blizzards are amazing! I can tell that they care about their business and their customers.

There should be more Dairy Queens and less McDonalds

Great, Great, Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Have To Acknowledge Josh, Tori, and Ashley. I was asking questions about the menu and all 3 employees were giving me their recommendations on what to choose from the menu. Not once did I feel rushed on ordering my food. I was acknowledge the moment i walked in. The restaurant was very clean as well as the tables, and the floor.

Peanut butter parfait is the best. Service is friendly and fast. Only reason for 4 stars is they need to fix the ventilation the whole place smells like old fryer grease BAD like you there for 15 min and when you get home your clothes smell like old grease!

The ice cream was great, my kids wanted cones with sprinkles, and my husband got a banana split which he said was very good as well. Hes had them at a fewndifferent places but prefers the soft serve. I had the buster parfait which was bomb as well. We will def be back soon!!

Stopped in for a desert with my wife. My Hot brownie alamode was perfect. My wifes strawberry sundae put a huge smile on her face. The store was clean and the service was prompt.

Closed inside so didnt get anything I wanted to sit inside alot of places are open inside and doing social distancing and the drive through is too small so should open up inside and people wear masks

Good as far as their ice cream products go but a bit lacking in the cleanliness department. We have been there several times and have NEVER seen an employee wiping down tables. Upon walking in, there is always an unappealing aroma of old fryer grease...I certainly would never eat anything fried there based upon the odor.

I love their Blizzards. They had a Chocolate chunk Salted caramel Blizzard. It was to die for, but if you limit yourself to one a month its worth it. Hamburgers and chicken sandwiches with French fries arent bad ($5 specials). The only problem I have is they change their special blizzards every 3-4 months. I went driving around from DQ to DQ trying to find who had not run out of the chocolate chunk salted caramel. It seems that was a very popular flavor ! Enjoy yourselves!

The employees here are super friendly and quick to serve. The blizzards are amazing every time and my friend has gotten food that he enjoyed. Not 5 stars because the place isn’t super clean and smells terrible. We get our blizzards to go or go through the drive through.

This place is great for lunch or dinner, their chicken is real, hot, and good the onion rings are great and hot, the people working there are very nice. And its not freezing in there.

I had a chicken tender meal with a side of a chili dog and chocolate dipped cone. The meal itself was alright. Just your average chicken tenders and fries.. The chili chz dog was rather good tho... The only complaint I have(and loss of a 🌟)is I wish the cashier would have directed me towards getting the 5 dollar box. Which you get a drink ice cream for free, rather then me figuring it out on my own while eating.. the meal was 4.99 for 1 more tender and the box was one less tender and an ice cream and drink.... Well I know next time I guess...

The ice cream is tasty, the Blizzards are delicious, their pretzels are top notch and the customer service cant be beat! My family visits this location weekly.

Varieties of flavors and different presentations of ice cream is what makes DQ a great place to go, not to mention their signature blizzards. But if you taste the plain ice cream its honestly not as good as most places.

Staff was incredibly friendly and entertaining food was fantastic. Need to go back soon. Its also pretty close to a few pokemon gyms and pokestops if youre into Pokemon Go.
